Aber soll das Begrüßungsbild angesichts der Nutzermehrheit passend sein? Und warum bekomme ich erneut Push für neue Dokumente, die ich bereits in der App abgerufen habe?

Verkeerd loon
3 jaar lang geen enkele problemen gehad met accerta, nu sinds januari is mijn werkgever naar sd worx overgestapt, na de eerste 2 maand alleen maar problemen ermee gehad. Bij meerdere collega’s verkeerde uitbetalingen gedaan. Nachtploeg wat normaal 146% maken hun 1,46% van zelfde met lateploeg normaal 107% maken hun er 1,07% van. Loon is iets wat correct MOET zijn en zelfs nadat mijn werkgever er hun op attendeerde dat de uitbetalingen niet correct waren maken ze wederom een fout en staat mijn correcte loon er na een week nog niet op, we praten hier over 8 werkdagen die niet zijn uitbetaald. Wat uitkomt op 1900 bruto dat niet betaald is. Vertrouw sd worx niet en controleer altijd je loonfiche.
Dommage que pas de version pour iPad
Dommage que vous n’ayez pas pensé à prendre en compte que sur les fiches de salaire, il y a beaucoup de ligne en petit caractères. Une version pour tablette serai là bienvenue

Every month language changing itself without my control when you want to change there is no option inside the app. Unfortunately not user friendly.

Zuvor bekam ich von AG eine PDF von SAP für die Entgeltabrechnung. Alles war ausführlich und verständlich. Seitdem wir dieses Programm nutzen, versteht man keine 25% der Abrechnung mehr. Total unübersichtlich, nur noch Abkürzungen, die keiner versteht. Liebe Entwickler: wir sind alle keine Steuerberater, die alle Abkürzungen und Codes verstehen. Selbst als Studierter ist die Lohnabrechnung leider nicht mehr nachvollziehbar...

Elke maand opnieuw als ik mijn mailtje krijg van de loonbrief en deze wil bekijken ligt ofwel de app eruit wegens werken, of ik moet weer eens updaten. Echt slechte service. Wou dat ik gewoon mijn loonbrief in de mail kreeg ipv alt verplicht naar deze app te moeten gaan

Ik kan de onkosten wel goedkeuren en afkeuren maar als ik op Nakijken klik krijg ik de melding: er is iets foutgelopen. Er is geen beschikbaar arbeidscontract voor de gekozen periode. Nakijken is toch wel erg belangrijk denk ik

Keep trying to log in and it’s saying that my email address isn’t associated with any account when I’m able to log in perfectly fine on my pc and also the internet browser on my phone and I tried to contact you via webchat and it kind of just shrugged me off and said to speak to my work and same when trying to send an email with the subject log In/ support…

Une vraie application pour iPad serait un gros plus. Pour le reste l’application permet de poser congé et visualiser le calendrier de manière satisfaisante.

When trying to log in the app says there isn’t an account with my email address, tried everything suggested yet the website on safari lets me log in fine

Fails to let me log in
Constantly tells me ‘There is no account associated to this email address’ when I’m using the same log in details as that I would on a laptop
Nice app,limited functionality
The app works nicely and I can see my own info and absence, but as a team lead I can not approve the requests of my employees. If that was possible it would make the app a lot more useful for me. Update: a few days after my review I suddenly saw the requests for approval appear in the app. I guess it takes a few days to synchronize the user parameters?

Very confusing and not user friendly. On the help page of website it just goes onto to advertise how amazing it is without offering any guidance on how to actually access the payslips.
