This used to be a fun app, played it for years. Supposed improvements have made it child like and no longer interesting. Updated does NOT mean better. Will be deleting this app!
No letters
Hi this is a great game, but there are now no letters, even after updating. Thank you. Hello me again. Still love this game. But everything has gone black. Deleted and reloaded. Still the same. Black. Please help. Thank you.
Too easy. Ads ads ads
I’m on level 66 and it’s still too simple, 2-4 letter words, occasionally a 5 letter word, and only 4-5 words per level. May be good for elementary kids. Not sure when or if it ever gets harder, but by level 66, I’d expect more. The daily puzzle is the only challenge in this game. Each level takes a couple minutes, then it’s ads right after every level. More ad time than game time. It would be better if the levels were the same as the daily challenges. Im bored after 2 days of playing.
Improved vocabulary needed!
I just had the word id rejected during play in an early level! Id is a valid word meaning self or sense of self.

I love this game, it’s so exciting. You can literally play for hours.
Payout never paid
I downloaded the game a few months back, redeemed 2 smaller amounts and no problems. But this week id earnt enough to redeem $75 so did. Now my account has been locked “I'm really sorry for the issues you're experiencing with your account. I understand how frustrating this can be. Your device, account, or in-game behavior triggered our automatic fraudulent review process, and your account was locked.” any email or support chat ive sent has been ghosted and I can’t get an answer about anything. Very disappointed I just want the money I’ve rightfully earnt. I understand processes can put accounts under review, but I can’t even get an answer of how long this could take. I’ve done nothing wrong so really you don’t understand my frustration. Do better.
Learn a lot
Some of the words are a bit obscure but after a while you become used to them
Slow decline
I’ve been playing this for a good 3-4 years. Been a general decline, first allowing plurals, then some ridiculously sexualised definitions for common words ( tea bag) where sexual words or slurs not generally allowed. Wasted my 30k of collected coins and deleted. Better alternatives
Ads
It has become very irritating now . With the ads not closing at all . Some ads especially of red bus and some other games ads not able to close even after 10 minutes .

This game refreshes my memory as a over 55 years old lady, always helps me to relax better

No Update Needed (10/02/25) 10/04/25 - So far so good, if seamless play continues, will update review. If it crashes again, it will go down again to 1 star. 10/04/25 - using words that don’t exist in English and the dictionary doesn’t work. This app is a joke. Fix it.

Too many pop ups
Game is great for relaxation but there are too many pop ups before you can actually start playing. The no ads is too expensive for a mobile game. Can you not withhold the pop ups and run the ads in the background?? It’s so annoying having to click the x 5 or 6 times everytime the app is opened.

Please reinstate the daily morning and evening challenge as they were great. The new daily challenge isn’t worth opening my phone for.

Word collect is challenging and my daily brain exercise.
Useless
Can no longer play from today as the ads for Apple 17pro completely block the game non-stop. For the last few days the ads kept popping up randomly during the game, but today it’s NON-STOP ads. One star rating is too much for something you can’t play at all, but needed to put it in to make comment.

Was a great game but ads have taken over
This was a fun, educational game but over the last few months (new owner perhaps) the amount of ads have tripled. Then today huge pop up ads have surfaced virtually making this game unplayable unless you pay to remove ads. I’m done. You’ve lost a customer who has been playing for years (I was close to level 11,000.)
App won’t open!

It’s in American not English…
Enjoy the game but have to point out that this is an American version… I was stuck on the word MOM for far too long because it’s not an English word… it’s spelt mum here.
Enjoyable but ADS :/
I have been a loyal player for years. The ads seem to be getting excessive now though. I understand the need for revenue but I wish loyal players could earn something that reduces the ads…. Also, the variety of words from each round is becoming repetitive (however I don’t think passing over 3k levels was anticipated).

Words don’t make sense, way too many popups
I’ve just reached level 450, and let me tell you what a painful experience this has been. I bought the upgrade to disable ads, but the game keeps popping up with ads for in-game upgrades every 2-3 levels and it’s always at least 3 popups in a row. Soooo frustrating. On top of that, 50% of the words don’t even have meanings, just thrown in there to make levels longer—why? I’m uninstalling the app due to the excessive popups, some of them even appear in the middle of forming a word and I’ve accidentally clicked the button more than a few times (cancelled out of the transaction before it went through) which is such a disgusting practice; I paid for no ads but the popups are still ads. Disappointed, honestly.

Since l updated the app 2 days ago it just won’t open. I’ve been playing since 2 years ago and it has never given me any issues.

More ads than game play
Too many ads. There’s an ad banner on the bottom of the screen constantly running and an ad plays after EVERY game. In-game low rating triggers an offer to play without ads for three days BUT IT DOESN’T WORK. Ads will freeze up on screen. Blows through battery life like crazy. Some of the puzzles have made up words.
Too many coins per hint!
You should make it less number of coins per hint. 120 is too much. One can lose patience and interest in the game. Every hint should be not more than 50 coins. Thank you

Foreign Language
Can someone please tell me why is the what’s new in the latest version written in a foreign language. Quite a spiel in what looks like German. Further down the the description is English. This isn’t the only game I’ve encountered today in the app store that says the game is EN but gives me a language lesson. Maybe the App store is no longer an English speaking platform.

It’s very good but it’s add was different.the add was about riddles, and this game is just making words, I really love this game, but tricking people isn’t the best way .

I have been playing this game for months and suddenly I could ot find the App in the game to Check my Score nor reconnect with my team mates. I also bought GT but to my utter dismay, I did not receive bonus nor the 1000 coins promised. Please do something about it!!We cannot be paying $7+ a week and the app stop working. Please update your app!
