It’s a great game but they need to configure the app so it fits the screen fully. Awkward black margins on the top and bottom of the screen on the iphone13 lol

Pay to win
This game is ok, but is definitely designed to make you buy boosters gold on a regular basis. It’s very stingy on being able to win or acquire boosters without paying. In addition, some of the mechanics are clunky - the aiming and timing of the marbles can be inconsistent which makes gap shots harder.

Freezes
It’s a good game, but unfortunately constantly freezes on IOS. I have newest version of IOS and have updated and even reinstalled the app, but it constantly freezes. It’s an app related issue and the developers do it nothing to resolve the problem. I’m on level 85 and can’t get past it because it literally locks up every time.
How to use the tokens earned
When you hit the leaves or other things outside the game track, no way to find out what they do. When it gets impossible to beat, I just delete and download it again. Saves a lot of money.
Rigged Game
This game is completely rigged so you cannot pass hard levels, sometimes regular levels too. You get the wrong colored balls consistently and often several in a row. Other problems are customer service is nonexistent, they rarely get back to in a timely matter if at all. Most of the time you get messages about send them a screenshot of the problem. Not sure how I would manage that after the fact. Most of the time they are AI generated responses that don’t help at all. The final thing is power ups and bonuses, you never get them. The beginning of the game bonuses they do give you a couple but I have been playing for years and don’t think I have ever gotten any of the in game special shots even once. Finally the monthly pass or whatever it’s called is too expensive, yes they dropped it from twenty to ten but that’s still too much. I do like the game but it needs some work and better customer support.

The game offers rewards if you watch videos. At least half the time you watch the video and then when it’s time for reward. No reward
Levels get rigged and not worth it
It was fun at first and I was enjoying it. The levels were getting more difficult and it needs to be toned down. It makes the experience frustrating and no longer fun. I’m deleting this app and no longer bothering with it anymore
Fun Game Ruined by Stupid Mechanic
Overall this is a fun, engaging and challenging bubble shooter game. In the later levels, it gets ruined by a so-called Clear “Bonus”, which gives you a smidgeon of extra energy or whatever and then shoots out far too many marbles to the point where you’re frantic to survive. Literally punishing you for doing well. It has me very close to deleting.

I used to play this game on my computer all the time when I was a kid so this game definitely brings back memories. 🥰

Fun game
It can be addictive to try and beat hard levels but I don’t understand why the lives are so limited
Too hard to pass
Game is fun up until it’s impossible to pass a level because the level is rigged for failure. The line doesn’t slow down when it’s in danger of failing and there’s not enough time to gather enough energy to get a power up. There’s also no way to get powerups without buying. If you’re lucky, you might get it randomly. Not worth saving to use if you’re going to fail the level any way.
2 events in a row where promised rewards not given
I messaged them over a week ago the first time. The auto reply said they strive to respond in 24 hours but have not heard back. I was supposed to receive 2 hours of free play time and other rewards. It just happened again with a different event and I’m fed up. These games profit off of our data and our eyes on ads, but can’t even bother to make good on their in game promises

It is a very entertaining game but it has too many notifications when you open it. Beside the events makes you invest more than you receive as a prizes.

Loved this game at first. Even spent real money. But easy to blow thru your gold and way too expensive to keep buying. There should be a way to earn money or have a meter that fills up. Looking for a similar game that isn’t so expensive to play.

Edit (2024): not sure when this changed but now when you watch an ad to avoid failing, 20 seconds gets added to the clock. Been stuck on the same level for weeks as a result. Not cool Most recent update (July 2023) not good Screen locks when lives are done so unable to visit other features. Have to exit game.
Was fun
The last update allowed an insane amount of adds for the Royal Match game….and the adds are very long, repetitive, and in your face. You can click the x and it simply starts another Royal Match commercial. What part of no is so confusing? If I only have 10 minutes to play the game, I spend half the time clicking the x on Royal Match adds. I will never ever download Royal Match out of pure spite. Come on developers- really?

Game isn’t fun when rigged to fail. I echo similar comments as the others I’ve read so I thought I’d add mine. It was fun for a while but deleting now due to reading others comments that were what I was experiencing.
Fun but not easy
It is fun to play Viola’s quest. The makers have made it exciting but some levels are tough to get through. Not sure how the teams work???
Overheating
This game makes my phone overheat and then it will crash.. I have several other app games and this is the only one that does it. When I try to use my free and have to watch a video it gets worse and slows the whole thing down. Major major issues with this app
Loved UNTIL…
I have played this game for a while and I love it even though sometimes it takes weeks or days to complete a level. It’s obvious the game is rigged against the player, but I can live with that. It makes me even more proud of a finished level. However, lately the free second chance doesn’t work. It is rare that I use it. I feel like it’s cheating. But, occasionally, when I’ve played for days, I know I’m being cheated, and I’m so close, I use the free extra time. But now, I spend my time waiting on the commercial to finish only to be met with a screen that’s says LOADING… This doesn’t end no matter how long I wait. So again, you’ve overcome the game, the game working against you, you use a help, but the help never comes. Again, I love this game, but I’m almost finished.
Why are the other reviews so negative?
I’m reading thru so many reviews and see more bad than good. I love this game! I’ve had it for a few years now. I have beat the whole game, so I hope there are more levels. I do kind of like the old shooter better, but I have adapted. I also miss making my garden and have conquered that as well. I have done all this without spending any money. I also do miss the mini games that give you the chance to win extra lives and powers. On the old version you could go back to previous levels. I had started that at one point to try to get 3 stars on all the levels. Bottom line is I’m addicted. Bring on new levels and challenges!!!
Sabotages the player every level is rigged
Game keeps showing one marble color only to fire a completely different color when you actually tap, ruining the whole level because there is never enough time to recover from it without using/buying boosters or watching ads. Intentionally done to force players to watch copious amounts of adds to move one from 1 level or spend actual money on more boosters and lives.

Fun game, but too many problems. It is buggy and cannot be started at all lately. Disappointed.
What happened???
I used to LOVE this game. I was handsomely rewarded for watching their ads and for minimal spending. Now, not only does the game crash randomly and at the most inconvenient times, the rewards are cheap and usually timed. It is not my go-to game any more. I miss the good old days when I could collect boosters by playing daily to use on the hardest levels. No longer a stress reliever, but rather a stress creator.
App will not open
I love playing this game but now I can not play it on my iPad. It opens it for like 2 seconds then the app closes.
Portrait
I wish games would announce what their format is - Portrait or Landscape! What’s so hard about that. I delete every game the shows only in Portrait when it’s advertised in a Landscape format. I play on an iPad. I only play in Landscape or it ruins the cord. So tell us, please.
