Shipping
I love their product however I have to pay extra or charge or risk not being protected if their is an issue with my order? That’s not free shipping. I’m sure their shipping comes with some level of insurance with the carrier they use. This will impact my purchase decision going forward. #dissapointing
Fashion over 50
Fabulously fashionable clothing. Great quality. I wish there were reviews for each item. Also, I wish there was a way to put on a filter for sizing. It’s quite disappointing to view several pieces that I like, only to disappear that my size isn’t available.
My last order
I noticed after I paid that I was charged for an additional set. I sent an email before the items shipped. Customer service reached right out to me. They said they would take care of it. They did not!! They still sent it and charged me and it was final sale! I have always loved shopping here but my last shopping experience might be my last shopping experience!!
Pay Over Time
The dresses are stunning, I have no issues with that. The problem is, you have the option to pay over time but whenever you choose that option, it never works. I’ve never had that issue with Afterpay, Klarna or Shop. Only with this site/app.

Needs Updates
I recently downloaded this app and I haven’t been able to sign into my account, apply discount codes, or checkout.
Where is the filter?
I love the app, but I can’t see the filter button like I can on the regular website. Also on the regular website the filter button does not always show the specific sizes requested ONLY. I’m sure it’s a simple fix though - love the brand… keep up the beautiful designs and great quality.

This would’ve been a 5 star review, but the continued crashes won’t allow me to rate them any higher. Once the developers get these bug fixes completed, I’ll reevaluate.

The most reasonable price, and the quality of the material is high quality, you are getting more for your money and some. I’m a huge Boston property girl now I’m a JLUXLABEL INC girl, keep up the good work.
Awful customer service
Just like their clothing, appearance is great, but up close the execution is awful. I’ve read so many reviews on better business bureau saying customers didn’t receive help or didn’t receive their product, which is exactly what happened to me. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of action to help myself as a customer obtain a product that I paid for and ordered from them. It is a risk buying from them that you will receive customer care, accurate shipping timeline information, or your product. A risk I’m no longer willing to take. Will not be a return customer to Jlux label.
Filter option
Being able to filter by size would be such a valued enhancement for this app
App keeps crashing
Love the store and always buy online and enjoyed using their app especially to request a certain item to come back in stock since they don’t have that option on their website, but recently their app has been crashing which is super bummy. At least make a restock request on the website so I don’t have to depend on doing it on the app!
Beautiful app but crashes
This app makes it easier for consumers to view and purchase our favorite products. I mean it gives you an up-close experience to view the fabrics etc and all. Soon as a big sale goes on. Boom! It crashes! My app crashed today and it didn’t matter if I shut down the app an opened it back up... it still crashes soon as it cut on! I just deleted it hoping something would change
Love it
The brand, the style, and the app are the best. Just one piece of advice … in the product description section of each item, it would be great if the app could take us to the suggested item that is hyperlinked in the description box. It doesn’t jump to the item in the iPhone app. Otherwise, I love it all!!

Need to be upgraded
When u have products that out of stock leave it on the site so people can put in notifications. Also tag the other product that the model is wearing. Not enough stock.
Needs to update website
Love the Clothing in style, But unfortunately their website is not updated and after you already paid and you’re ready waiting for the merchandise, they send you an email days later if not weeks, letting you know that they don’t have the merchandise It has happened to me a bunch of times, and the website doesn’t even take responsibility, so you waste time waiting for the Clothing the never arrives or waiting for the money to be back to your bank account 😕. Are used to expend thousands of dollars In this website and I stopped because of that😒

I really loved using the app, but recently it stopped working. Everything I try to open it it just closes immediately
Needs improvement
New items don’t appear in my app when I click for new. I have to go into collection style and click each department to see, even there it doesn’t show new. I have to go thru all items to see. And missed out on a lot of good items that are sold out now.

I’m 58 years old 165lbs curvy and I wear a size large.So far I have made 4 purchases and my winter wardrobe is out of site.The clothing here are so age appropriate and made of excellent material.I love the feel of the fabric.

Been trying to order a dress all day
Almost impossible to order from UK. All my payment method has been declined. When I chose to pay through Klarna all It says is “Houston, we have a problem” Then tried Apple Pay and it’s telling me I haven’t added any address but Ofcourse I had that’s how they calculated the shipping £15 and all the shipping, billing address was added via Apple Pay. Then I went with the option “card” and didn’t accept my card. Why are you making it so hard to even pay? I really wanted the dress. Anyway thanks for the experience 👌🏽
