I am really enjoying this game . Once I play it I can’t stop playing. But after level 560 there are no more levels.
Ads & Difficulty
This game is difficult from its earliest levels which is odd even for most games. However, the worst part is the large number of ads you have to watch to do anything on this game. Lastly, ads pop up in the middle of completing a level but the game doesn’t pause. It can be fun but it’s super annoying. I won’t be playing for long.
Ok but
The cost of extra purchases shown does not reflect the actual price. When you click on to purchase something say for 8.99, when it goes to App Store it shores 14.99. Some of the prices are 1$ or 2$ or 3$ more than what’s shown. That’s not ok!!!

I don’t mind spending a few dollars if I like the app just to remove ads permanently. If I can’t remove them (maybe I could but there was no easy to find button), I’d still be playing

The screen is black is it normal ? - is this the end of the game - no more level available ?
No tutorial. Too many ads.
Played 27 levels, with an average of 20-30 tries per level. No tutorials available to learn each power up or down even online. No fun thinking something is a bonus but actually speeds everything up and you loss. WAY….WAY too many advertisements. You’re on a roll and up pops one you have to wait to clear. After you die, you wait for another 30 second ad. Easier to just reboot the game. Deleting!
Not Zuma
It’s a decent knockoff but I’m looking for what I played years ago, the actual Zuma.

I love this game, but there’s too many ads they come right in the middle of the game. They don’t wait until you lose a round or our in between. Too frustrating.
Too many glitches
I’m still unclear about how to earn boosters (other than paying real money for them), and anytime I try to watch an ad for a second chance at a level, I no longer have any control - I’m unable to aim or shoot at all and have to restart the game completely.
Zumble Deluxe
When aiming for group of marble the marble in shooter fires in opposite direction. Also game is hesitant doesn’t release marble quickly. Game frequently freezes ! Game is jumpy, marbles fire randomly unable to play game.

I'm ok with the ads but having ads popping up in the middle of a game and game wouldn't pause? That's ridiculous.

This is a fun game but the daily prizes are never obtained.
Fun but no perks
There is a daily reward, BUT it is broken. It doesn’t work. You have no way to earn rubies. No rubies = no boosters. You can’t even watch the ads for free perks because that is BROKEN too. What a joke. If all that was fixed, I would give this game 5 stars.

When shooting with frog, i can't focus on ball's current color because I'm focusing on color of next ball queued, so I shoot the wrong color.

Good game but I’m tired of losing my coins that I pay for. The game glitches so much. It boots me out. I use coins and it ends the game. I die and press the continue only to be stuck and can’t release a ball. Get it together and reimburse me !
The level 3 icon brings up an add rather than the level.

Programmed to not let get you past level 250 unless you make a purchase I sure. Sad because I really loved this game to a long time but will have to delete it and move on.
Better than others but kinks
Nice graphics but the game will freeze at times, and the game is then lost. Several times I watch the video for extra time but the game then won’t work. The balls roll backwards and never reappear, Also I wish the home screen would take you to the level you are playing instead of needing to scroll through to find your place each time.

Too many issues
Too many glitches. There are pop up ads that cover the screen while the game is in play. When resuming game after pause, progress of beads on board is sped up.
Great, but...
This is a great entertaining game, but where are the explanations about the boosters? Where are the instructions so a player can get the most out of the game? Now at over 100 levels I think I have it figured out but maybe I am missing something I have not encountered nor understood yet? I like explanations. Maybe I would have enjoyed the lower levels more if I understood the options for helpful game play? I state again, this is a great and entertaining game.
New levels
Only reason I rated it 2 stars is Because it hasn’t come out with new levels. It stops at level 510 and has for over a month. No new levels have appeared.
Where are the new levels?
The new update said 50+ new levels, when I open there are no new levels.

Does not turn on your iPad. Does not follow your progress I am on level 300. I have to slide forward through all levels to get to 301. Grr. Good news the ads are short.

It’s a good game but never very fast. It also doesn’t automatically bring you to the next level. You have to swipe a bunch of times to get there. I’m on level 404 and it takes a dozen swipes to get there each time

Game is fun - but don’t buy Ruby’s
I love this game. It’s stable and well designed. I’m frustrated that there is no customer support option in the app. I’ve purchased rubies twice to get reverse and bomb boosters. They show in my account after I purchase, but the next day when I play the game the boosters are reset to zero. I won’t purchase any more rubies or boosters.
