Lost data
I stuck with this app for five years. It does not have the features of newer apps but it had five years of my scores which I valued. A week ago I went into the app and all my data was gone. I have reached out multiple times with no response. This occurred a month after my renewal occurred.
Maps
The IPhone app was working great until last Friday. The maps quit working on the IPhone app but everything else is ok. Please fix ASAP ! Thanks
$79 rip off
I buy the app and pay the $79 for the premium version. I get to my club and see another course down the street. When I tap on the watch screen it says my course is only available on the premium edition. Go back on your phone and buy it. THATS WHAT I DID YO BEGIN WITH! Great, I don’t care how good the app is if I can’t use it! Good thing I brought my Garmin! Where do I go to get my refund?
Recherche parcours
Bonjour, je n’ai accès qu’à quelques parcours. Comment effectuer une recherche? Seule la localisation automatique le permet apparemment.
Really Nice App!
I love this love this app and use it all the time! The biggest thing I took from it is that I now know which club to use for the distance that I hit.
Unreliable
Unfortunately this app is not working for me. Several times this app has not saved information and now all my scores for the past year are gone. I’m so disappointed.
Lake of Isles north course needs update
I love the app and the way the you can pick your targets. I played the Lake of Isles north course today and the hole sequence at the course did not match the app. Talking with the pro shop, in around 2017 or 2018 the hole sequence was modified at the course. They say the app needs to pull the latest data file from the USGAA or something like that. Can you see if you can update this Troon managed course. Thank You Still a happy user!
Could not get it to work
Got to be a better way
So so app
Got this app just for the tracking and I paid the $80 for it. The tracking clubs in this app is pretty subpar. My buddy has the Golfshot app and the tracking is so much better. It automatically picks up clubs etc. wish this app did better.
Best app on the market
Been using for several years yardage is perfect Best part leave your phone in the cart get perfect distance from your watch
Lost all information on app and zero response from company
I just finished a round and when I went to check my scores the app when blank, no scores, no club information, no courses available. The screen show I lost my internet connection, what!! I tried about a dozen times to reach the company and/or reset my password but the company didn’t respond. I have got zero response in the last four days in my attempt to get the company to respond.
Love the app but needs FIRs and GIRs
I really like this app. It works great on the watch. I just wish on the score card you would add FIRs and GIRs and Chips. I would highly recommend this app to anyone using the Apple Watch.
Apple Watch
Using this feature on your Apple Watch is very difficult.
App shuts off right after it opens.
The app shuts off when I’m in a certain course. It displays “searching for course “ and just shuts down. I have full cell service and have tried deleting and reinstalling it but same result. It doesn’t do that in other course I play. So far only in that particular course. I recently subscribed to a full lifetime membership. Please advise.
Not working
This app has stopped working 6/16/2026
Functionality
The app was brilliant until the recent update. I already have the premium package (the once off fee), to which I had full functionality of the app. Now, when I try to access, it doesn’t recognize my membership and requires me to go premium (again? After 2+ years). Also, it doesn’t want to sync with my watch anymore either, which means I can’t open a golf round unless I use my phone, which also has limited functionality now.
Cannot restore purchase
I love the app but when I bought a new iPhone 12pro that app would not locate new courses. I was advised to delete it and reload it. Which I did. Now it says I need to upgrade to use it. I have already paid 79.99 for the app. I have “opened a ticket” and was told to restore purchases. But I don’t see that option in the settings and my email to the developer has gone unanswered. Very frustrating to say the least.
Love it
Great app
Not always reliable!
I purchased a lifetime access and almost once every few weeks I have to reactivate the membership. Monday I was at a new golf course and it would not connect to the golf course so I had to play the whole round without any yardage. That made me nervous because now I don’t know that I can trust the app. It seemed to be working fine then maybe an update recently on the iPhone caused an issue? It was very frustrating. I otherwise love the app that I get a little nervous that I can’t count on it all the time.

It would be better if you can Map my Course sent many plans of layouts
Awesome.
I enjoyed every golf course when I play. Thank you.
Paid for premium and Apple Watch app does not work
Paid for premium and Apple Watch app does not work
Changed my mind
I was initially disappointed with the app because some of the courses I play had not been updated. I contacted costumer service and they responded quickly and updated the course information. Great customer service and app works perfectly.
Too complex
I’ve used this on my Apple Watch for 4 rounds and my assessment- not easy, not accurate, not worth the money.
Developers listened and made great Updates
I had posted and earlier less enthusiastic review based on difficulty of using the Apple Watch interface. The developers must have been listening, because the latest updates make both the watch and phone interfaces much more reliable and user friendly. The ability to correct lost or missing data is very good. The swing analysts is a nice addition, but I do wish the instantaneous analysts was saved on the phone for later review.
The yardage was always wrong
The yardage was consistently wrong. I have used this app before, and it was ok. I used it Saturday morning and every distance was wrong. It was as thought the app thought I was on a different hole or a different part of the golf course. It was completely unusable.
Good for nothing product
The app got lost and stopped working in the middle and didn’t save anything.
No customer service
Well I have been trying to cancel my subscription for about a week with no luck. I have sent two emails which have gone unanswered and I have searched all over the net looking for away to get this done, and have had no luck. I hope I hear from someone soon!!!!
Easy to use and send to be accurate.
Only used it once but is easy to use and yardage seems to be accurate when compared to the fairway markers,
Not updated golf courses
I was playing and golf course yesterday and the course was not updated. It was renovated and reopened in 2017, but this app has not updated.
