Class Attendance Statistics
I’m not sure if there is currently a glitch in the app, however my class attendance statistics somehow decreased from 233 to 206 lifetime classes? Can this be checked and fixed asap please, as I was looking forward to my 250 classes milestone!! Thanks

購買堂數方案後無法查看使用期限和剩餘堂數，過去的上課紀錄全部放在一起無法辨別是使用哪次購買的方案，而且App運作速度很慢，實際上課的品質很好但這個訂位系統有待加強，使用者體驗不是很好，希望能優化整個app

The app is easy to use and shows you all the details that you need to know. It’s not difficult at all to navigate and a perfect compliment to the kx experience

App barely loads to book a class. Needs an update desperately. I’d rather book with other studios

It’s slow af now
The app has been super slow since the most recent update. There’s a lag opening the app, there’s a lag when booking classes, and with payments.
Doesn’t update icalendar
Great app however doesn’t update iPhone calendar when you book a class since the ios 17 update.

SLOW!!!
The home page takes a long time to load right from the start. Selecting a package is just as slow. More seriously, payment gets taken from my account but the package stays stuck ‘on hold’, pending payment, so I can’t book classes even though I’ve already paid. Needs fixing ASAP.

It is difficult when you want the ease of the app for booking management but can never get into it as the buffering goes on for so long it fails to open
Glitch
The app used to send text messages when you got off the waitlist and now it doesn’t anymore so I keep missing out. Can you please adjust this.

Love the new design! So much easier booking and checking classes than on my laptop 💙 The graphic design is super clear and aesthetic. To strengthen the KX community, what if app users could request their friend’s KX schedule so they could know what days to train together?
App is very slow to load
This rating is regarding the app speed only. It takes to long to load when you want to look at schedule, switch between different days and book etc. Can this please be fixed? It was never a problem until a few months ago?

Dreadful app with bugs not being fixed
The latest release populates a copy of the booking in your phone calendar for every day ahead you book. So if you book a class 7 days in advance, you get 7 events in your phone, for the one class. I note also this bug was logged here more than a month ago and it’s still not fixed.

The functionality of the app has increased dramatically over the last few months. More recently the performance has reduced such that I spend a lot of time waiting for pages to load. Remove the bloat wear and strip the functions back to features that provide customer value. Eg The “rate the session” function is a waste of time , nobody at KX reads it.

Multiple Calendar Bookings
Please update this app! Per the reviews from Mar & Apr, the Apple calendar is receiving 4+ booking confirmations despite only booking 1 class for that one day, which I have to manually delete multiple confirmations each time I cancel, amend or add a class within the app. This is extremely frustrating!!!

Trying to confirm a class for the early morning, been trying to check all afternoon but the app won’t open past the initial ‘loading’ page :( Can you please look into this It’s happened a few times over the past month, didn’t think much of it because I guess it’s normal?? But kinda frustrating now, especially with kx40 on and majority of classes being booked I’m struggling to get in
