BEST APP EVER
Productivity has increased, I’m in love with all the filters, access to my info quickly and all the other fun things
Lack of Dashboard views
I do not see much of a reason to use this when My Work Dashboard - Items assigned to me can not be viewed. Horrible UX design. (And that is my career) You can see individual projects, but I have work spanning several projects… I can look by due date grouping, but there is no overall my work view… it is ridiculous.
Great Solution
Things are super easy . Takes care of all our needs from lead to deal to deployment to service cases ! With the new Ai features the sky is the limit .
iPad app limitations
Monday desktop is great and we use it extensively. However, the iPad is glitchy and constantly needs to be refreshed which makes it a struggle to encourage my staff members to use it if they don’t work daily on a desktop and mainly on iPads. For how much I pay annually I expect more from the app.
It’s a slow app that glitches
We use this in our Salon and Spa to be in communication with our team, we have a daily carryover note that we do for each month and by the time you get to the 15th you cannot open it on your phone and if you try to type something, it deletes it and when you open it on a computer, everything is mixed up. If it didn’t lag, it wouldn’t be so bad

Monday is great, it’s helped my small business tremendously and we have only scratched the surface on what it can do! Can’t wait to see what else Monday.com can help me with!
More trouble than it’s worth
I tried to open a Monday link from a colleague on my phone. The site forces mobile uses to the app. So I download the app. App requires a login including my email address. Finally get the app installed and it’s a monster. Try opening the link again … just brings me back to the app, no doc in sight. So I asked Monday’s AI… it told me to try opening the link in a browser! (So I did, which sent me back to the app…) Now that I’ve uninstalled, I can start working on getting them to forget my email address…
iPhone Widgets need improve
Overall I love Monday and the app makes it easy to access boards when needed. Unfortunately it can be a bit tedious to get to a specific board in the app. I would LOVE a home screen widget that would let me see my todo list and let me change the status of it without having to dig through the app. 🩷 to the Monday team!

Updated the mobile version and they have taken away critical features/made them harder to find.
Board messages
I use the board messages to review my team’s notes and Questions. In the app it is not easy to review the messages like on the web site
Great version of the desktop app
Well maintained and useful version of the desktop app.

I’m forced to use this platform for my full time job and it really weighs on my conscious that they are a Zionist company who supports the genocide/ecocide of Palestine and it’s indigenous peoples. The AI features are also horrible.

Interface change
On 3/20/2026 my interface on my app changed and became very zoomed in. I’ve been using this app for years and have recommended it to several people, but ever since 3/20. My app became very zoomed in and I do not know how to get change it back like I used to. Other than that the app is great.
Game Changer
This app is great and continues to evolve to help my company scale and grow! Leveraging the AI employees to their full potential is incredible. I sometimes look at what I built from scratch in amazement!
Accessibility
It seems like every time I try to do something. I am unable to do it and every time I try to get a hold of somebody there’s always a problem.
Helpful but just isn’t the same as desktop
I wish I had the full functionality from my phone but there are a lot of missing functions from the app. Number one being access to templates - very limited on the app. It is helpful for quickly reviewing and commenting on work to keep processes flowing though.
My Work Won't Update
App is pretty good for a small screen but one display doesn't always update without shutting down the app and restarting.

I’m sure it was in the fine print. But after a week or so of using it and utilizing the app, it ended my trial and left me hanging.

Notifications are bugged on IOS
I can’t see any of my notifications in the app, it just keeps loading forever.
Good to review but updates fail
The app has a Web view feel to it and making changes (eg assign epic to task) doesn't stick (yes I hit "Save"). Also, adding new Epic requires you to quit and relaunch the app to see the epic on the Task list. Basically unusable....better off with the website on iPad which isn't really touch optimized though.
App could use work
The software on a desktop is great, but the app is pretty hard to navigate and easily view the info you need.
Buggy app
Only data I can pull up on the app is the main table. Any document tabs I’ve created either don’t load or give an error. Even after a reinstall. Monday seems to be a good system but mobile app has a long way to go.

This app has completely changed the way I do business. I am so much more organized now! Highly recommend
Get your email marketing right
I got 3 same marketing emails in a row when i press unsubscribe it says cannot unsubscribe. Get it right, my whole company uses monday & we don't need more promotional marketing emails. If this keeps up we will switch.

Monday is awesome and the mobile app helps, but would be nice to include a view that includes names of the group < project < task(sub-item)
Not very phone friendly.
The website I confusing and I’m unable to use the link I got sent to join the board and I have had to make 3 accounts cause the inability to use it properly and needing to try something new. Not the best app.
Issues Oct 2024
When I upload a photo or video, you have to stay within the app for it to complete. Very time consuming. When I try to upload more than one video at a time, no more than 1 will upload.
Organized AF
This is one of the best organization tools for my business + life! My monday board helps me feel so on top of it all.
I’ve had enough
I have to use this app to upload pictures for my job and I’m so tired of how horrible the compression algorithm is for upload pictures I find myself having to upload 1 picture at a time because if I upload more it acts like it’s stuck on a loop trying to upload the photos until it eventually fails and then I have to try again and again and I use to think it was my signal but it doesn’t matter if I have five bars or two it just doesn’t work as it should and I’m tired of it please fix this.
Time-spent
I feel it would be great if one could make a week’s entry in one go. For example if I had a project running daily between Monday and Friday say between 8 and 12, the app should allow one to do that all at once and calculate time spent correctly

I downloaded the application. However it is very different from what is in the website and in App Store. You have more tools from the website
The iPad App Needs Help ASAP
I love Monday.com, but I am extremely frustrated with the iPad app, which I would say is not really usable right now due to a bug in the comments sections. If there is a thread of comments under an update on a line item (row), I can only scroll down a little bit. The second or third comments and all below them cannot be seen. It’s like you reached the end, and it just snaps back. You can read a bit of the next comment if you drag your finger and hold it, but as soon as you let go, it snaps back into the position where it’s cut off. This means I can’t reply to anyone. I have to go on my desktop in order to do so. Please take care of the iPad app. It’s far more useful than the phone app (for me, at least).
Monday has saved my business
Here’s a refined version with cleaner flow and a strong, professional tone: --- I can’t stress how incredible Monday is. I run two businesses with over 30 employees, and this software has truly streamlined our operations and made my life significantly easier. The automated reminders ensure we don’t miss important tasks or deadlines, and the overall structure keeps everything organized across teams. At one point, I had to step away from my businesses for a few months due to illness, but the automated systems we had built on Monday kept everything running smoothly in my absence. I’ve tried other work management tools, but Monday really sets the standard. It’s an investment, but the level of organization and efficiency it brings more than pays for itself by improving productivity and driving results. It’s easily one of my top three most important apps. I’m looking forward to even stronger security features to further protect files and information in the future. To the Monday team - you’ve done an incredible job solving a problem many business owners didn’t even realize they had. Amazing work, and I’m excited to see what’s next.
Cannot Cancel from App
There is no way to cancel from a phone. There is no option from the app and the website will automatically reroute you to the app every time. I cannot find a work around to cancel via phone.
Improvement needed
Negative reloading new updates. be inapprehensible with the timer display at sometime.

Each time we push Monday for a feature we are told that the functionality is not available. Monday needs to hire more developers to push through the basic requirements of its customers. In concept this is a great app. Just need a little more focus on the details to take it across the finish line.

This has been life changing for my multi-unit child care operation. You can create a board with automations and reminders for so many things. It’s use is only limited by your imagination
Much better apps available
App is basic, overpriced, and you have to jump through hoops to get a refund. Better options out there.

Wow this app I currently using it for school but I wish for them to give us a notification to say that “you need to finish this” or something but just a notification otherwise love the charts very understandable ✨🌸🌸🌸
Disappointing compared to website
The app is kind of a disappointment from a stand-alone perspective. I think the intent is mostly to be a companion to the web interface, because doing anything more than reviewing your tasks at a glance seems like it’s best managed via web. I tried to create a meeting and lost my dates set, I can’t figure out how it’s syncing with my calendar and it doesn’t seem to display any existing events in the calendars I select. Lacking polish.

Fantastic Platform for Marketers
I have been using this platform for over a year and have had great success in keeping both myself and my team organized and ready for the expansion of our company. I use this platform for both my full-time (Marketing Dir) and contract work (Branding and Marketing Consultant), so have put a great amount of time and effort into my boards and groups. Both companies are global and allow the team to stay in contact and work together no matter the location. I highly suggest this platform if you are looking to keep on task, build thorough campaigns and keep your team in constant communication with all your tasks and updates. It is very easy to use and build off of the templates given, or if you like to build your own. The ease of Ai operation is a great feature as well. I would rank this platform overall a 9/10.

Still not great, bad trackpad support on iPad
I really hope this app grow into it’s own. However, it’s not there yet. Can’t drag items and I cannot use the Magic Trackpad to change statuses.
Monday.com is great, the app is really bad
App is difficult to use and difficult to log in. Can’t open desktop version on safari, it forces you to use the app, all very unfriendly. Even though the app is terrible, the desktop version is SO good and su much better than the alternatives for what I need, that I’ll keep using it, hoping for a better app.
