TATACLIQ violation of the Return Policy
I was ordered a product of Tommy Hilfiger shirt through TATACLIQ due to its size XL , I had requested to returned it. But TATACLIQ denied to return with blaming it is not same product. I has so disappointed on act of such worlds reputed company like TATACLiQ WITH REGARDS
The worst app I have experienced
I placed an order for a Silver and Blue Roberto Cavalli watch on Tata CLiQ on 28th August. On 30th I received the product which was a wrong product - it was a Gold and Green Watch from Just Cavalli. Since then I have called customer care 9 times and requested for a refund / replacement through the app. Two times the person came to pick up the watch and refused to take it back as the watch doesn’t match the ordered watch, which it obviously won’t as the wrong product was sent to me. Post that a link was sent to me where I uploaded the photos of the wrong watch. Post that every day I have been getting the messages that the pick up person will come today but nobody comes. I am stuck with a 25000 rs loss and a wrong watch which I didn’t want. This is the worst experience ever and these guys should be ashamed of calling themselves a luxury app. They should be called a misery app.

Way too many notifications
I was excited to try the app, but I’m getting way too many notifications prompting me to make a purchase or apply a coupon. However, when I actually try to use the coupon, it says it’s invalid. The notifications also seem to be triggered randomly and feel more like spam than useful updates. The overall experience is quite frustrating.
Cart not opening.
I can’t access the cart where I add products. I have selected the items I want to purchase but can’t really buy them as the cart is not openings can’t buy multiple products in one go. I will have to buy product individually every time. I selected some 10-12 items, which was a mix of clothes shoes ++ but can’t open the cart now. Strange.

Very disappointing in Tata brand app
I had ordered a under armour shoe which is 15k and I paid it in the online itself and it’s already more than ten day of what they told of delivery date in the app but still i didn’t got the shoe and I complaint to refund my cash but still no update in the app and its make me so depressed . Merger expect this for the Tata brand
Some suppliers are not upto the mark
I have had to send back clothing items in the past coz the wrong size was delivered . Other than this , the site delivers good high quality goods
Unable to check the product i click on
Whenever I click a product from Instagram ads it’s always takes me to the AppStore and then I have to click on open app and then it just opens on the home page. So I’m unable to check the product I’ve clicked in the ads. Berry annoying
User interface can be improved
I always have to type for any women filters . It automatically takes to men section in any category

A wonderful app that shows a wide selection of brands I didn’t know I needed. I probably don’t. But still..a second look won’t kill me. 😅
Worst service
They are always keeping the customer waiting and they don’t give refunds and worst customer service
Far out delivery dates
Limited choices available in Luxury brands. If you make a selection and purchase you discover that delivery dates are at lease 5 days away! And this is in a metropolitan city like Delhi. We can improve I’m sure
Infinite loop issue
After i placed the order , once the payment is received, page refreshes asking for user to rate the app infinitely again and again. It doesn’t stop or refresh and rating popup. I had to force close the app to continue shopping or exploring other products.
Handbag measurements update
Amazing app with easy access to luxurious brands. It would be great if you could update the measurements for all the handbags, wallets, crossbody bags, etc as it would be easy for all your customers to order the products. Thank you!

Spam
This company keeps spamming my messages my number doesnt accept promotional messages so they use service numbers for promotion by messaging about useless “cliq cash has been credited” messages so i deleted my account even after that i am receiving messages. If you want to cater upper class stop spamming messages to our number
Luxurious Packaging
Collections could be updated to include the latest launches from fashion houses. Not many top-end brands are available either. However, they deliver in a great black cardboard box. The downside, they use slow speed couriers that take days to deliver even in Metros.
App not working
What’s happening with Tata CLiQ, it was working fine 3 months back and now , it’s not adding product , it says some problem occurred, if I go to bag , I can’t see the product added, nothing is absolutely working , is the app not working ??
Unable to login
Unable to sign into my account. I’m trying to login using my mobile number and fter entering the OTP it shows an error that reads “User is disabled”.

I must say that am preety much impressed by the packing of the product. You ll find your product in a classy black box that has refreshing flowers in it and a welcome note as well. Great job TataCliq luxury.

Total Disappointment
I am very frustrated during writing this review.. I have ordered g-shock watch for my husband on his birthday..but your delivery is not on time.. I have reached to their customer support for 10-15 th times ..but no any response , not any single call back from your team.. I regretted shopping from this hopeless app.
Bad Quality, Non Returnable
They have many pdts with non- returnable option but replacement option should be available if the item is of bad quality. And to top it off support is non existent. Do not use this application. Save ur time and money there are better applications where you can buy these pdts.

There is no option to cancel the order and the customer support is not picking up the calls and neither calling back. I hate this app the exp is horrible.
