What they complain about
- They never actually pay you
- Support just uses a fake bot
- Promises don't match reality
No payments recieved for work I completed
Did two diffrent jobs under this app and both times wasnt paid out for my work totaling around 170$ am going to report the matter to my local labor board on monday and also take further legal action if the matter is not settled immediately!
Scam app they will not even attempt to pay you
This company is a complete and total scam I never got paid they have a fake phone number and a generic response bot that lies to you
THIS APP DOES NOT PAY OUT !!!!! 7/1/2026 16 JOBS COMPLETED & NOT A SINGLE PAYMENT ……………DO NOT WORK
Been doing jobs for this app and they will not make a single payment. You can text all you want and it is true they will not pay.
Contractors Beware — They Don’t Pay
They owe me nearly $2,000 for completed work. I previously made $12–13k through PLOWZ & MOWZ when they paid Net 30. In May 2026, they promised weekly payouts and a better contractor experience, so I gave them another chance. Big mistake. I’ve repeatedly texted and emailed about payment and get either no response or “the payment team is working on it.” Nothing gets resolved. Contractors beware—do not work for this company.
Theft of services
Be careful company has left me unpaid for over 60 days without recourse. Company is a scam for both the providers and the clients. Wills Mahoney should be ashamed at what kind of company he is running.
Bad company never got paid
Never got paid it’s been 2 months waiting on only 200 dollars smh sucks I couldn’t even feed my kids behind this bs
1.5 years of unpaid services
SCAM ALERT CONTRACTORS. This company is a SCAM. I have never been paid for any work completed. It’s an AI chat bot run around. No humans. No contact information. DO NOT USE THIS APP OR THIS COMPANY. you will not get paid.
Unpaid contractor
I’m over 25+ unpaid services to date no response from Plowz & Mowz management
You will not be paid for services
I plowed for this app in December of 2025 and January of 2026. It is now July 16th 2026 and I still have not received any type of payment. I have contacted customer support over 10 times and they continue to deflect or blame their payment system. Do not bother using this app unless you enjoy working for free. If I could give 0 stars I would.
SCAM!!! THEY DO NOT PAY YOU!!! SCAM!!!! SCAM!!!
I completed 8 jobs and still haven’t gotten paid my $238. It’s been 2 and a half weeks and all they keep saying is “our payment team is working to resolve the issue”. They have been saying this every day for the last 2 and half weeks. I have the text messages to prove it. The app says your payout will be in your account the next business day. That’s a lie cause I’ve been waiting 2 and a half weeks and all they can say is they’re working on it. And then have the nerve to text me and ask me what is my ETA on the jobs in my que when they haven’t even paid me for the 8 jobs I already did. So therefore my lawyer will be contacting them with a lawsuit. SO DO NOT USE THIS APP ITS A SCAM!!!!
Not good
Done some yards for this App told me For me to get paid had to fill out direct deposit form So I filled it out 2-3 times for this app now they are telling me they are behind on payment n etc I’m tired of this my next step is I’m contacting an attorney they have 7 business days to pay or I’m calling and will be reporting to the bbb Now they’re telling me that they’ll release the money within three days. I should have it should get a confirmation email stating that they released it never got a confirmation. Email still haven’t gotten no money from this app. To all customers out there, trying to use this app to get Lawn Service do not use this app. They take your money and do not pay the contractors for the service services. I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
