Stupid app
Which cronies are profiting off this app? I've had no problems using the card and now with this app i kept missing my train because of how it logs out on its own. If the train frequency is every 5 minutes then makes sense, this one is every 30mins it's so frustrating
Cannot press back button
Cant use the back button. Using iphone 14. Else the info for schedule and easy purchase daily ticket is very useful and i can just scan the qr from my phone. 👍
Used to be Decent
Too many glitches in this app now. Takes too long to buy tickets - and sometimes hangs. Tickets purchased can sometimes go missing but then reappear later. Very frustrating for a transportation app. Pity because train service is excellent and has been outstanding for decades.

Setiap kali buka app session expired. Annoying betul setiap kali nak guna kena log in. Apa masalah? Siapa buat app ni? Tak run dulu ke cari app error?
More Faster Ticket Booking Way But Lagged Shortly After
Great app of buying tickets in form of digital QR code, though the UI is similar with web version. One big drawback is everytime after exiting and then reopen the app, it freezes unresponsively, forcing no choice but restart it.
Confusing error
Payment gateway error comes out with Retry. Waited 5 more seconds then it goes through. Should enhanced with adding ticket to Wallet features like MAS boarding pass. Overall ok app able to buy ticket

Purchased monthly pass twice from the app can’t see the points added up. Constantly remains at 300 points. This app requires performance improvement & some UI makeover for better accessibility.
Worst update ever
Please allow the user to take screenshot of the ticket back. Now when screenshot, it just becoming a white blank page. Kalau still tak allow, at least token tu biar expire lama sikit. Ni selalu kena dah dekat gate token expire. Nak login balik merangkak plak internet slow kt klia ni. Tlg la fikir sikit UI/UX ni balik. Dulu dah elok boleh screen, ni dah tak boleh, nyusahkan orang plak. Guna long-live token please
Completely dysfunctional
Impossible to login, either via account or Facebook. Utterly useless app. Purchase on the web or at the airport.
The app UI is not upgraded for iPhones with dynamic island
Need to rework UI for the newest iPhones.

Why does this app always logs you out? Now I can’t seem to log in again. And now I can’t buy my monthly pass.
Password Expired
The apps is a hit or miss. My biggest issue would be: 1. Expiry of password. I understand it’s for safety concerns but to keep updating your passwords every 4-6 months a bit hassle. It’s just a train app. 2. Super long password required 3. Sometimes the app will auto log out

Used the app for convenience and discount. Very easy and clear to do. But I hate how the app log you out all the sudden and especially when you're about to go out the gate to scan. Then you are stuck holding the line trying to re login. Sometimes I bought my ticket but it didn't get generated despite the money was already deducted from my account and I don't receive any email about my purchase like it usually does

Keeps expiring my password
Been using the app for the past year but every now and then it expires my password. Please stop expiring my password.

Whoever allowed this to go live should be looking for another job. Embarrassing rubbish.

This apps is helpful but difficult to navigate in iphone 14 pro. As the button “<“ at the top unable to function.

Convenient to buy ticket, need improvement on user experience
The apps is a bit difficult to navigate when used on iphone 14 pro max, as the buttons at the top of the page seems to be overlapping with the phone’s clock or battery display. This resulted in user unable to easily press certain interaction buttons at the top right/left corner (back or proceed as guest options). Please do something to fix this issue.

All payments are rejected. The feedback form doesn’t even get sent- it’s rejected
Poor services
We paid a lot for the ticket which we expect smooth travel in return. Not only the escalator and elevator didnt functioning, we were left alone dragging our luggage up and down the stairs.
