JUST GET IT
if you’re like me and researched this product for a while JUST GET IT. It’s so worth it. After every workout I feel like a million bucks. If you ever wanted to learn boxing or kick boxing or just strength training, this is the program for you! I’ve lost around 15 pounds so far and I feel stronger than I ever have! 10/10!
New App is broken
New app breaks multiple features. But the worst is can’t use the console over Ethernet. Forces you to use WiFi, but the console doesn’t work well with mesh networks. Constant pausing and freezing.
So Close to the E..n…..d
This would easily be a 5 star if I didn't have to repeat my Monday boxing workout on Wednesday. I'm on my last week of the beginner program and I ran into this problem with no way to unlock the new course.
A Hot Mess Of A System
This whole company doesn’t really have it together. Buggy app, poor trackers (which is surprising given that Hysko trackers are supposed to be the best there is but their partnership with FightCamp gives you cheap unprofessional tracking), Cheap Pakistan gloves offering no wrist support, poor feedback and protection, very cheap HRM hardware and easy wraps(fraying, poor sizing, stress points on hands where sewn, creating pain when punching) and the company proceeds to charge a premium for non premium items. And let’s get to the instruction part. What a hot mess!Programs do not build on the ones before it because it’s a different trainer for each part of a program. It’s so disjointed that it’s not even funny. One trainer, one program, how difficult is that? Apparently too difficult for “FightCamp”. I honestly can’t believe that Mike Tyson would invest in such a product. The profit over substance mentality is exhausting. The only real positive to this system is the ease into getting you moving and doing something with your body. But if you expect to learn any real fighting fundamentals or want to train in a legitimate program that builds real skills transferable to the ring or self protection, then pass on this system and look into programs like Corner(a professional system used in UK boxing gyms with incredibly accurate trackers and amazing programs). Fightcamp is a toy at best. If your just a fitness bloke then this is fine (but the base system only, trackers and bag, skip the accessories and bring your own).
They ruined the app
I used to love this app as a nice way to access free effective workouts. But now they won’t let me do anything without purchasing their extra equipment and a subscription. It used to be optional but now the videos won’t even let you press play without making purchases.
Motivational
The trainers and program set up teach you a lot while also pushing you to be better. Great combination.
Bruh
Before you by this just know you have to buy a device for you to do the workouts and u can’t do the workouts without it
Very good app for Box and kickboxing self training
This app is great. The only downside is the tracker, it seems like the subscription and the equipment is only available for USA. It is understandable for the punching bag but i believe the trackers should be able to be sold globally.
Not as i thought
I thought this app was for new boxing beginners at home without any equipment. But they said it want a console to start the boxing. The reason why people are learning boxing at home because they dont have the cash to learn boxing in boxing classes but they want equipment to learn boxing, its not worth. I think the console cost more than a boxing class....🥲
Need a freestyle option
Fight camp is great. I cut off my membership because there’s no freestyle mode without an instructor. It can’t be that hard to create. Some people just want to track the workout/progress… Now I just freestyle on the bag without the trackers, save the membership fee..
Great training
Amazing trainers and great app interface. Love the equipment!
Don’t buy their equipment as a gift
My husband wanted the new console for Christmas. Checked the website, can’t get just the console, so I shelled out almost $300 for the console and a bunch of equipment we already had. Fine, whatever, I guess. But then Fight Camp signed me up for a subscription that I didn’t agree to. When I tried to call them to get the charge reversed, I got an automated message that no agents were available and to call back later then the call disconnected. Never again will I buy anything from them.
Yasss
I used to be this kid with a lot of fat. But ever since I tried this app out I HAVE LOST SO MUCH! You guys are amazing
Could be better
I'm new to boxing and kickboxing and i don't have a gym to go to so i thought to try this i tried to do the first workout and its trying to make me buy trackers but when i tried to check the price i couldn't and it wanted me to buy the whole package for $700 which i would not and couldn't buy since i dont have the space. So overall if they didnt want you to buy stuff it would be a higher rating
Trackers and subscription required
Best boxing fitness app by far but comes with a steep entry point of 400$ for the punch trackers in addition to 40$/mo for the subscription…neither of which are detailed in this app’s description. Something like a PS5 is far more more sophisticated than their tracking device and only costs 75$ dollars more, for reference to the trackers which are grossly overpriced. Whenever the trackers become optional I’ll be back and happily pay the subscription
Best workout app out there
I’ve been using Fight Camp for over five years. It’s the only workout routine/program/app I’ve ever used consistently. Before Fight Camp I’d do maybe one workout every couple weeks. With Fight Camp I’ve consistently averaged 3-4 *hard* workouts a week. I’ve seen my overall fitness improve beyond what I thought was possible. My body looks completely different now too. This is not a lame follow-along workout video from the 80s. The instructors will give you real instruction on technique and fight strategies. And somehow along the way you’ll get crazy fit too. This app has all the variety you need to keep you from getting bored or in a rut. They’ve got boxing, kickboxing, strength workouts with weights, conditioning workouts that are 100% scalable to your ability. I don’t have lower back pain anymore because this app actually trains your core so it’s useful for everyday life. As you can tell, I can’t say enough nice things about this app and the lifestyle it creates. Get it. You won’t regret it.
Not for beginners!!!
Very few workouts for actual beginners, both in technique and for general fitness. Under the conditioning workout tab for instance there are literally only 2 out of the 133 workouts available and neither are truly for beginners who are trying to build up stamina. Under kickboxing 16 of the 886 workouts, strength 7/180 etc.... Very disappointing for the price charged. If you are a newbie look elsewhere.
Used to need no equipment now does
I was using this for a few weeks and all of a sudden these trackers are required for all but the first two workouts. Why are they even needed? I’d be happy to pay a subscription for the workouts- I don’t care about having my punch count tracked. The biggest kicker is that if you go to buy the trackers, they can’t be bought outside the US or Canada. So why is this app still available to countries outside those? Real shame to ruin a perfectly good app this way- I enjoyed training with Tommy but will now have to go elsewhere.
You have to buy their products to use the service/app
I’ve done a few of the free workouts through this company on You Tube and really enjoyed them. Sadly I can not purchase the subscription to more videos without buying their products. I don’t beed another punching bag , a counter, or accessories. It would be fantastic if they decided to offer the subscription alone.
Love it!
I use it for my boxing data every week at home and at the gym!
Beautiful App—Exorbitant Start-Up cost
I started the app when more of the workouts were available for free. The video tutorials are wonderful: you can either pick a technique to practice with, or do full workouts. I would be more than happy to purchase the $40/month membership fee if it was available…However, you cannot do a membership without buying the $800 (yes, $800) start-up kit with a bag, gloves, and a console. The console is used for tracking at best. For reference, I got a bag and gloves for under $200 from Amazon. This made sense as my bag would remain outdoors and not expected to last long. The start-up cost and gate-keeping is exorbitant and ridiculous—who do they hope to sell to, Elon Musk? Certainly not the average American. It’s a shame, because the material is worthwhile and like I said, I’d be more than willing to pay a monthly membership…But not a $800 set, puh-leeze.
Trackers
It’s a good app and all but the trackers I bought don’t work on the app so I wouldn’t recommend buying trackers.
Needs improvement
I like the app so far but I feel like it could use some much needed updates. For starters the punch trackers do not hold their charge. Say I charge them all night then take them with me in my gym bag. By the time I get to gym after work, the trackers are warning me they have a low battery before I’ve even started. Seems like they should have a pod like AirPods to hold their charge. 2) I wish their was a calorie counter instead of just output I wish their were more full body options or that they were easier to sort.
Love it
I’ve been using FightCamp for my training and it’s honestly been a game changer. The trackers and app make it feel like I’m getting real feedback on my punches and combos, not just hitting the bag and guessing. It helps me stay consistent, push harder, and actually see my progress over time. The workouts are structured like real fight training, so it feels more purposeful than just doing random rounds. Overall, it’s a really good tool if you want to level up your striking at home and stay motivated.”
I want to love it
So like so many others, the holiday discounts were too good to not order. I was so excited to get it and even though I have previous experience, I started with the beginner program. I love the classes but getting the trackers to connect is a huge issue. Now the console isn’t charging the trackers so I am still paying for the subscription and can’t use it as designed. They have turned off their phone service and the email responses are now supposed to come in 24-48 BUSINESS HOURS. I really want this to work, but I think there is a problem with the consoles the company is not being transparent about. Great concept if it worked.
Great workouts but very limited
The workouts are fantastic but the equipment and subscription cost is way to high to be of any use other than the occasional free workout. I’d subscribe and buy the equipment if it was reasonably priced
Hands down the Best there is
Being able to combine strength with fighting workouts , core workouts and conditioning as well makes this app hard to beat. Also very cool how you can track your progress and stream your own playlist during workouts. Also learn a ton which keeps me engaged and wanting to get my workouts in. Been using this for rite at 2 years now and see no end in my future. Love it.
Buggy as heck
The workouts are great. The app is terrible. I’m in my first week and workouts don’t start consistently, and the “how to put on your wraps” tutorial audio plays constantly underneath the workout. Pure garbage.
Loving Fight Camp
Great addition to my workouts. Like the upper body workout compared to Peloton, and great to get frustrations out. Got the sound sleeve which made a big difference if noise or vibrations are an issue.
Don’t waste your time.
Unless you want to pay for all of their products, you can’t use the app don’t waste your time. Don’t download it.
Do not hesitate
I have been a fan since day one. Absolutely no regrets with this program
We need subscriptions
I would like to use the app but i dont need the trackers. Just let me pay monthly fee pls
Excellent Workouts
I’m an older student, 72, I appreciate the stepwise approach and progression. You can repeat classes if you want to, all at your own pace. Definitely helps in staying in shape. Enjoy following my stats and progress. I highly recommend Fight Camp, their service support for any questions or concerns is outstanding.
App crashes during workout
This app crashes in the middle of my workout and just ends the workout for no reason.
