Awesome Preschool App
I love getting updates and photos of my son at daycare! I do wish I could comment on the photos or like posts, not just photos though.

They don't let you come to this app store review if you select "not happy" with this app.

App is fine, does what it needs to do. However every time I click on a picture it asks for an app review. This is insanely annoying and there is no way to turn it off! So I’ll give you a review: two stars until you fix this!
Keeps me up to date on some things with my child

This app has been great and it is very easy to use. It keeps me in touch with my child’s teachers and also allows the teachers to send pictures of my child in class throughout the day. It’s been very helpful for me personally to see what goes on in the classroom every day and how my child is doing.
No care for parent experience
It has been years and the app is still extremely clunky and inconvenient for parents. Want to copy and paste text into a message? Can’t do it. Want to move your cursor? It might work, might not. Want to scroll to the top? You can tap the picture to get partway, but you’re stuck hoping it’ll keep working and eventually get to the top. Want to switch kids? Welp you’ve got to scroll all the way to the top for that. Receive an email from a teacher? Can’t reply to that, have to use the app, which again, has a horrible messaging experience. Procare connects to the daycare accounting and billing system but it does not care about parents. Whenever I can I tell people to avoid using this if they can.

Overall great app. It can be difficult to sign documents on the app. I wasn’t able to.

Great app to have, it can be a bit slow at times but you just have to refresh it and double check that the correct dates are pulling through. The times are also abit off
Love
Really enjoy this app especially because my child’s teachers are very active on here. I assume it’s made pretty easy on their end. I also love that I am able to download the photos they post of my little one to keep for memories.
Terrible experience
This has to be one of the worst apps I have ever used. As a parent of a child in school, this app increases my stress rather than reducing it. The user experience is terrible. It’s slow and clunky because it’s a web wrapper and not native. I have a long list of issues but the most important thing to call out is how awful the notifications are. They never clear so I constantly think that I have a new thing to check (increasing my stress levels as a parent). You have to go back and forth in and out of the messages and eventually it will clear. I am looking forward to when my child switches schools so I no longer have to use this very frustrating app.
Upload/Download Photos Quality
Hi is there a way you guys can add a fiction for multiple photo to be saved/download And the quality of these photos is really low resolution. Please allow the users to be able to upload/download full quality photos.
Great Idea, Great app
This is an amazing idea as it helps me keep track with my LO’s activities in Creche… however it can be a bit frustrating sometimes as it takes a while for updates to appear. It would be great if there was also a live view option, so I could see him whenever I want

Unreliable messaging and poor customer support
We constantly are missing messages from the school as the messages do not sync on the iPhone properly - we then have to search the email updates to find the actual message. They also do not provide any mechanism to reach out for support or feedback neither on the app nor on the website. They only have superficial articles.

When I log in I can write a message to any post regarding my child. Then I see other posts from parents or childcare givers unrelated to my child... it doesn’t appear safe. I don’t engage with this format as it feels completely uncomfortable and unprofessional. In my opinion, it appears pretty basic.
Doesn’t display time of update after 1pm on iPhone
Any activity updates after 13:00/1:00pm do not show up on iPhones. (Unless it’s just me, although I’ve checked the settings.) The time display is also wrong because an update between 12pm and 1pm shows up as 12am. Would also be great if iPhone display was similarly compact so that less scrolling is required. At the moment there is a lot of space around each update.

It depends on how your childcare provider uses it but it is a great app. It’s a simple format and there is a log/feed kept with in the app just for your child, for you to view throughout the day. Peace of mind truthfully but again, depends on how your childcare provider utilizes it.
