Rba
Royal Brunei Airlines offers reliable flights and good customer service. The online booking and check‑in process was smooth, and the cabin team was courteous. Minor improvements could be made in food choice and more flight destinations, but overall a solid experience.
Difficult to use
The layout feels outdated and poorly organised. I was unsure where to tap to continue.

bida
UI yg omg menyusahkan. price should be ONE bukan 2 harga. bnyk jua apps yg boleh jadikan benchmark. update SELALU for what?!
Can’t log in
Can’t log in as your are unable to agree to conditions and privacy
Very inefficient
I can’t understand why Royal Brunei have developed…and updated an app that clearly doesn’t work properly….don’t you guys make bookings to test the app? If you did …you would realise how it’s not a very efficient method of flight booking…I think many potential pax will try booking on other sites…and maybe other airlines
Unable to assign seats
I have tried to bring this to attention on RB instagram account. During check-in via app or website, there is an error to reassign the seat “There is a Seat (additional service) that hasn’t been purchased yet” - even though there is zero charges for Standard seat selection. I tried with the $25.00 seat and it works. Please have a look at this issue.
Useless. Can’t search anything
Is this App even working? Flight Search page does not ask for destination, only the date. And then, any date, or combo of dates entered, is rejected. Useless.
Sorry, there are no flights...
Change search dates, search for timetables, change cities... this app doesn’t show up any flights though I know through the RB website they exist. I want my time back.
