Best solution for access control
I’ve been using the system now for eight years and I would have to say it is a must have. The hardware is robust, and the smartphone app is invaluable for granting and removing access on the fly. The various options for hardware also make adding to a current system with ease and flexibility. If you were looking for an enterprise software that manages doors, spaces and storage this is a go to product.

Can’t upgrade to enterprise and no way to reach support outside of the US
Can't maintain without it
Despite some locks giving out and the locking history is not reliable, I still couldn't maintain this many padlocks without Bluetooth

I keep getting logged out.
Not easy
The first master lock app was much easier, telephone numbers were way easier. The Vault app is much more difficult to use, starting with the set up. Emails are more difficult and having to enter them in was time consuming. The lock itself is great and once the app is set up it works great. It is getting to that point that is a pain.

Ability to change location needed
Fine app but it would be better if it have the ability to change locations or organizations.
One password multiple phones
Would like to see user access granted to an individual phone and not just a user account. I created a user account and logged in on two phones at the same time. Employees can give out there credentials to someone and they can both open locks. Could go in detected until caught by an administrator.
Love it
I like this lock box because the code changes I’d like it to change more frequently than every four hours, but it works for me.
The most inconvenient app
This app is the worst. It crashes literally Every Time. It takes an extra 15 min to do anything because of this app.
Great
This is an awesome lock and invention and easy to use but one thing would be nice is a smartwatch/Apple Watch app for it
Hit and miss
Our business has been using this app for about a year now, with about 200 users. We love how easy it is to manage users. However, we are terrified of app updates. Instead of a clear message telling the user to update, it just kicks you out or stops working. The “fixed” range from updating and logging back in to having to uninstall and reinstall the app, depending on the phone (android vs iphone) and who knows what else. PLEASE make it clear to users when they need to update and test before you release. Thank you.
Great App and User Friendly
I am impressed with the functionality of the app and it is definitely serving its purpose along with the lock box.
Terrible Product
We swapped out our original device as it continually needed to be reset. The new one was put in and it’s even worse!! The range is roughly 5 feet on a good day. No one from customer service answers any of our questions. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!

Unable to use app
I purchased this lock for the functionality of using the app. I can not even log on as does not allow me too. Waste of time and money spent on a lock that does not work

Would like it to go faster. And have a watch app as well.
Easy set-up
We are using these locks at work. We just purchased a new 4400 and the set-up was so easy. You just enter the Activation code and the Device ID into the app and boom it’s set-up. I just then edited the lock and changed the name. So simple!
Cannot use on iOS
Using latest version of iOS software and app on iPhone XR and every time it says app it out of date. I have no problems on my Samsung Galaxy Note 9. My other employees have issues on iOS as well.
Invaluable
This app has been rock solid. No complaints. Because of its reliability, we are able to confidently expand our use of the Bluetooth locks for multiple user access to secure and track specific locations and equipment.

Can’t make it work
Have not been able to make this transition to the new app. We have over 30 locks. Haven’t been able to reach anyone at Master Lock to help.
Easier that what I thought
At the begging I thought it is complicated, however when I start to use it, I found it easy and effective.
Can’t update lock from outside USA an Canada
I tried to pay for the update so I can add multiple guests but the website doesn’t allow anyone from outside the USA or Canada to pay for the update. And since I have already opened the packaging I unable to return the lock.

Current Version Crashing
Current Version Crashing after opening app. Can’t even open lockbox. This wasn’t the case on regular padlock or keybox
