Tonight we got 4pc chicken strip baskets. At $6.99 YOU CANNOT BEAT IT! It was hot and amazing.

Ordering on the app is slower than waiting in the line. Next time, I will just order in the line and make them scan the coupon.
Poor reward options
This app isn’t all that bad, but I do feel as though the rewards are not the best. People with autoimmune diseases such as Celiac cause them not to have gluten. Therefore options on the menu is limited. As Celiac only allows you to eat things like Sundaes or Peanut Buster Parfaits. While I have collected many points I can’t even use them for something I can eat. Therefore I feel as though these should be added to the rewards system to include people that can’t have much!
Disappointed with Timing
I paid for a blizzard & it was supposed to be ready in 12 min. I arrived 25 min later. It hadn’t been made. Then the employee didn’t bother wiping off the syrup from the side of the blizzard cup so I had to. She wiped the syrup from the counter, why not the cup that I had to touch?

Got yo store, nothing ready. Then hands blizzard no lid no bag. Blizzard now 1/2 melted. They hand ice cream and then you wait When hot outside want food first then ice cream. They could have offered new blizzard as mine is now a shake. Lot of money for something. Not the kids fault it’s management that should know better. Instead of scolding them. Very disappointing

So, I just got back from getting our blizzards. I guess I’m having trouble understanding something. Why doesn’t Dairy Queen put lids on their blizzards anymore? On my way home, two of them melted & ran all over the front seat of my car! I was not happy to say the least. It is definitely moments like these that I think the 2006 film Idiocracy is more of a documentary than a film produced simply for entertainment! In order for ice cream to be solid, it has to be cold, right? So what happens when something that is solid below freezing is put in an environment where the temperature is above freezing? It melts! Duh! Let’s smarten up & use some common sense, please!

I feel like the majority of the time it’s either not a lot of mix ins or it’s melted there is literally no in between and it’s only whenever I order from the app. It’s like they must leave the ice cream sitting out on the counter before you get there and I think that’s wild. They clearly need to figure something out cause it’s getting ridiculous.
App is great except for drink option.
Dq is great, app is great. Would’ve got 5 stars except there is no fountain drink option and n the app when selecting drinks. If you could pick a fountain drink for an option, I would’ve gave 5 stars
Disappointing
I ordered online to go through drive through as I was in a hurry . After submitting my order was told I had to go inside to pick up and it would be a 13 minute wait. 13 minutes I did not have to wait but had no choice as DQ already had my 30.00

Dumb rule
I will never order from here again. I placed an order in my way to the store and when we arrived we drive through the drive through I my to have the person tell us we had to wait another 10 minutes to come back through the drive through to get our order. Now if I ordered at the window they would have made it for me immediately. This is the dumbest rule I have ever heard.
Not the best delivery
I asked for the driver to hand me my order as it was a frozen treat. He didnt even knock. I just happened to be looking when he pulled up. Not good
Rewards
Every time I’ve tried to add a reward to my order, it always errors. “Free large fry with purchase of $1 or more”. But it won’t let me checkout out after adding a meal. Thats just one example.
It’s just okay- but beware, the BINGO card does not work.
I downloaded the DQ app recently, and while it’s been okay, there are a few glaring issues. The new advertised DQ BINGO game hasn’t counted any of my orders. I’ve verified with DQ staff -my orders show in the app and I get normal rewards points for them- and they said these should count but don’t know why it’s not counting them. I’ve covered 7 squares since the beginning of the contest and none were counted, so I’ve stopped trying to earn bonus points that way. Also more customization please for sundae toppings especially. Only 4 are listed and pineapple isn’t one of them- it’s an add on (for extra cost) but one child just wants pineapple.

Not for ordering ahead
The app has good deals and is easy to use, but ordering ahead is worthless and makes your food take forever to be ready (regardless of location tracking). It can also cause the staff to scold you if you get to the window at all early or late from the estimated ready time. It’s best to order normally at the counter or speaker and then scan to apply any deals/add points in person at the time of sale.

Useless coupons/ breakfast
Can’t use combo coupon on breakfast combo. This app is needs to include DQ restaurants that serve breakfast. Get with the times.
Difficult to redeem points for free items
When I tried to order a banana split via the mobile app and redeem my points, I had to select redeem Points several times before the app would recognize the free order. Ok

Disgusting
I ordered two blizzards. When they were given to me, they each had a spoon shoved in through the lid and into the ice cream. First of all trying to get the spoon pulled out of the lid creates a monumental mess, but what is truly appalling is how disgusting this is. The spoons are not wrapped and are kept Good only knows where, and now you shove it into my food and expect me to not be disgusted? I commented on this fact, that I didn’t want spoons in my blizzards, yet nothing was done to correct my order and these two blizzards were thrown away and I was not refunded any money.
Why
It signs me out of the app super often especially since it also makes you reset your password every time great when it works but not worth the hassle. Also I got a deal that made a medium blizzard for 2$ of and it’s still 6$
Latest Update
The latest update to the app will not allow the app to open. Keeps coming up with an error stating to restart the app. This started with the last update. Please fix this. Thank you

Made me crash me car.
So I was making a delivery order and while doing so it infinitely loaded. So I refreshed it and it ordered it again. After ordering it, I got the notification that my meal was ready for pickup… I got into my car and drove over and in while doing so my car skid and crashed. 0-10 horrible app. And get this… I made me order the thing twice so while I was going to get the meal the same meal was delivering.
Points drop without purchase
I had 810 points two days ago. Went to the store to use them and my points were (conveniently) less than 800 and I hadn’t used them at all. This app is a scam just like everything else on the internet.
No Apple Pay ?
