You can get a csv how ever you can not import to Apple Health. There are better AI options. Total waste.
Helped me migrate data from FitBit
I replaced a FitBit with an Apple Watch and had been wanting to migrate my data. I wanted to use the data from Google Takeout rather than one of the apps which connects to FitBit so I needed something that would import local data to Apple Health. Happened to find this doing a few searches and it’s worked perfectly. Only real hiccup is getting data formatted correctly since they export it as a huge number of CSVs so that took some time to figure out. I wish you could import multiple CSVs at once but otherwise the app does exactly what it says.

I used this app to import historical nutrition data from Garmin Connect+, which doesn’t yet sync to Apple Health. It worked, but the search UI for importing fields is really janky. It showed two scrollable views, and the scrolling was not smooth. Additionally, the price of this app is kind of outrageous. $4.99 per week ($20/month) for pay as you go, and $50 for a lifetime subscription? That’s wild. A $5 one time purchase would have been reasonable, $50 is not.

I wanted to import weight data to Apple Health from FitBit (via Google Takeout) and an old manual CSV file in Apple OneDrive. This app made it so fast and easy, I was happily shocked. Clean, simple, intuitive app design and interface. I followed the in-app “Help” instructions to format my CSV file before importing. Then the app imported my 1,000+ data points to Apple Health in under 10 seconds. My quick spot-check in Apple Health verified the data was all there and all accurate. Done. How rare to want to tip the creators of a free app! Met my needs exactly.
Bait and switch pricing
The app’s website clearly says “$1.99 per week” but then the in-app purchase is priced at $4.99 a week. That’s 2.5x more expensive than advertised.
Simple to use, fills a big need
I was a bit concerned about purchasing because there’s not a lot of specific information online about how this app works: no user manual, only a video with no sound that cannot be viewed until AFTER you’ve made the purchase! But it is very simple to use. You tap on Import and select the CSV file in iCloud or wherever you’ve saved it. Then the app will have you identify a (start) date column (end date is optional) followed by matching each CSV column with one of Apple Health’s metrics. If your file has data that Apple Health doesn’t track, you can just skip importing those columns. I used it to import body fat %, weight and waist measurements going back to 2003. They all showed up in Apple Health with no issues. Took me about 10 minutes all told. So for now I'm quite satisfied with the functionality! My only wish is for it to import other info like doctors appointments, medications and supplements, etc.
Interessantes Konzept, leider kaum kostenlose Möglichkeiten
Es hat mich ehrlich gesagt ziemlich überrascht, dass es eine solche App im App Store gibt, aber ich wurde schnell enttäuscht, als ich sah, dass man nur Gewichtsdaten ohne das Premium-Abo importieren kann. Ich habe stattdessen einen Kurzbefehl erstellt, wo ich eine CSV Datei einfügen kann. Hat super funktioniert (Daten von Google Fit).

I was able to import my data but only after buying the paid version. I was unable to use the feee version. It works but not very intuitive user interface.

useful app that works, with a couple of howevers ….
For various reasons linked to health and (trying to achieve) fitness, I want data in the Apple Health app, from where it can be linked to, for example, fitness, food and medical apps. The app has been sound and solid. However: - as others have noted, the interface is unclear when selecting columns into which to put data; - the feedback button is not working; - the app does not allow import into the Apple Health app of all available fields. It would be helpful if data could be imported into the Insulin field, for example. Thus, a helpful app that I hope will be tidied and developed further.
Missing a lot of measurements
Using FitDays scale that measures and records a lot of things that you skip, such as total body fat, visceral fat, subcutaneous fat, bone mass, muscle mass, and quite a few more. Very frustrating However it did bring about 25% of the data across, so far .. haven’t verified it in the imported application It was very nice not to manually input and fat finger over 1000 data elements

I was trying to find an app to import my CGM data from Libre and this works perfectly. I was also able to import other data from another data source by mapping columns manually. Awesome job on this app!

I used this App to import my google fit data from a CSV file I generated beforehand using a python script. The App is a little buggy and you need to know what you are doing. All my data was imported correctly and I think the app has a fair price.
Doesn’t import what I need
I wanted to import headache data into Apple Health, unfortunately this app doesn’t support that.
Can’t import mindfulness minutes
Seems like a very useful app if you want to import vitals and measurements but if you want to import your mindfulness minutes, you better look elsewhere.
Finally something that works!
Used PowerSync to sync my Fitbit data to the Health app for years. Then one day it just stopped working and I received no response from them when trying to get help. Tried using several apps to sync my data with no luck - nothing worked. Finally found Health CSV Importer and after some trial and error, I was FINALLY able to import my data. I had to edit the CSV exported from Fitbit as the first row (an unnecessary descriptor) prevented the import. Once I deleted the first row, import went without a hitch! It should not have taken all that, these sync apps are old and don’t work and should be removed from the store. Glad I finally found something that worked and I got my data moved. Thank you!
Doesn’t work
I tried to upload a cycle tracking csv and more than 5 versions of the data and none of them worked. Upset I paid for this.
UI is broken but still working
Still the best importer but UI layout has broken slightly so labels to back / next skip are not very clear where to press. Also import misses current day (top reading on import) maybe skipping as it assumes headers are in place but they are not on my weight export.
Very nearly excellent
But not. Myfitnesspal threw away all the data in my Health app, and this seemed an ideal way to put it back. For most of the fields, it imported most (but not all) of the records. But for the most important field - dietary energy - it didn't import any. 1) I emailed to ask if their app could do this. They didn't reply, so I chanced it. 2) I emailed support and detailed the problems I was having. They didn't reply. 3) I emailed via the sales enquiry fotn in their web site. They didn't reply. Very disappointed.
Very limited and difficult to use but here’s an tutorial
I couldn’t get it to work for a while and I almost gave up trying but I managed to find out how it works and I’m writing this review to tell you how you can do it too. Because it does work, it’s just not straight forward and quite limited. What you need to do is use the app “Health App Data Export Tool” by Create Health CSV PDF reports on the device that has the health data on it. This is important because this app exports your data in a format that lets you input it in this app. Open the app, select “daily”, then select your dates. I would check my health app before to see what dates you need to select as a start date (the date when your data begins). Then click “select all” or select exactly what activities you want to export. You can select all in case you’re not sure. Click export and wait. Save the file to your phone or airdrop/email it directly to your new device or laptop. For the next step you need apple numbers, excel, or sth similar. I used numbers on my laptop. Open the csv file you exported in numbers and go through the data. If there are any columns that don’t have any data in it delete it. This is important as too many columns conflict with csv import. Export is as a csv file (click on share in the top right, then export and send). Select csv. Make sure the table names are not included. This would mess up csv import. Send the file to your destination phone and save it in its files. Open csv import. Click import. Select your csv file. Select start date. Skip end date. Check all the columns. Make sure to select skip on ones that don’t show the right activities. The data for those just isn’t supported. Make sure every column has your desired unit. It has to be the same unit as it was on your old device. Sadly for step counts the time of the steps in a day isn’t supported so all your steps will show up starting from midnight. I don’t think there is a way to fix this with this app. Select import and then grant cvs import access to write data to your health app. Click allow and wait. Open your health app to check if it worked.

Misleading and not worth the money.
The app advertises support for “120+ data types” and “cycle tracking,” but none of the menstrual health categories are actually available to import once you pay. You’re forced to subscribe before you can even test basic features, and then discover it doesn’t offer what the screenshots and description promise. Way too expensive for an importer that can’t import the very data it claims to support. Felt like false advertising, wish I hadn’t paid for it.

Practically Worthless with a Subscription
I had a body scan export file from a .csv to import. Unfortunately this app requires a subscription to anything besides weight. What's extremely frustrating is you can't even see what it "could" import from your file without paying. Also, the subscription prices are absolutely outrageous, and the one time purchase is 50$.
Broken UI but functional
The UI is all over place and doesn't seem to be updated for recent iOS versions and devices, cut ultimately the app does work and imports csv data correctly.
Works as Specified
I had a large amount of BG data to import as a CSV so I used this app. It worked perfectly. I would recommend going into the settings and turning on “Health” permissions since lately apps can’t ask for those permissions automatically. The developer is responsive to questions and is very friendly.

I can’t even get it to do an import. Immediately crashes (iPhone 17 pro max, iOS 26). In addition to that I was trying to use it as a workaround to import my labs into apple heath, since the private lab I go to doesn’t have an app or direct integration with apple heath like laborp and quest diagnostics do. I spent a bunch of time researching the correct data types for all My labs, I made the CSV and then tried to import it. First thing I noticed was that only about 8 of the 40+ entries I added to the CSV were recognized by the import tool. I tried then to “match” them to the correct values within the app, however it didn’t work, because this app doesn’t have many choices in the labs category. It’s a great idea, but since the app doesn’t work, I have to rate it 0 stars. Especially since I had to spend $19.99 only to realize that the app doesn’t work. I’ll be requesting a refund.

So glad this app exists so that I didn’t lose years of health data when I switched from Samsung to Apple! The developer got back to me right away with an issue I was having, and pushed an update to solve it. Highly recommended if this is what you need!

Does exactly what it says it does
The UI and UX is a little clunky. It’s good at auto selecting the date/time. When you select the dataset you want, you need to make sure to click the back button and not swipe down, otherwise it gets stuck on processing. I selected blood glucose and swiped down and it got stuck on processing. You need to clear the search field hit the back arrow on the top right, then click the bottom “start import” for it to work properly.
