App keeps going back to USD as the currency of choice, and on a receipt I sent in GBP the total still came out in USD anyway. Please fix

There’s customer service number, no contact lint besides “email” No one returns any request on their “live chat” Money is suppose to be available and it never is, and it never shows any funds that were charged. It’s like they’re basically ripping people off

Think twice
Maybe you can figure this out and I’ll put it back at a higher rating. It keeps happening every time I’m about to take a payment with someone on the phone waiting it keeps poping up to rate the app which I have already done and it holds me back from taking the payment and annoys the customer. And now they want to charge a monthly subscription or 9.99 which is a lot. You might want to check out other apps available for stripe which have better offers. I understand there are costs involved but it can be a minimal fee not over £100 a year.
