Count is always wrong
No support between f45 mindbody and lionheart you get the run around. No resolution. Not the studios fault.. but someone has to be responsible for members class count to be correct! Been 5 years it’s still wrong! So I gave up.
Re-setting the App
I thought that I was the only one this was happening to…1. but after a few months the app needs to be re-set or 2. it tells me the F45 gym I go to is closed. After it happened the second time, I called and was told that the gym was opened. F45 needs to check out the app provider…

Really disappointing
App is only really useful to book classes and isn’t well designed to do so. Key function to add a class to your calendar doesn’t work. App icon is an eyesore too and it collects excessive amounts of data.
No longer adds single class bookings to calendar
Generally the app is great, however, I’ve been meaning to write this review for a long time. I can’t remember how long ago it happened, but there is no longer the ability to add a single class booking to my phone’s calendar. Multiple bookings are fine. It would be great if you could reinstate this function please - it’s much more convenient to just check my calendar rather than having to constantly refer back to the app, which, at times, can be a little slow on starting up and loading. Many Thanks.
Basically useless
Always says “an unknown error occurred” when trying to log into the app. The same credentials work on the F45 web login.
Could be better…
Number 1 feature think is missing from this app that would love to see is how many people are booked onto the class? I don’t understand how this wasn’t built in from the outset + being able to see which classes are nearly full.
Some ideas for improvement
Great easy to use app. Some ideas for improvement - allow a function to connect with friends so people can see each other’s schedules and who is doing which classes. Also can you cache a schedule screen where people can access their personal schedule to classes they’ve signed up for without internet access. The app is completely unusable without data or wifi, which I understand, it would just make the experience more enjoyable and user friendly.
Terrible app
- Occasionally logs you out for no reason - App gets stuck on booking of classes - Takes forever to load With every update somethings are fixed, some get more broken. Use the other F45 Training app.

Suddenly stopped working on iOS upgrade
App was going ok but now completely not loading on mobile data ( all my other apps are) unless I keep removing it and then turn on WiFi. Started happening when I upgraded to new iOS.. any fix please
Booking reminder
Earlier app had a facility to add reminder for single booking, now that’s disappeared.
Account conflicts
This app is so infuriating, I have an account via Google and instead of logging me into the account I use for my training. it logs me into an account I use for work, it just logs you straight in when you click google instead of allowing you to choose the login. I cannot even delete the account it’s logging me into. This app is complete garbage. Fix it!!!
Constantly signs me out or lost connection to server
Very frustrating. Never works when you need it.
Constantly requires password reset
This has happened at least 6 times as of today over 5 months. I am periodically signed out of the app, then when I enter my login and password it says the information is incorrect and I have to create a new password. Very frustrating. Otherwise it does what I need: open and select class to book. This should be a VERY simple app.
Couldn’t even open the app
Deleted immediately, couldn’t even get past the first page to choose my location. Was frozen the whole time. Closed and opened the app multiple times. Not useable at all.
Log In Bugs
The app keeps logging me out then won’t accept my login with an “unknown error occurred” error message. I can’t get back in to my account for weeks at a time, then it suddenly works again for another few weeks, before then logging me out again. Other than this the app is reasonably useful and workable, but the log in issues are a nightmare and a headache.

No longer syncs to the calendar
Often a bit slow but mainly annoying it no longer syncs with iCal despite re-installing and setting changes.
Calendar Sync
Where’s the calendar sync gone? I will no longer book in advance without this feature as it is a pain to have to go and enter it in the calendar afterwards. Jumping between the app and the calendar multiple times is not time efficient.
App Crashes
App crashes before I can book any class and I have to reopen and login to my account all over again.

Lots of recent issues
I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall numerous times over the past few weeks with functionality not working. It also seems that the Waitlist has disappeared for me and just gives me a ‘Class Full’ greyed out button.
Can’t login
Ever since downloading the challenge app I cannot login to the booking app. I have tried deleting both apps. Changing my password. Nothing works. Have had to resort to logging in online through the mind body website which is super difficult and logs me out all the time and I have to go through hoops to login. Really annoying and inconvenient considering the amount of money we pay per week. Would give 0 stars if I could for the app.

I loved this app and used it all the time. Since the update yesterday it’s really sluggish. I went into the mind body app to see if it was just the F45 but that’s slow as well. Please fix it so I can improve the rating!!
Unable to book
Not sure what’s happening. Last 7 days , unable to book in. Open the app and it stays on the home page. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. But it doesn’t fix the issue. Please fix ! This issue had cost me a late fee because I couldn’t get in to cancel
Doesnt sync to calendar anymore
Used to sync so i could plan my workouts easily but no longer does. Please fix this
Hangs on splash screen
App hangs on the splash screen and the only way to get around it is to reinstall the app. Honestly sort your app out.
Aargh the alerts that won’t go away!!
Sign out, sign in, there’s no way to rid yourself of it! So annoying!
