I’m so glad shipitto finally redid their app! It’s so much better! I had no issues consolidating and shipping a package from start to finish on the app. Much improved!

iOS版が悪いのかファイルが文字化けして見る事が出来ない。早く改善してほしい。
Worked well for me!
I had access to all the services I normally use on the website including chat & customer service. It downloaded quickly, didn’t crash and worked fine with my phone update. Fast & efficient, will definitely use over the website option!
Can’t login
Every time I try to login to this app it says “bad cookies Failed to obtain auth cookies” What does that even mean? I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app several times.
Good shipping service, terrible app.
I have been with Shipito since 2015. It’s a great forwarding service and this app could have made it even greater but unfortunately it’s very very terrible. I can’t even login now...It needs total overhauling.

Kann mich nicht mehr einloggen
Seit geraumer Zeit kann ich mich auf der App nicht mehr einloggen. Es kommt immer der Hinweis „Bad Cookies“. Dann kann man auf OK drücken und nichts passiert. Vorher war ich recht zufrieden mit der App trotz kleiner Macken, wie z.B. Daratellungsfehlern.

Service gone downhill big time
Have been a customer since 2015 and never used to have any problems. The last 3 items ive sent have all been held for totally stupid reasons and like a phone because it has a battery or natural mosquito spray requiring special export forms from the amazon seller. They now refuse to forward supplements. Their support even has the nerve to get snappy with you when you question the policies. No longer fit for purpose, my advice is look for another shipping redirect service

It’s working as nicely as the website, on my end. And I could log in without any issues.
They Stole my package!
After many emails, chat conversation, log in-login out, updates about app requiring and a couple phone calls... I gave up and they never send my package back or call me to resolve any issue. Ends up with my loss of $USD90,00 of merchandise and tons of wasted hours trying to communicate with their fake customer Service! To me seems to be a Husband and wife backyard business Company! Good luck if you already have any package in their backyard!

Crashing app
I'm not going to give you all a one star because your service is awesome and just what some people need. You're doing a great job. Keep it up. I do all of the transaction on my iPad or iMac. I only use the app to see what is there. I love the service. The app crashes every time I try to open it.

Hi, as of December 2019 this is a functional and useful app which while not perfect does a good job. I can efficiently access the various sections of Shipito to send packages quicker and easier than using the web interface. If like me, you use Shipito regularly and want access to them via a phone app then this is a useful download. The negative reviews in the past were for the previous version which was old and broken.

Application hangs a bit and does not clear notifications, waiting for new layout for iPhone X screen.
