This app is my favorite app for knitting…
This app is really really nice but something I do not like about it is sometimes the tutorial videos don’t always load up all the time and I haven’t even had this app for an hour. so it’s really nice and I’m in the middle of a thing and it like teaches you to count your rose cause I thought it was only one side you had to get out I’m pretty good at knitting not brag but it’s really overall really nice and if you don’t have it you should go get it and it’s for free unless you want the premium or something so I desperately think you should get it cause I have needed an app like this for a while

По-моему так очень многие вяжут в Европе, когда правой рукой нитку набрасывают на спицу... Наши мамы и бабушки нас учили делать это иначе, намного проще, чем в представленных видео. Считаю для начинающих бесполезным.

Guter Ansatz...
Die zwei Sterne gibt es ausschließlich für den Ansatz und die Idee. Die Ausführung der App ist einfach nicht gut, um nicht zu sagen mies. Die App reagiert zum Teil nicht auf eingaben, bei den Tutorialen... bzw. fehlt mir eine Fehlermeldung (Ende erreicht oder ähnliches.) bei den Videos lassen sich, auf meinem X, die Texte nur teilweise oder gar nicht lesen. Allein schon deswegen, weil ich Fehler bei der Darstellung als absolut vermeidbar empfinde, gibt es Punktabzug. Würd mich wirklich freuen, wenn die App besser an die verschiedenen Auflösungen angepasst wird und insgesamt etwas flotter auf eingaben reagiert -bzw. ein klein bisschen intuitiver wird.
Update Destroyed Usability
This app was my go-to app for all of my yarn crafting projects for the longest time. With a recent update, a slider was added to zoom in and out on PDFs. On a tablet it wouldn’t be a bad addition, but I use my phone, and every time I try to scroll up or down the slider pops up and either zooms in or out, so I have to readjust the zoom level every time I try to scroll up or down to see other parts of the pattern. I could not find any way to turn the slider off, so it has basically rendered the app more of a hassle than a help. Please add an option to turn off the zoom slider.

If there was away for me to rate this lower or no stars I would !! It updated and wiped my account and all the patterns I created !!! I’m heart broken to know I was working on a project and won’t ever be able to fix it because all of my work is gone :(

App Doesn’t Open
I use this app for all of my knitting projects. Now whatever update took place I can’t open the app any more. The update seems to have effected Apple IOS and not Android IOS. I hope the developer will see this message and fix the problem.

I love having ,y patterns on the go!
I’ve used this for a couple projects and the only thing I’d change is having the counters start at 0 instead of 1. Maybe just a personal preference but I like setting up all my counters ahead of time, so it bugs me to have one say 1 when I’m not at that part yet.
Confusing
This app has knitting patterns, but I can’t figure out how to look at an entire pattern before deciding whether to take it on. It just shows step-by-step directions, and skipping to the next instruction is very difficult. It also apparently has no way to modify a pattern within the app. For instance, a pullover pattern says to use size 6 needles. I don’t want to spend the next three years of my life knitting it, so I’d rather use size 8. Guess what? There’s no way to select your preferred needle size. Very disappointing!

Nicht hilfreich für eigene Projekte
Man kann zwar Anleitungen laden, aber deren Anzeige hat nichts mit dem Reihenzähler zu tun. Die App hilft mir nicht zu erkennen, was ich stricken muss oder wie weit ich in der Anleitung gekommen bin. Ich kann nur einfach klicken, wenn eine Reihe fertig ist. Da hilft mir eine Bleistift-Markierung auf der ausgedruckten Anleitung mehr.

Number of stitches???
I cannot find how many stitches I am to cast on for any of the projects. Can someone please help?
Helpful video tutorials.
Before I even begin a project with this app, I can already say I’m liking the tutorial videos all being in one easy-to-get-to place. However, there hasn’t been any sound in any of the videos I’ve tried. Not sure at the moment if my sound is malfunctioning, or if audio simply isn’t available. I do wish the various buttons/icons were labeled for those who rely on voiceover. (For those who aren’t aware, voiceover is a built in screen reader used by the blind and visually impaired. I use voiceover occasionally when my eye condition causes a bad eye day and makes me do all tasks in a non-visual manner.) If this were the case, I would likely use this app regularly. For now, I can always hope for improvement on the accessibility features. Meanwhile, I’ll explore my way around during my good eye days. I did explore the cardigan pattern. From what I understand of this app, directions are supposed to be available on a line by line basis. I can find the individual lines...but cannot figure what the actual directions are. I just find text that says “repeat the schema” for a certain number of times. How do I know what “the schema” is? Perhaps a simple “knit all stitches” or K1P1 across row” would be helpful.

Annoying little bug
Please fix the app so that when you have a comment on a row and a PDF loaded you can count past that row! Right now the screen freezes except for the option to remove the pattern. If the PDF is not loaded you can go to next row and close the comment, but not if there is a PDF open. Other than that I like this app a lot!

Marks project finished when it’s not!
I keep having to back into the project because it has marked it as finished. I’m deleting this app and trying something else, because it’s causing more difficulty than it’s worth!
Took a while to figure out how to add patterns
Overall a great app. It took me ages to figure out how to insert pattern, as you need to start a project then add. But great that it can have PDF. Would be better if you could tap screen anywhere to add to counter. So far so good
What I was looking for
This is just what I wanted. Keeps track of my progress. I’m able to upload my patterns. I just wish that I was able to switch my highlighter from horizontal to vertical. Other than that it’s a great app and definitely worth the yearly subscription!!!

Really nice counter, having all the converters in one app is amazing! It’s easy to keep track of really complex patterns and it’s beautiful to look at too. The fifth star is for when I can keep track of the same counters across different devices.
