Good but not perfect
The app is generally easy to use and navigate - but I noticed it’s slow to update the class count and total classes. It’s been over 24 hours and my last class (which shows I attended) did not update on the overall count.
It’s not Working Well
I just downloaded this app and it won’t let me select my location. Maybe it's down, but it’s very difficult to navigate and just move on to a home page.
Where’s workout explore ?
It said By clicking on a class to open the class details page, you'll see the 'Workout Explore' button that opens up a full guide to the workout. But I cannot find it? I’m using iOS
Great app
I really like being able to see the classes. The UI is very intuitive and clean. One of the easiest apps I ha e installed on my phone. By reading old reviews, you seem to be taking peoples input in making this a top notch app. So I have a feature request. When Waitlist to Booked happens I need to manually add to my calendar. Is there a way to either have “add to calendar” in email that I’ve been “Booked” or add to app to add to calendar when viewing bookings? Or “add to calendar” as “Tentative” when Waitlisted. Modifying to “Confirmed” or deleting the event is fairly easy at that point. Thanks!
Greatest workout gym. Worst app.
The app just logs out by itself randomly, and for no clear reason and it does that frequently , very bad development of an application
Book multiple classes at once
Would be handy if you could book multiple classes at once. There’s so many taps to book just one class you have to click into the class, tap book and then for some reason there is a review screen to click book again. And then once it’s confirmed there’s a message at the top you have to x out of and then another screen to x out of.
OMG. I can’t stop accidentally deleting boomed classes!
When I’m in the app looking at the screen detailing an upcoming class I’m booked into, the app has the massive cancel button on it which hovers over the screen. Just about every time I go to get out of the screen, I naturally think the button is to close the class detail screen and hit it. It then cancels the class totally with no “are you sure you want to cancel” message. It’s just boom and my booking is gone!! Drives me nuts. Needs the UI tidied up and a double confirm process. If I do it the night before the class I quite often miss out on the class as someone else on the waiting list gets my spot. Does my head in!

Aesthetically pleasing and intuitive
Favor— can y’all remove classes we waitlisted but never booked out of our “past classes” section as well as maybe making that “past classes” tab similar to the summary for users who use credits to attend classes where it’s grouped by the types of classes you attended?
So hard to use
The app even cannot locate my city. You can just watch a YouTube video for workout. There is no point to use the app here.
App is great
So far the app seems to be doing its primary job and it is a very helpful app. In terms of improving the app: -add a class cancellation option ( allow class cancellations up to 4 hours before class starts) -add images or more detailed options for the F45 Merchandise/Store Page - add class registration numbers on the class schedule
Too many screens
While I love the ease of booking through an app, why I have to go through 3 screens to book one class is beyond me. Please stop

I do not get any despite turning it on on my iphone. Only via email so i miss out on any open slots that I am waitlisted for.:(

Waitlist troubles
I love the convenience of this app, however it stinks that you only get a notification when a spot opens up and you have to book it immediately. When I first got the app, based on how many people dropped and my position on the waitlist, I’d be automatically entered, now it seems like I have to sit by my phone just to make sure I can get off the waitlist and into a class. I hope this changes back so based on your waitlist position, you’re bumped into the class when it becomes available!

Login issue
I recently logged out the app to see if i had issues logging back in and i now can no longer login to the app. I’ve reset my password over 10 times and it keeps saying it is incorrect. I’ve also deleted an redownloaded the app from the Apple App Store and no change. Please help!!!
Good but needs some tweaks
Put a feedback option inside the app. - this will encourage more people to give input. The app sending emails is great when booking an appointment. The email should specify with day of the week and not just the numerical date. Also when signing up, the terms and conditions were undefined. There is no background of recommendation or rules for signing up. Clarity should be given on what to bring to your first day of F45, show requirements, any stretching or diet recommendations. I didn’t see of this. Would make for a better client experience. I like the feature of being able to send a booked class to my calendar. Lots of great features
Very glitchy
Once in a blue moon the app grants me access to my account 99% of the time it says my username password is incorrect, the website works better.. a lot better than this app. Please work it out guys

All good to start off with and like the layout etc but now it’s so slow! I update when needed but it just lags so much that I don’t want to use it (iPhone 7)

Terrible waitlist feature
The waitlist feature is horrible. First off; it doesn’t show the order in which the waitlist is created, so you’ll never know where you are. Then, there’s no priority given to the one on top (day; respond within 5 minutes when an opening occurs or loose your spot). And, when an opening appears, the (already slow) app comes to an absolute halt, you’ll have to plow through several menu options to figure out how to accept the class, and first option you’ll see I not ACCEPT, but CANCEL. Horrible and frustrating.... I’ve yet to get lucky, and it shouldn’t be this difficult...

Slower than an arthritic tortoise
This app has so many bugs it’s not even funny. Slow, clunky, the list goes on. Not to mention it likes to kick me out, and then not allow me to sign back into my own gym with my username/password as it won’t recognise it. This has happened twice this week alone. Please sort this mess out.

Love it. I just wish it showed how many people are signed up for each class
Perfect companion app
Straight forward and functional, this app makes scheduling/booking a spot in class a breeze, it also subconsciously (or consciously) commits your psyche to the workout in advance.
Needs fixes
The app has limitations to have one account for multiple locations. Yesterday I visited the pearl location and with their help to create an account for the pearl with the same email ID, the app would show the pearl as the location and shows the qatar foundation schedule! I spent yesterday all day trying to call the contact number showing in the app for help with no luck! The app needs improvement. Why should i have different accounts with different Email IDs 😩
Switching gyms
My feedback is to allow me to switch gyms without having to completely sign out of the app. It appears that I can only switch without being logged in if the studio is owned by someone who owns more than one.

Can’t see booked classes
With this update I am no longer able to see my scheduled classes under the ‘ bookings’ tab—it just says, “ no bookings” despite my having registered for classes. I can scroll back through the calendar to see what classes I signed up for, however, this is inconvenient compared to being able to see them all in one place at a glance.

Adding to calendar
There is only one way to add the booking to the calendar which is immediately upon booking; otherwise, its gone! Next update should have the accessibility to add my classes to my calendar anytime I want.
Painful.
Should be able to book multiple classes at a time. Painful when you book a class 2 weeks in advance then it takes you back to today’s date and you have to find your way back to where your trying to book. Not as clean cut and easy to use as the last F45 app. Also lags takes a few seconds to load things can be very annoying.
Meh
I don’t understand why wait list classes aren’t a queueing system. Why do I get a notification that announces an opening, rush to open the app to get in, only to realise someone else has beat me to it? What’s wrong with a simplified version where the next person in the wait list automatically moves into the open available slot? It’s maddening in its current format.

The app is easy and simple to use. I appreciate the energy by the coaches at F45 they made every class fun and they motivated me to keep pushing when I was tired. I will be signing up because after every class I felt great and accomplished! Thanks Crownpoint, Ind F45!
Not working
App does not allow me to log on. When I try to rest password- says user not found. When I try to register again, says my account is already on file. No customer support or any assistance. Get it together.
The app generally works well.
The ‘Add to calendar’ function isn’t working on version 8.2.4 iPhone 6sPlus iOS 13.1.2 Don’t appear to be able to cancel a booked class. Feature: would be nice to be able to message the owner/trainor from within the app. You should think about combining all three apps, Booking/Challange/Life into a single app. Thanks W.

Please add calendar support so it connects easily to my online calendar.
User Friendly
Seconds to book a class and that session can be sent directly to my iPhone calendar. Also, you can inform friends/contacts right after you book your workout and invite them to join you.
Barely works
Common; as a premier gym app this should actually function without errors and with out so many clicks. Please employ a UX expert. Cheers.
Good but could be better
Bit of improvement needed but app works, just needs a bit of clean up in regards to being a bit laggy and tends to freeze quite a bit. Otherwise does it’s job well, room for improvement but overall content with it
Not User Friendly At all
Not nearly as user friendly as the original F45 app. Can’t see my booked classes can’t see waitlists or # on the waitlist. Very inconvenient trying to plan if your going to attend a class when nothing is visible. I prefer the old app way more then this one
