No integrity
I requested a car with a specific color and received another color. After calling the support, they said we don’t guarantee the color! Secondly, they send the first version of a car that doesn’t include any features like Camera or speed limit or carplay. I do recommend dealing with rental offices instead of this app.

Poor customer service
I booked a month-long car rental via the app, I received a very bad one, i returned it and they deducted more than the daily rate and even worse they didn’t transfer back the renaming amount to me.
Excellent
A1
