I can’t forget my password. I can’t registration new account. It says please enter a valid number whenever I enter the valid number. When I login to the app, 404 error. It’s shows every time the same message. Should be fixed.!!!! Internet banking is the most important thing now.

Improve UI
Can you make the app more user friendly, it is quite complicated to use. It is also slow processing commands. Please revamp the user interface so its easy for customers to use, look at NRB bank app or foreign apps for ideas. Could you also add fingerprint or face recognition capabilities.

The app gives message for update to v 1.2.6. But when the update link is chosen, the update button disappears and the app suggests opening the app with username and password. Mentionable that I am using an iOS device. Can anybody explain it?

বিশ্বের সবচেয়ে বাজে একটি এপস, মাসে লগইন করা যায় কালে ভাদ্রে! ফাইজলামির একটা সিমা থাকে সেটাও এরা অতিক্রম করে ফেলছে. টাকা কাটবেন এপস থেকে বিকাশে কিন্তু যোগ হবে না আবার 50 টাকা খরচ করে কল সেন্টারে যোগাযোগ করলে কাস্টমার কেয়ার থেকে বলবেন যেখানে হিসাব খুলছেন সেই শাখায় যোগাযোগ করেন! একটা আবেদন করুন তাহলে টাকা যোগ হবে?? ভাই তোরা কি আসলে? সার্ভিস দিতে না পারলে কার্ড ও এপস বন্ধ কর,, অনলাইনে আসতে বলছে কে তোদের মত অথর্বদের? তোদের রেটিং হওয়া দরকার 0.5

দয়াকরে খুব দ্রুত কারেন্ট একাউন্টে ফান্ড ট্রান্সফার সুবিধা এড করেন। যেখানে অন্যান্য সব ব্যাংকের এই টাইপ সুবিধা আছে আপনাদের এড করতে সমস্যা কোথায়? আপনাদের সেভিংস একাউন্টে ফান্ড ট্রান্সফার হয় কারেন্ট একাউন্টে হয়না এটা খুবই হাস্যকর !

Not usable anymore
The app uses to work very well. Since I started using iPhone XR, it always asks to register the devise. It sends the code to my email, I enter the code then it says, “Sorry, you are not allowed to register your devise”. There is no option to report this issue. This thing is happening for more than 6 months now, no solution yet to resolve the issue.
