stupid auto picking what location
i went to order and it automatically selected a different location then normal that closed 10 minutes after i ordered, and then i went to my normal locations and they said i was at the wrong one but the other one was closed and it wouldn’t let me refund so i submitted a complaint or something but like why would that even happen in the first place

Watery cheeseburger
Sandwich was apart and watery substance was all over my clothes that made it cold even though I knew it was freshly made! Awful! Very unlike Wendy’s! No straw in bag for drink and finally, fries were cold and Soft. Sorry!!!

I ordered several times on line hit pay & app says” oops something went wrong” very frustrating esp when you pay with card & no cash on you & a car full of hungry kids.

Keeps asking me to sign in anytime I add something to my cart. Also got double charged on the app and no one at my local location would do anything about it, had go call corporate. I’d give the app a -10/10

Food always cold
The food is always cold and something is always missing. This particular location doesn’t care about the customers they want your money tho… if you order here you better have a lot of time to spare because you will either wait a cool 25 minutes for your food or in the drive thru maybe 15-20 minutes (time includes the time you will need to get your order correct and get the dirty looks from behind the counter)

The service was unacceptable, waited in line for over 15 minutes. The food was not good, cold stale, and burger chewy. I always try this Wendy’s again cause I live by but every time it is unacceptable. This will be last visit to this location.

Only issue is if you use an offer you have to manually put the food into your order which is kinda annoying, if they were automatically added with the offer I would give it a 5

The Wendy’s in Perth was excellent, the toppings are aways fresh and the burger warm!!! The store was clean, and the new girl at the counter was very kind, I have been noticing that the deals on the app suck . They used to be great , and seemed worth while, now not so much I will not drive out of my way to order fast food as I used to when the app deals were worth it.

I love the Wendy’s app probably more than any other restaurant. You rack up points and they never expire. Also, no matter how busy Wendy’s is, I almost never have to wait for a mobile order.

This app needs a lot of work done too it , I reinstalled the app back it has the same issues when you have a gift card it doesn’t want to tell you the amount on here does not want you to use it , it took me so many times to get it to work ! And when I did the deal to get something and buy something else to get the deal it will not let you do the deal and I know I did everything correctly when I went to the counter. Only thing I received was the drink. I did not receive my deal at all. This is why I uninstalled Wendy’s app for This is a bad bad app. I was very upset about this. They need to do something with this fix or do something. This makes no sense !!

I always uses this app for getting my lunch when I work and there’s always some sort of issue. Currently mobile pay isn’t working even though I have way more than enough money loaded on. Sometimes it doesn’t let me place orders and sometimes it doesn’t let me use my rewards.

Consistency and Recently Disappointing
This location ROUTINELY closes over an hour early, has a high wait time (which isn’t being documented because they ALSO routinely pull people up to wait and stop the drive-thru timer), AND THEY STILL GET YOUR ORDER WRONG!!!! I patiently waited for ONE breakfast sandwich. It’s literally chicken, bacon, and the maple butter sauce (no customizations). I waited and they STILL forgot my bacon. Absolutely deplorable. Worst location in the city! It didn’t used to be this bad. This has been within the last 3 months. We are SICK of it! Everyone doesn’t get a Biggie Bag! If you’re ordering from the regular menu then Wendy’s is FAR from cheap! Do better!

I love that I can redeem my reward points, and use a digital coupon in the same order! Love it!!
Can’t order biggie bundle
I wanna start off saying I like Wendy’s and I think your app is good except recently at three different Wendy’s locations. The app doesn’t work. You can’t order biggie bundles when I go to order one. I can’t select any of the three cheeseburger options. It’ll let me buy it with two chicken sandwiches, but no other options. Also, if you go to like the everyday values, you can’t select any of the burgers. I deleted the app reinstalled it restarted my phone and it still doesn’t work. The three Wendy’s that I went to all participate in those menu things I have to go up in the drive-through and order an in person, but I don’t really like to do that. I’d rather do it through my app because I like to customize the burgers please fix this as soon as possible. Thank you.
Adding condiments
Why is the option for seasoned breakfast potatoes only 1 ketchup packet? And there’s no other section in the app that I can find to add condiments in general.
