Worst Forwarding Service Ever
They have a fee for everything. I spent nearly 600$usd only for shipping fees, storage fees, and membership fees ( I did not signed up for). It has a free option then all of sudden it charges your card. The website can’t sign in and have errors. The app and their WhatsApp customer support is terrible. The respond four hours later.

Fine service, bad app
Stars low because the app keeps logging me out. In our current environment of quick action and constant tracking, I’m starting to hate using the service because it’s slow and I keep having to log on. Sometimes multiple times a day.
Initial Login screen doesn’t work
Just registered for MyUS.com account, the initial login screen prompts me for my email or suite number, and password. It doesn’t recognise either. However, if I click on the more info button at the bottom, it takes me to another different sign in screen which works fine.?? It may be that the system hasn’t yet updated completely however, it seems bizarre that it works when using the different sign in page
Allows me to get everything not available in my country.
Absolutely in love with this app. I live in Saudi Arabia where there are tons of things unavailable like DVDs and blu rays, old video games that are impossible to find here, American/Canadian snacks, specific car parts, clothes that only ship to America, you name it. MyUS let’s me shop for all of that stuff super easily. I just order from Amazon or wherever and list myUS’s address rather than my home address and then myUS takes care of the rest and ships whatever was delivered straight to my house. The app is a little bit slow but the amazing customer service makes up for that and recently they switched shipping companies so some of my packages have been arriving from America in four days which is even quicker than stores that deliver stuff in the very same city as me! This service has truly saved me and I highly recommend it.
No customer service
I was waiting on what’s app for more than 5 hours. No one responded. Worst experience ever
Late fees
Only things I dislike about this company is their late fees. If you fail to pay within 30 days you’ll be charged a % fee which is forbidden in my religion. I’ve been a loyal customer for more than 3 years and most of the time pay within the timeframe but sometimes you’ll have issues with your bank card or the bank or you will have so many shipments to pay for and eventually fail to pay on time for one shipment or two. I believe we should not be charged late fees. Please revise this.
Trouble logging in via the iOS app
For some reason there's an additional verification prompt in addition to the password. It almost looks like a "I'm not a Robot" prompt just without the pictures rendering. There's just a forever running circle. There's a link "Send Feedback" in there too, but it's not clickable.

Amazing
Honestly I am a big spender and shopping from the US this is the best option out there, yes they have their ups and downs but still with all features they offer it’s amazing, during Covid the service was still great compared with others , this review is for MyUS USA not UK, the MyUSA UK is still under progress I imagine.. tried it once and won’t try it again..
Scam
They just want your money. Don’t fall for their service. They will declare a different value on your items so will get in trouble in your country’s customs and ask you for money for the mistake that they cause on the value declaration of your items. Clearly a SCAM. No wonder the rating is very low.
Revised: may need to uninstall old version and reinstall to fix locking-up issue.
New update posted 7hrs ago, but still locks up at the Loading screen and won’t open. Previously worked just fine until a month ago.

Useless company
The app works fine unfortunately the service does not. Had items sent to my US address but they could not be delivered to the address provided. Made several attempts to contact them but they don’t reply. Don’t waste your time with this company. Absolute rip off!

Scam
Kept sending my package to a wrong address no matter how I updated. Customer service just lies. Don’t use them.
The declared value
This is an amazing service the only problem which I face is that it always enters the declare value wrong for E.g. I had a product of 20 usd it showed 150 usd, but then I had to put it under review and now it will take more 2 days to process.
Unable to login
For an unspecified reason, I'm experiencing login issues with the app. While I'm certain of my credentials being accurate (as they work in the browser), the app consistently prompts the following error: "MyUS encountered an error when attempting to login."
App frozen (fixed)
You can log in fine but nothing else at all! No navigation, screen irresponsive. It worked ok 10 days ago even though it’s a poorly designed app. Please fix! Thanks for fixing this. Some other useful tweaks now would be if the app would automatically fetch your history. It says you don’t have any until you do a manual refresh.

Slow and inefficient
Since the last update the app has been very slow and inefficient plus you removed the face id login which makes it harder
Some bugs but still very convenient
Yes there is a bug when you open app, but a simple pull to refresh fixes it. This is a very handy app, especially as the side menu drawer shows the address (handy when filling it in on sites! To reference!) Requests: - fix refresh bug - include option to view the photos for $2 when looking at item - allow png files when uploading - offer to save the address as a contact, makes things easier when filling
Bad app, slow service, and no support?
1. App freezes and fails to process requests. 2. Service is slow and support team doesn’t respond to emails. You’d think you’ll be getting quality service after paying subscription fees (regardless of utilizing the services) along with the extra cost for every single service, such as discarding a shoe box — Not true!!

I’m someone who buys things online ALL the time, and unfortunately I have to pay a crap ton of money for shipping. This service is a life saver~~ It’s too bad that there’s so many reviews complaining about the dis-functionality of the mobile application. I didn’t have any problems! Probably because I already signed up online a while ago already before downloading the app 🤔🤔 Oh well. It can’t be helped. I’m giving 5/5 stars, because I haven’t encountered any issues yet, but I don’t think I will. To whoever is sponsoring me an address, you rock! 😂😂
Do not recommend
I do not recommend engaging with this company. My experience revealed a consistent and unjustified practice of significantly inflating the declared value of received items—often exceeding their actual market price by more than double. For instance, I purchased a pair of earphones from Amazon for $17, yet the company assessed their value at $50 without providing any rationale. This inflated valuation directly results in higher fees and taxes, placing an unnecessary and unreasonable financial burden on the customer.
1 week doesn’t log in
I’ve been trying to login to my account for over a week now and it keeps telling me I have connectivity issues! I’m loggin through the website just fine but the app is basically useless.

Highly Dissapointing
I doubt that they even know they have an app listed on the app store! Can’t see anything as everything is highly zoomed in so you can’t navigate or do anything with it. Stick to their web and don’t bother downloading the app.

Dear Myus, you need to develop and improve your application guys. There are some bugs where the application shuts down suddenly.

Slow logging the package
Very slow customer service they take forever to login the packages and forever to receive them.
App not working
App logs in and displays the suite number etc correctly. However no packages are shown in the app. Not good
No auto-rotate view
I use the Logitech create keyboard for iPad Pro and that means I view all contents in landscape instead of portrait. Would be nice if this app would auto-rotate the view mode like 99% of apps already do. 3 stars, would have given 5 stars if not for this problem :)

I became a member 2 months ago, Very responsive service which i never feel in the middle of no where, would never go to another postal service to be honest, i always write good reviews if i receive proper service and there you go , thanks guys.

They are not interested in customer interest. They would look for the flimsiest excuse to confiscate your shipment and refuse to return the items to a designated address.

The app do not have the information regarding the tracking number of the package in the suite and where there are no images, I cannot identify which item arrived. I also could not see the total value of all the packages I have on my suite. So I had to go back to the web to check what exactly came and how much it all amounts to. These are important to me since there will be cases where I need to enter the value of the item that came. And in the case of the total value, I need it to know it before arranging shipping.

Hi I have many shipments on MyUs this app is save my time, easy and fast to request shipping and track your shipments. The excellent service also you can know shipping cost before request.
Slower Than Dial Up
The worst app I’ve ever used, not only is it slow but it also doesn’t work. 1/100 because at least it’s not as bad as MyUS Marketplace app
