Never pay for your order on this app. Your order will either be unreasonably delayed or not placed at all even though the funds have left your account. Getting a refund is proving to be a mission

Options missing
I used to be able to order with no sauce. That option seems to have disappeared. If I order in store I can say “grilled with sauce” or “no sauce” and the previous version of the app had no sauce as an option.
Use UberEats Instead
I love Nando’s, and I always will. However, you’re better off just ordering Nando’s from Uber Eats. I give this app a try every few months because it’s cheaper, but I regret it every time. Not only is it difficult to use, but it’s impossible to track orders. On top of that, the Nando’s delivery drivers don’t deliver with the same level of care and efficiency.

Been a fan since van toeka.. I was very disappointed with your app not allowing me to load my Card details , but that didn’t stop me from getting my favourite chicken.. oh and may I suggest you put the 4th option for the part of chicken I prefer “ SURPRISE ME” just as long it’s Chicken 🤣👌🏾

Poor service
Don’t bother. The App doesn’t deal well during peak times. They don’t deliver, escalate the call with promises of phoning back which they never do. Won’t use again.
Online ordering
When ordering online Nando’s doesn’t allow you to cut a half chicken into 4 pcs nor cutting chicken strips into smaller pcs for older people. You can only get this in store.
Extra sauce
The option to add extras sauce is no longer on the app

The app not functional. The pin code for setting up your account doesn't ever get sent. Trying to order is impossible. Doesn't allow you add a payment method. The website is also no good. Can't find the nearest store, even though the nearest store is a few blocks ft from us. Very disappointed. I guess we won't be eating Nandos tonight.

I have used this app a few times, it has happened twice where I arrived at the correct Nandos to collect my order and they didn't receive the order

INCONVENIENCE
The app rarely allows us to place orders. More especially after 7pm. This is despite the fact that at least 5 stores around only close at 10pm. We are then forced to place orders via Uber or MrD, which has extra costs. This appears to be done on purpose, but as to for what reason, we do not understand because it’s only prejudicial to customers. Please assist. Thank you.
No Sit-Down Order on App 🤷🏾♂️
It’s almost 2025 and we still can’t order for a sit-down on the App. We have to order Collection, Call and wait 16hrs for the automated prompts before it goes to the outlet, race to the outlet if we can’t get them, before they pack it for take-away. Otherwise it’s a good comprehensive menu and awesome App

Couldn’t even login, otp had a 0 and it didn’t accept it,

Despite approving on bank app it still fails and unless you back to app you don’t see that.

You should consider allowing refunds from the app. My order was delayed for two hours due to rain. I was told to collect the order ( if I could collect I would have selected that option). Along with that they tell you that your items are more expensive if you choose the delivery option when you phone the Nando’s line. That would mean that I have to collect the order that I paid more for to have delivered. Which in my opinion looks very bad. I cancelled the order and was told the refund can only be done through the finance department. I have yet to receive feedback after sending the refund request. If you can’t provide a service then refund the customer immediately. It’s 2025 - you can do better.
Disappointed
We ordered a full chicken online and when we got our order it seemed as if our order was put together with left over pieces or a number of pieces from different chickens. The one drumstick was much bigger than the other (I have a photo). I have faith in Nando’s that they are not using deformed chickens - so that can’t the problem be? We are Nando's fans but for the price we paid and the state of the chicken we received we are extremely disappointed.

You should be able to save a favourite menu or meal for ease of use The credit card capture feature via your camera does not capture the information correctly and you end up having to manually enter your details Make the app as amazing as your chicken please

Your checkout via credit card doesn’t work or has a serious big. When ordering, it duplicates the order. There was nothing wrong with the previous one. Don’t fix what is not broken.
