My ride to the Presidio
The Waymo is a surprisingly smooth and pleasant ride. I feel safe during the ride. The pick up is spot on and the cars are clean and comfortable. Nothing short of amazing!

They left me stranded 15 minutes away from my home,because they deactivated my account with no way to get back home

3 years and still not east
I’ve is over three years for them to literally go in my area, which is at least five minutes from the Maps line from where I live and they’ve never moved it. Why do you guys refuse to go in the Glendale area in anywhere east you would think it would be better considering downtown has some of the worst driving, but you guys have never expanded on the east side what is wrong with this company? I’m literally going to remove this app because there’s no point I don’t use it.

Not as good anymore
I scheduled and paid for a round trip I’ve done this before understanding, the car leaves and the comes back when you request the return This time the Waymo app took off my return, kept the money and I needed to rebook a new ride. Which would have doubled the original price. I took an uber instead!

Worthless in Austin
App continues to not function in Austin, even though your chance of having collision with these vehicles or seeing them block a street or private drive is substantial.

Love Waymo, the cleanliness and the price. Wish it was more accessible everywhere including LAX. Can’t wait for Waymo to flourish!
Terrible drop-off!
No notification that we wouldn’t be dropped off at our location. Needs to be a pop-up warning before we commit. Had to walk up hill in dress close, in the heat. Never would have used the service had we known. Waymo should pay us for the feedback!

Good coverage, best cars, good prices, the company is honest about their performance and pricing , the app is accurate, rapid response and great costumer service

Can't access my account
I have tried to access my account I never used the app before and then when I tried to get the code it's not working so i deleted the account and now I can't use my account anymore super ridiculous.

Overpriced and Smells Like Weed
Took hundreds of rides with this company before it got popular. Every car smells like a freshly smoked joint and the support staff does nothing to address it. Overly expensive compared to other ride shares. You complain and get a manager to call you with a promise to follow up. That follow up never occurs, support staff is in India.

We used Waymo app to request a ride from hotel to SJC airport. Everything was perfect. Great experience.

If this is the future of transportation, I for One, I'm here for it! Waymo gives you a lot more privacy room, and comfort while offering a smooth seamless ride. I'm excited it's here in San Diego!
