Absolute Wank
It’s a scam app and a scam shop, they still haven’t opened up near my address for the past 4 years and i have been waiting and asking, yet they ignore every time terrible pizzas!
Erm.. never again 💜
nothing tastes good, and the images are extremely misleading! wish i got my money back xx

No More Good Deals
Noticing that a lot of 1 star reviews have been removed for some reason, so am reposting. Old app was far better, you now can’t spend your points on the better rewards unless you’re in a certain tier. Use to have a bunch of good deals but not anymore.

Burgers & pizzas are lovely & very decently priced wouldn’t go anywhere else
Can’t set address
Not a well made app
Me
The best pizza in uk by far 11 out of 10
Lost access to the account
After the new update my account just disappeared. Using my email return with “no customer found” even though I know for sure that’s the email for my account. Likely because before the main way to login was phone number(which now cannot be used anymore for whatever reason). Loyalty program and points flushed down the toilet😢
Opened early just for us
We honestly can’t thank Neil, Sunny and the whole team at Fat Pizza Romford enough! They went above and beyond for our children’s party, opening early on a Saturday morning and cooking everything fresh so it was ready in time for our guests. We will be forever grateful for how accommodating and helpful they were. From the very beginning, they were fantastic to deal with. They took the time to plan everything with us, answered all our questions, and made organising food for around 60 guests (including children) completely stress-free. The pizzas were absolutely amazing – fresh, hot and so delicious. They were a huge hit with everyone, and there wasn’t much left by the end! We also loved the little handwritten notes inside every pizza box lid. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience feel even more special. The prices were incredibly reasonable for the quality of the food and the number of people we were catering for. Thank you again, Neil, Sunny and the entire Fat Pizza team, for helping make our children’s celebration so memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone, and we’ll definitely be ordering again!
Free pizza
Even the free pizza ain’t worth it 💔 You still had to pay 14 pounds to get the pizza anyway and the burger tasted like plastic🤮.
Cristina
Absolutely brilliant! Ordered pizza, chicken wings and dessert tonight and everything arrived quickly, fresh and hot. The food was delicious, especially the pizza – my daughter is a very fussy eater, but she absolutely loves the crust from here, and the wings, which says a lot! 😊 Great value for money, generous portions, fast delivery and friendly service. We will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!
Outside of delivery zone?
If I’m outside of the delivery zone why are you posting leaflets in our letterboxes? Either your app is poorly developed or you have drastic marketing flaws.

Great deal
Do not download!!!!!!!
I seen a ad about this app and thought I would try it out. I’m not the person to go out of my way to complain but this is another level. When I tried to deliver it, it said that they can’t deliver so I put the location around the map to deliver to and there is nowhere to get it delivered. Please fix this app then I’ll give a honest review again!!!!
Jenny
Excellent value for money. Love these pizzas
No delivery!
Ordered on the app and paid. Was given a confirmation email and order showed on app. Then it disappeared from the app and I messaged after 15 mins later than the “no later than” delivery time. No response to the message. Several phone calls to get through to an unprofessional person that said there was no order. My credit card shows the charge but I’m hoping it will be reversed. Should have paid attention to the reviews. No other pizza company acts like this. I feel like I’ve been scammed.
Yum
Great food. Always delivered on time
Disgusting
Food was absolutely disgusting. Cold and soggy pizza, pizza with nothing on it. It looked like it’s was thrown out of the window. Customer service is terrible, they refuse to make a refund for that terrible food and keep money. Avoid at all cost. Horrible app and company
