What people like
- Video quality is fantastic
- Fast-forward feature works well
- Good selection of shows and movies
What they complain about
- Hard to cancel auto-renewal
- English subtitles are inaccurate or missing
- App crashes or freezes often
- Paid VIP doesn't work on all devices
Great app
I just finished watching my favorite variety show, "Voice Beyond Horizon"—featuring the incredible singer Dimash Qudaibergen❤️ I fell in love with and can't wait for the next season!🔥 As for the app itself—the image quality, sound, and subtitles available in multiple languages... Wonderful!
Paid for subscriptions but it doesn’t work
Paid for 1 year and 1 month subscriptions either one doesn’t work and asked me again to subscribe for a different status to watch the show. What’s the point of subscribing if It doesn’t work. What of waste of money. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I went ahead and canceled all the subscriptions.
Not bad
I’ve seen people’s reviews but those were from a while ago although I think the app needs some work I don’t think it’s horrible I would say make the regular vip cheaper the it is and it would be more worth it and fixed the delay with subtitles and the app isn’t bad a lot of other ones worse and I quite like this
4k is no longer available
I paid for membership have access to quality Chinese shows and I was able to watch in 4k before but everything has been limited to only 1080p hopefully this problem will be resolved soon
confusing
After paying my amount through Apple here in Australia, I found out that I could not watch it on my TV. I had to pay again to watch it through my TV I was not aware of this situation in the first place. It never stated that. Or I didn’t notice it still not happy.
.English subs are not there in most.Good reality tv and contest shows
The stuff that comes out in youtube has English subs but most of the rest of the things in the app don't. Otherwise it's a good app all in all but not friendly for non mandarin speakers like iqyi
Don’t waste your $ on this
I payed 10.99 for 3 months, and I can’t watch “ Live Long And Prosper”. I payed for another month, still don’t have access. I try reaching out to someone from MangoTv, I sent messages through Facebook. They said they are busy and will get back to me soon. It’s been 4 days. I’m so mad! Don’t waste your money and time on this one
Mango tv

Is there no English subtitle for all the drama?
Great App
Had I went by the one review that was stated I would not have tried this out. I decided to download it and see if English subtitles would work and it works great. Also, the fast-forward is the best on any app I’ve seen and the picture quality is fantastic! The subtitles are very accurate for English.
Cooking Show
Bad app, i never used
Apple TV
Can you create an app also for AppleTV ?
Need better subtitles
Picture quality is great!! My issue is with the English subtitles. I have watched a lot of dramas and can start picking out words now and a lot of the subtitles don’t match with what is being said. NEED BETTER SUBTITLES!!!! I have been watching Melody of a Golden on Viki cuz of this issue.
Can’t use on an ipad
Can’t use the fullscreen on my ipad to watch
Downloaded to Watch Fubao Live
I downloaded this to watch Fubao’s livestream. Hopefully it will work.
Casting and VIP issues
I pay for the most premium SVIP and yet I can’t even cast or login to other devices what am I paying for. Then the subtitles go out and lack grammar or lag. I don’t pay premium for these type of experiences. Only benefit is you get an episode or two early but now I think I’d rather just wait the 24 hours
Worst streaming Asian drama service
I have subscribed to and immediately cancelled my VIP membership to MangoTV at least 3 times, because I keep forgetting how bad it is. Substandard auto-generated subtitles make following any drama difficult, but even worse is that the English subtitles disappear after 1 or 2 episodes, so you have to find the drama on some other website (a “bootleg” version.) It borders on false advertising to say this app offers English subtitles, which makes it useless to me. Not even worth $2.99 per month. I have I have subscriptions to 7 apps that stream Asian dramas, 5 of which are out of China. This is the worst of them all.
New update
Want to check if there is any new update. There is a new program 《朋友请听好》2，but not able to light up the small ear. And was told can try to update app but it seems like there is no new version of the app. Please advise.
MangoTV
it keeps replaying the beginning and if you try to click fast forward it will just move you to the next episode and the button skip intro and outro for me doesn’t work.
Subtiles
The French and English subtitles are too much fast, I don’t have time to read it. Can you fixe it please. Thank you!
Awful
Will not spend any time here!
。反正还行吧，take my money。
Scammed
So I got this thought I was getting a good deal 30 bucks instead of 50 something turns out I was wrong. They have two versions of this. You can get one for your TV or you can get one for your phone/iPad/computer but it’s not all in one so of course I got the wrong one so it’s a scam. I’ve never seen a streaming app like this it’s not worth it.
Do not download this app!!!
This company makes it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel the auto renewal through its app or website. I had the misfortune of signing up through their website and there is absolutely no way to cancel. I emailed the company to cancel - no answer. The website says you can easily cancel but that is a lie. I’ve been tricked - don’t let this happen to you as well!
