I like it, but if you switch between apps while I. The waiting room the provider isn’t able to let you in, so you just have to wait. That’s fine though I just will tidy up while I wait.
Poor design ..
the fact you have to enter the link to the appointment in the app instead of just having your appointment auto launch and the fact that clicking on the link takes you to the App Store instead of launching the app direct is a terrible user experience .. recommend they hire some ux developers and spend a few sprints fixing the poor workflows they have
Delays and volume
During our call, the speaker’s voice was out of sync with the video the majority of the time. Speakers switched among the group, but it happened with all speakers. Also, some individuals sitting close to their device could hardly be heard and other times the volume was normal and ok.

My experience with Alex Cooke has always been a great one. She has stood in my corner. She has been there for me. Darkest hours she has provided me a plan. Felt suicidal or had to go inpatient. She’s the most honest and special person and she’s to this company and to me and I just love her
Weird sound like cicadas in the background
I use this weekly and it’s very disruptive when the sound quality is bad and we have to disconnect and then try to get back on. Sometimes we have to just use FaceTime. It’s very unprofessional to have to do that.
Connection drops
Remote is great. The 3 star review is anytime either my phone rings or my therapist’s phone ring, the connection drops & we have to reconnect. Even if we don’t answer, our call ends & I have to reinitiate the call. Super annoying when you are in the middle of something emotional & boom, call disconnected.
It’s great, use it.

Every session has another failure, usually Audio, across a dozen devices. Ruins experience.
Taylor/Seasons Psychotherapy
This is a wonderful tool to get the healthcare you need at home. I see my psychotherapist Taylor at Seasons on the phone in the comfort of my home don’t need drive so much so grateful for my therapist so kind, patient, wonderful, knowledgeable good hearted caring! used other apps for drs visits usually don’t work so easily. It’s nice no problems or interference now. Clearly see the Screen + words. So thankful for Taylor such a blessing! Thank God for this technology! helps us communicate better to get the care I need.

Kept disconnecting
Missing Features
There are core features missing from the platform, which the service team reports have no anticipated implementation. These include things like session timers for mobile telehealth meetings, and inability to receive partial payment support for invoices. When asked, support states plainly that there are no plans to implement these critical features. Instead, they promote their new Ai data collection note transcriber features.
Great Therapy
Brittani has been a fantastic marriage counselor for us. We’ve been with her a year and she has been the best resource for us. Words cannot describe how wonderful she is. Objective, thoughtful, inciteful, and very effective. We greatly appreciate Brittani!!!
Connection
The quality keeps cutting in and out. I’ve been having issues these last two sessions trying to connect. And it’s very frustrating
Good and Bad
I find the app good enough in terms of connecting with therapist and giving a personal enough interaction but sometimes the technology is a bit weak. e.g. The appt confirmations would not sync into my standard calendar software or would sync without the teleconference link. Also sometimes the connection was not as strong as should be for video and sound (but that could be a local ISP or Wifi issue). Still overall grateful for the therapist support that this delivers.

It seems recently that my telehealth sessions have been dropping with increased frequency, as well as difficulty connecting my Bluetooth headphones while participating in a telehealth appointment

Awful, unreliable app. Any incoming call or sometimes even alarms leads to the call dropping making it unusable on my phone.

It’s not like meeting in person where it puts you into a new environment or not at home so you can connect better together and yourself too
The app is good but Blanche is great!
I’m not sure if I’m writing a review for the app alone or the app along with my therapist so I’ll just say the app has been working well enough so that I could continue my therapy sessions with Blanche who is absolutely amazing. I never have any issues with the link sent or the connection. It’s easy to use so I’m able to just click the link and join the room and start my session with Blanche who is the most caring person and listens so well. Only one time on her end the sound was off so we talked on the phone that week and it made me realize just how convenient the app is. No glitching or cutting out like I get on the phone sometimes. I would definitely recommend the app for therapy sessions or anything else related to medicine or treatment.
Audio Delay Issues
Very frustrating to use. The start of each 50 min. session is fine but within 20 minutes there is a terrible voice delay that starts happening and just worsens. It make the meeting impossible to conduct.
No active call bar
If I go out of the call to look at an email there is no bar as with other call apps that I can easily click on to return to call. Phone would time out while waiting for other person to join call and I’d have to reopen the app.
NEXT BEST THING
This service is the next best thing to being in the office! Easy to navigate, sound and picture spot on!
There are no close captions or options to type
I could not use this app. It was worthless to me as I am deaf. There was no close captions and no options to type . This is very basic , please add close captions and a chat feature ( to type).
Love it
Being able to do telehealth with my psychiatrist vs going in has made things so much easier to see her. Being able to drive to appointments has been difficult so this has helped tremendously.
The best
I am so glad that this app is available. When I can’t get out of bed or my anxiety is just too much this helps me still make my appointments and makes it to where I am still able to meet with my therapist. I love it!
Benefit of using Telehealt
Telehealth has been extremely beneficial to my mental health. I’ve used it often to connect with my therapist on days when it’s difficult/inconvenient to drive to the brick & mortar location. Instead of canceling my appointment, I can have this alternative method of communication.
