Follow the SOP on the road very well
Unreasonable for booking rides
Can’t message the driver, sometime the driver never there even upon booking, while van arrival time difficult to estimate, though is understandable it only wait for less than 2 mins… and can only top up min RM 10 at one time :(

Zone
The app did not show me the zone that i am really in instead they give me the one that more than 5km away from my current location where my location literally also have this service. I cant even choose a zone at least?
Great but not operating in a key area
I lived in Bayan Lepas area , there used to have a route from near Queensbay to USM. Now it is no more operating in that area. Which is such a shame because many students used to rely on this service to go to uni. I would like to suggest the reopening of this area. I think it will serve the community well! Tq

The area is in Bayan Lepas, cannot choose the pick up and drop off point between 6AM -11PM.

Don’t top up unless you see payment option of kum wallet. After I top up rm10 on the app because want to use the voucher of first rider 50% off capped at rm2, but there is no option to make payment via kum wallet, I even ask the driver he only suggest use E-wallet . Will change rating after this feature is available

Not friendly user
I tried to download to use but seem not able to change zone from KL to Penang . I submit help and in the end I receive email to fill in again what I had described in the primary help desk . Totally a waste of time .
High demand
the app is great, it’s very easy to use and keep track of the vehicle. but it’s hard to order under high demands especially in a more secluded area.

Convenient for booking ride
Love it. I used this app for book Limpopo many times. The apps got a function that shown location real photo for pick up and drop off point.
The app prevents you from booking anything
All zones are always closed and you can’t book anything. Had to keep taking the longer walks or calling Grabs until I saw that the vans were clearly operating in my zone. Googled the issue and turns out the app that actually works is Rapid On-Demand and they didn't notify us of it. What a disappointing experience.
Need to improve the performance.
The app performance is bit slow. Also, the UI is not up to the current standards. But still it is okay to manage.
arrangement of your journey
kummute please arrange your journey properly, im the first one they picked up, but the last one arrived at my stop. two times pass by my stop but still the driver send other people first, i know he just follow the system’s arrangement for the journey. so pls improve it. took 45 minutes to arrived while it should only take 5-10 minutes

The location keep showing KL even login location is Penang Log customer service no response
Not function well.
Can’t booking the car because of the app problems. The IT never fix the problem.

Prioritise close passengers. I’m grateful the ride is almost free but please, the closer passengers could save time by getting in first. And prioritise first to order passengers. Try balancing out those two.

Unable to use Cb taxi at all
Understand that SG taxi not possible but even when I try MY taxi is not available. The only hope is trying to do Larkin to Ban San station gives me a WhatsApp number to book

Location Frozen
It is such a lousy application that once you change location to use it elsewhere (say KL), it doesn’t work and only shows the zones where you last used it. They are very find of making apps for everything but have zero IQ to make it functional. Numerous complaints written, no response. That’s their customer service!!

Waste of time just for saving 2-3 RM
Omg, it took 1hr to complete a trip of 4km which usually takes 5-8mins. I think there are some changes need to be done with the routing system Also the waiting time, initially around 6months back this was so good even I have recommended for some of my colleagues too but now it has become worst that when ever I sit waiting for this it takes min 30-40mins for a cab to arrive and the worst part is most of the time the waiting time with extend from 30 to 40 or even 50mins automatically
