When it works it’s good, however it hardly ever works!!
This camera when it does work is great! Especially the WiFi connectivity so you can see your baby when you’re out of the house and someone else is looking after them. However it hardly ever works properly! Especially if youve had it for a while, I’m constantly having to unplug it or resetting the app, and when it happens over night it means I’m sleeping and the monitor that’s meant to be keeping me aware of what’s happening with my toddler isn’t working! Led to many poor nights of sleep as I’m worried I’ve missed him crying.

成功連線的時候是真的很好用，夜間畫質也很清楚！但也太常斷線連不上了吧，有時候還整整幾天都連不上，這樣不就失去寶寶攝影機的意義了，就是希望能隨時注意小朋友狀況才買的
The best camera!
I had this camera recommended to me by a work colleague, I ordered one for my daughter’s room and we have absolutely loved it! We have our son being born within a couple of weeks and have ordered another for his room as well. If I need any support (not often) I ask by using the “chat” in the app and have a response and fix within minutes! I would never use another camera after buying these. 10/10 recommends buying one… or more 🤩
Great Camera and a non functioning app. Literally unusable. Brick.
It doesn’t connect. Every night I spend 10-15 mins fighting with the app to get it to work. We’ve decided to give up and just buy a cheap Kmart one and be done with it. Thanks Cubo for stealing years off life I’ll never get back. Early parenthood is hard enough, thanks for making it just that little bit harder.
Great Peace of Mind
This app has been awesome for keeping tabs on our infant. Quick way to quickly check on our kid from any room or while we’re laying down to see how he’s doing. It has alerts for face covered and temperature notifications that help early on. Photo and video features are nice too.
When can we have custom settings
I want put flip screen button on the quick access area. Don’t want to always go to setting and pressing so many steps. “Video quality” doesn’t even need to put in the quick access area. Do any keep changing the video quality??? I thought this is more once you set and leave it that way? I have feedback to the team and the team was friendly and nice. But I still don’t see any updates of custom settings function. I want to able to put function buttons I often use in quick access area please!!!!!!!!! Even my robot vacuum app have the option for it, why not cubo ai camera????
Can’t tap accept privacy change
We see a system error that privacy changed. We can’t use this app any more.

DO NOT BUY
Camera stops working just after Warranty. Their solution? Pay money for another one. Customer service is horrible. Blame is on you. We are the 3rd family we know of that has had the exact same issue. Pay for a premium product, and get a sub-par product. Look elsewhere! Just had our annual subscription of $120 taken out too. Terrible product.

Its ok but i wish we got another camera
It works as a camera but we didnt find any of the stand aprt festures useful. The baby face cover detection would ring literally every minute or so every time our baby turned their head. So annoying that we had to turn it off. The playback is extremely hard to use. We would hear a noise and wouldn’t be able to go back 10 or 20 seconds to see why this had happened instead we had to scroll back with an extremely sensitive time bar where 1 mm movement of the finger would send me back five or 10 minutes and then try and move forward 15 seconds at a time and half the time the button to move forward or back for the playback didn’t work please fix this feature and the Apple will be much more usable
Fix needed
You have just uploaded a privacy policy update to your app that renders it unworkable. The “accept” button doesn’t work but the pop up locks you out of the rest of the app. I am relying on this app at night so I need it fixed asap.
Customer support Is phenomenal!
I contacted customer support on Facebook messenger and they were so prompt and quick with assisting me. They’re so friendly and went above and beyond. Honestly haven’t come across a company so helpful anywhere else!
The app is the worst!
Honestly the support team is shocking, they keep blaming my wifi but it’s not as wifi works perfect always On all other household devices every update they do with the app we always have issues and we can never see our baby on the app screen it’s shocking!!!
Total failure - App is unusable due to privacy policy bug
The app is completely broken starting today (Jan 20th 2026). It forces you to accept a new Privacy Policy to proceed, but every time you click "Accept," it just throws an "Unknown error occurred." I’m now unable to monitor my baby’s sleep, which has completely disrupted our sleep training and daily routine. For a baby monitor app, this level of instability is unacceptable. Fix this immediately! Update: we got a quick fix for this issue, thanks.
Disappointing App
This monitor and app have great features. And they are great when they work properly but they often don’t. The sound cuts out constantly, which has meant there have been times that I haven’t heard my baby cry which is terrible. Not what you want in a monitor/app. Looking at other reviews, this looks to be an extremely common issue. So disappointing that it’s not being fixed, because this monitor was not cheap.
Mixed Bag
An astounding amount of operational errors for something with this high of importance. We’ve had this set up for about 10 days and there’s already been 2 updates to the app that make it completely unusable- most recently when you’re promoted to accept new terms of service and there’s an error message that prompts you to try again. Husband and I are honestly considering returning and using something that’s more reliable. It’s nice to be able to both monitor the camera on our phones, but when you can’t access the app at all, it’s completely pointless.
Buggy and too many locked features
The software has gone downhill over the years. The app is constantly glitching and we often wake up to the screen timed out, not showing out children. Pretty much every feature is now hidden behind a paywall and their privacy policy/how they use customer data is suspect. Disappointed, but feel locked in. I would not buy.
Terrible
Very fancy & high tech = not worth the $$ App randomly crashes so not reliable, huge battery suck on your phone, camera randomly updates during the middle of the night (try 3am) so your child is woken by clicking and a dumb light show. You pay so much money for an unreliable and problematic piece of tech.
App broken on Privacy Policy Update
Unable to access camera at all due to a Privacy Policy Update screen. Press Accept and get “Unknown error occurred. Please try again”. Press Decline and get “To continue using CuboAi, please agree to our updated Privacy Policy”. Same error occurs using app on another phone. Please sort it out Updated 1 star to 4 stars after it started working again. Unable to contact using in-app chat as it’s only available when logged in!
Crashes often but good quality picture
This app crashes/glitches OFTEN!! Multiple times a day this app doesn’t work properly. When it does work the picture and sound quality are great. There’s also a significant delay between when baby cries and the app alerts. Several times I could hear my baby crying and respond before the app even alerts.
Became slow about 1.5 years ago
I used to love love love this app for my first baby, how quickly the video showed up after i clicked into the app was one of the very important factors. I am now using it with my second baby, and the video sometimes takes like 5-6 seconds to load or sometimes just doesn’t load. I have to kill the app and restart it in order for the video to load. When i hear the baby crying, i don’t want to fuss on my app for 20seconds. I don’t care what other features you have or don’t have. Performance, responsiveness, and reliability of the app is critical.
Amazing customer service
I’ve had little to no issues with our monitor (aside from our own wifi connection issues causing difficulties) but have recently had to contact customer service as my monitor wasn’t connecting, they went absolutely above and beyond! Couldn’t fault their service or speed to help me get back on the app as quickly as possible. Thanks again team cubo ai!
Glitchy, slow, and awful
I wish I’d known how glitchy, slow, and unreliable this app is before I purchased the baby monitor. It’s caused immense amounts of bedtime stress trying to set up, pair, and keep it connected. When I need to turn on the nightlight or white noise it takes 20-30 seconds for the button to load so I can turn it on or off. It’s ridiculous. So unhappy with this product. Trying to pair a second camera is impossible.
Overall good
Overall a good system that we rely on a lot. The AI sensitivity around alerts just needs to be improved.
Don’t waste your money!!!
I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased the product. Yes, the app has great features and more than other monitors, but it is useless if it doesn’t work! It is so glitchy and unstable. It’s 1:45am right now and I am awake about to bring my baby back into our room for the night as the sound isn’t working. The other morning she was awake and crying and I had no idea as the app had frozen!!! It’s also extremely difficult to connect to a new network when you travel, I have a very cheap monitor from Kmart in a different room that is way more reliable which I will be using in her nursery from tomorrow and finally throwing this one in the bin. It worked fine for the first few months and then slowly got worse and now it is so unstable I cannot trust it and I am lying here awake because I had to get up and check on my baby and prepare to bring her into our room for the rest of the night. Such a shame because it has lots of great features and worked well at first. Very disappointing for the price tag!!!
Background app running

Waste of money
Not worth the 1.7 rating it gets. The only thing it is consistent in is that it fails, regularly in the middle of the night and the only way to reconnect it is to go into the babies room make it flash bright lights and make a bunch of noises to wake your child before it fails again. Useless and not anything it claims to be. If I could give it zero stars I would.
Apps broken
Hi Developer, the app has been great but currently broken - please fix asap as you cannot agree to the terms and conditions so you cant use it. It’s a huge inconvenience for parents that rely on the app to monitor their children. Great app otherwise. Thanks
Unreliable
The camera quality is great, but unfortunately the app is quite poor. It frequently has sound issues, which makes the overall experience so frustrating. Unreliable
Sleep sensor pad
Camera is great quality and picture however the sleep sensor pad gives us quite the scare nowadays! Our son moves around his crib a lot so we have been getting Critical Alerts when he’s moved away from the pad…. Not a good feeling getting those alerts unnecessarily!
Cubo Plus
Packaging was great and camera is great. I wish Google home on mobile devices could display the camera, but it does work on our home max plus display.
Monitor freezes constantly.
I’ve had the Cubo for a year and found that it’s an extremely glitchy app with the monitor freezing regularly. The temperature also doesn’t match other thermometers I have in the room. Adds so much extra stress when you transition baby to their own room! Really disappointing for the price tag. I don’t recommend and will be purchasing a different monitor next time around.

This is a great idea but so far isn’t executed well. For such an expensive piece of equipment it constantly fails us. The app is insanely buggy - crashes and freezes constantly and today there’s a new privacy policy that I can’t click accept on. Save yourself a few hundred bucks and just get a normal camera. It also constantly said our newborn baby was out of the cot or had rolled over when he literally couldn’t move. So we never even used those notifications in the end. Such a shame. I’ve tried getting support but it’s just a bad app I’m afraid!
It used to be good when they started in 2020
I am so sad that in this world any service people need to make profit off someone, but it’s ok, everything comes down to business by the end of the day. But they use to be so client focus when it started. But now it changed. :(
Great product and customer service
I’ve been using my CuboAi Plus since early 2023 and have been impressed by the continuous improvements in both the app’s UI and connectivity over time. The Sleep Sensor Pad has provided me with great peace of mind—it’s truly a one-of-a-kind product on the market. A few days ago, my camera suddenly stopped working, so I reached out to CuboAi’s customer service through the app. They responded within just a few hours and offered a reasonable, affordable solution—even though my device was outside the factory warranty period. The RMA service provided me with an opportunity to upgrade to the CuboAi Monitor 3 (the newer version) at only a fraction of the original cost. Needless to say, I’m extremely satisfied with CuboAi’s products and customer support.
Great hardware, but the app causes absolute panic at night.
The features on paper are great, but the actual app is awful and causes more anxiety than it relieves. Notifications pop up, but the app never connects to the camera on the first try. Waking up to an alert at midnight and being stuck on a loading screen gives you a total heart attack when you have an infant. The lullaby and white noise features are a great idea, but they constantly throw connection errors when we try to play them. The app desperately needs a stability overhaul.

使用し始めて2年近くになります。普段の操作は概ね良好でとても助かっています。 ただ本日、「プライバシーポリシーの更新」画面が表示されて、「同意する」を押しても「拒否する」を押しても、どちらにせよアプリの使用画面になりません。 アプリ更新などに伴うバグかもしれないので、修正をお願いしたいです。 最近寝返りを始めた第二子。このアプリが使えないのでは日常生活が不安です。
Do you NEED the camera to ALWAYS work?
If the answer is no, then these are the baby monitors for you! I really want to love these cameras and there’s things about them that I do. But to make your customers pay for each individual camera on a subscription when most people have multiple children AND the software be this buggy is just ridiculous. I am totally locked out of my system AGAIN because of a privacy agreement change. This happens pretty regularly for one reason or another. Something goes bump upstairs, hopefully the cubos will connect at least the video since the sound AND video is a 50/50 chance each time I start up the app. As long as you are ok with not always being able to know what is going on with your kids when you need to despite paying every month for a service that’s normally free. You won’t have any problems…
App crash

Would rate 0 stars if could. Wifi connection is very unreliable unless you are using close to your modem/router. Customer support is also useless, they will just lead you on a long course of settings to change on your wifi and conclude it is your wifi issue. In theory would be a great product…if it reliably worked.
Connection Question
It really helps to monitor my baby in the past 3 months.. and connection is not as bad as people commented. However, can you confirmed if WiFi 2.4G has lesser disconnection than 5G? Or I can stay 5G for faster connection. Am using 2.4 G to avoid disconnection. Thanks
App is buggy, but camera is great
The app is very buggy, where sometimes it just won't connect to WiFi and you have to do a hard reset. That's very annoying. But the camera is great. I wish the app was more seamless.
Volume control of lullabies is flawed
It is difficult to control the volume as the button doesn’t glide. So for example, when I slide the button too much to the left, the volume gets much softer than I would like it to be. And when I try to slide it to the right by a little, the volume gets too loud. This should be rectified and it would be great if there’s an indicator of what the volume is.
