Great app!
Without a doubt this app played a huge role in making 1st. Great to have the bibs and flash cards available for the majority of areas!!!
Waist of $20
Upon downloading the app, I’m asked to subscribe for $20. No checking the service to see if this would work for me. I double checked with my chief to see if I had the right app and he said yes, so I subscribed. Only to find out that none of the publications from my BIBs were there and there were no flash cards or study material for most of the said publications. Out of the 15+ publications listed from my BIBs, I found 2 sets of flash cards for 2 of them. And they were difficult to figure out how they worked. Some of the pups say that they are not legally allowed to publish any study material for certain pubs, and other just didn’t have anything. So I paid $20 and got nothing. Don’t waist you money on this service. You’re better off waisting your time on the wild goose chase looking for the publications on your BIBs and reading them.
Tired of Signing In
It would be nice if the app would auto sync with the cloud (instead of manually syncing). I’m also tired of not only signing in every time I open the app, but also having to fill in the password since it won’t allow my password manager to “always allow.”

How do we get access to the credential section in the app? It works in the browser but not the app

I am an HM3 that was MAPd a week after taking cycle 244’s HM3 exam. Due to our quotas being low Navy BMR has offered a free subscription to their website to help advance. I used Navy BMR primarily for my last exam and scored an 80. Thanks Navy BMR!
Difficult Questions
Tried using this app to study, but only the Fading Questions (last years questions) option is working. I emailed about it and was told it worked fine and I should just log out and log back in. I’ve done that. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app. Both the Navybmr and Navybmr (Legacy). I was told I need to contact Apple to get a refund. Used to love using this app to study, but this is terrible. Better to just use Bluejacketeer at this point
Was good but now is questionable
It was great until the recent update. Before I could navigate to the subtopics and even occupational topics like our bibs is built. However now it’s just broken down by publication. So essentially now it’s like here are 250 questions on the NAMP which the questions aren’t even rate specific they’re more so just NAMP general questions. Also they should definitely add a feature for the users to submit request to update the accuracy of some of the questions so we could get accurate information. Also if this application was free I wouldn’t even complain but because it costs $20 I unsubscribed.
Latest update
The latest update you guys created for the app shows the answers immediately before we get a chance to answer it. It is much better to force yourself to read the question review the choices and force yourself to think before just giving the answer
Finally.....
I finally advanced!! And I am almost positive it is because of this app. A lot of my bibs were missing, but the parts that were available, I studied non stop. Delete Facebook and Instagram and install this app. And spare time you could scroll social media, just open this app and study. 5 minutes here and 5 minutes there. 10 out of 10 recommend. Will be back for sure. Thanks for the hard work guys.
Not it
This sucked I couldn’t even sign in aft I put in an email it would just use the email and and not sign me in and had me do 5 different passwords!
Very helpful
So far this app has been helpful when it comes to studying. Personally, it’s extremely difficult for me to read all of those dry, boring pubs, instructions, etc., so this has come in handy. I just wish that these were the questions on the exam! My only critique: I somehow haven't found a way to stay signed in. I have to sign in every time I close the app. What’s worse is my saved password doesn’t auto-populate, and I have to go into my passwords to select it. Not a huge deal, just an inconvenience. With that, once I login it takes a few minutes to “fetch 1000 questions” which, again, is an inconvenience. Other than that, not a bad app. Good luck to all my brothers and sisters on this upcoming exam! 29DEC24 Hard to study when most of your BIBs are “under construction” and/or “unavailable.” Not sure why I pay a monthly subscription to something I can’t fully utilize. I understand if there is some information that simply cannot be published due to its classification; not most of my rating’s study material though!
It’s Iffy
Ok so I downloaded this app for my last exam before my test and it helped a lot, this was when it was still free. You know just like how our manuals are free to get a hold of. Well I finally gave in for a last resort to pay for it to be able to study since I’m in the process of transferring. Well now the only thing that works is “game mode” and that’s for only 1 of the subjects/books. Nothing else will load or it pops up blank and then I have a pop up that says “there was a problem loading questions for this deck” like then why is it available?! I have shut it down multiple times deleted it and re-downloaded it again and it says the same. I tried to see if it was my WiFi. And nope. Nothing seems to work. Probably the worst money I have spent.

TERRIBLE FUNCTIONALITY
You’d expect that by paying $20, you would get something with fewer issues than I’ve experienced in the one day of using the app. I appreciate what you are trying to do here, but the app has many issues. From having to log in every time the app closes to being stuck on the “synchronizing data” screen for 5, 10, and sometimes 15 minutes before I can start using it. Another thing is the pages with the answers when taking the mock are not always related to the question. For an app that has been around this long, you would think it would have basic functionality figured out.
Not working
Can’t get the app to load and work after paying $25 a month for it..
Misleading
I understand that this app is helpful for a lot of people but for my rate specifically, I spent money on this service expecting to use it a lot during my free time. However, I was sad to find out that about 80% of the bibs were not available for various reasons (copyright issues, “under construction”). I wish they told me how many of the bibs were actually available for use before I spent money. Other than that, the bibs that were there were good study material.
Broken app
The app doesn’t even want to open up when I put my email and password in. Resetting the password was even more frustrating. Just anything related to the app doesn’t seem to work but everything works fine when you go to the actual web browser. The app isn’t convenient at all.
Subscription?!!
Why do we have to pay for a subscription to study for these mandatory test????? We’re already mentally,physically drained and to have to financially come out of pocket to study. That’s crazy
