EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE
I was at Panarottis Maponya Mall ,I just wanted to commend your waiter (Mr Katlego) for providing truly exceptional service . He was literally patient in regards to us calling him ,Asking him Millions of questions - and he kept his Respect ,Smile and Professionalism throughout. And the Waiters attentiveness, professionalism, and positive attitude made our visit memorable. They were effective in managing the floor, knowledgeable about the menu, and made us feel like VIP guests. Please pass on my thanks — staff like this are a huge asset to your team. Please Keep them and make them happy also . Thank you.

Enjoying the app
Really enjoying the new and improved app!
App can't find our area
App can't find our area I have to manually scroll through the options. If I type it in it says it can't find it. All the times I have tried this has been the case. It is not my spelling or a typo it just does not work. Otherwise it works great.
5/5
It’s a great App especially the latest version. Awesome stuff guys 👌🏽
Rubbish
Can’t even register. I do not receive an OTP.
Options to remove toppings
There is no option to exclude items from orders in the case of allergies or if you don’t want garlic, etc!
Gluten Free option not available at promotions
Looks like all of the Spur group apps.. works well but can’t order the R199 x 2 pizza special as no option to add Gluten free bases. The option is available under the normal menu though. Why?
Tessa de Jongh

Excellent Customer Service
Exceptional Service from Tafadzwa - Panarottis Wonderpark ⭐ I’d like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Tafadzwa, the manager at Panarottis Wonderpark, for his outstanding customer service. During my visit, my profiles were mixed up and I couldn’t access my kids’ birthday vouchers. Tafadzwa went above and beyond - he patiently contacted customer care not once, but twice, ensuring that my correct account was located. Despite being busy, he remained calm, professional, and incredibly patient, even taking our order himself to make sure we had a smooth and enjoyable experience. It’s rare to encounter such genuine dedication and care these days. Tafadzwa truly represents what excellent customer service should be.
