Dead game
Game is dead, no new updates, no seasonal heRos. Don’t play this dead game. Three playeRs bully newbs.
Not cool.
So I started at the beginning when the game first came out. Even put money into it to get the fire mage and ice mage. Plus a few other cool characters. But then life happened and I fell out of playing for a bit. Only to come back and have lost everything I paid for. I messaged the devs on discord and since when I bought the character was before a certain update. I’ve just lost the money and characters. Won’t restart or put more money on it just to have it taken again.
Did this game die?
I really like this game, been playing for a while now. Would have given 5 stars but I noticed about a year ago that there haven’t been any special events or updates, no holiday events. Am I playing a dead game?

The game is great. I’ve played since before the big update and I like the update now for sure. Downside is I can get in the arena or join a guild and I had sent multiple emails and I never hear back from anyone. Hopefully they get back to me soon
Old account disappeared
I recently wanted to comeback to the game after not playing it for a long time first i lost my characters and if I remember right i spent a couple of dollars on some characters now i cant get them back
Needs balance
The archer does 90% of the fighting. All other characters are too slow to see combat or are completely blocked by the archer or terrain . This game has potential, but it needs balance
Loved the game before some of the recent updates
I’ve been playing this game for a few months now and I’ve loved it, but some of the recent changes to the arena battles have made the game awful….there’s too much of an emphasis on bulking-up on agility so my squad is losing battles against teams with much lower power rating purely because their players get more turns (sometimes they get 6/7 moves before I get a chance to respond) which is making the game boring and almost unplayable now.

Why can’t you summon with orbs, I remember you could three years ago
Strategy involved, good turn based combat game
5 Heroes is a good game for grinding through maps and leveling up your cast of characters. It has a cool story and is engaging. This fun game is really neat how you can challenge other players and see how well your team does.
Unplayable now
The last update destroyed my characters I spent months building up. Now the maxed out characters are worthless. I had characters go from 900 strength and health down to 300. I have over 300 thousand experience and now get destroyed in the arena by players with 45 thousand. I can’t upgrade my best characters anymore so it pointless to even play now. Not sure what the purpose of all this was but you’ll lose as many players as you think you’ll gain. I’ve never seen a developer in any capacity deliberately destroy someone’s account. I want my wasted time back. Sent two emails and have heard nothing.
Great game but can’t reach support
Great game but there is a glitch where certain heroes that have been unlocked are not showing in my hero list. I haven’t been reach support because I need to download the mail app, which I don’t use. Any help would be appreciated

Was Fun
Really enjoyed this game until I hit a wall that clearly feels like if I dumped a paycheck into the game I could be back to progressing as I was. The concept of the characters, attributes, and weapons are awesome. The story is unique and different. There are several game modes and activities to do while playing the game. Yet, I am stuck grinding low levels for experience to upgrade the common characters I have. My rare/epic characters don't have nearly enough orbs to upgrade and my common characters while ranked up three or more more times aren't strong enough to compete. Seems like the game had potential, but I am not paying $XX to summon some more characters to use. Best of luck.

Unexpected changes after upgrading
The whole game had changed which level of heroes drop… will it be fixed???
Orbs
It’s too difficult to get orbs for certain heroes
Game is good but there are so many stopping points
No real way to get characters so you get stuck on challenges, mine upgrading, exploration, etc. Game is good but even with payment it’s all based on luck of the draw. No way to focus character acquisition to factions and there are just so many you’ll never get who you need to progress. It was fun for a bit but grows stale when you can’t do anything else.
Too Grindy
So the game itself is a lot of fun especially with the auto run feature. But to complete all of the daily campaigns and guild stuff I’m spending WAY TOO MUCH TIME playing so I can complete them. Either make them shorter or add a 2x-3x speed feature.
Decent
The game is dominated by a handful of people that’ve been playing from jump that harass people that pay to play, think twice before spending money on this game.
Dumb
Can you explain to me how it’s far that the game spams me out so hard that I got nearly over 3000 orbs for my earth mage, but have not gotten her once when a have got multiple of the other comments in the forest, just saying you guys need to do better cause you ‘have’ and gonnamake to game go into the ditch if you don’t start to try but harder, sorry but honestly
Horrible now better before
4 updates ago before the huge update for chapter 3 it was awesome, now you have to spend to catch up as a new player/mid level player. Auras are no longer viable cause you need characters more then you can use the auras down the road (been playing a year+ and no where close to where I need to be to keep up with the senior players). Definitely more p2w mentality than f2p. Was fine before auras and chapter 3, now, it’s all downhill. Hope this changes but it’ll probably just get worse.
Latest update slows progress
I enjoyed this game as a great way to pass time. The grind rewarded you with progress here and there. The last update increased the cost of items required to advance characters. No it will take weeks to progress, with no reward in between to keep you hanging on.
Recent update
Oh noooo! This game was a 5 star game for so many reasons until the most recent update! I don’t know how to even explain how bad this update was, but the update crushed all my characters abilities! I have one character with over 20k power but can barely do any damage in a fight. I can’t even finish a stage that I used to be able to finish with ease since this update! I’m very disappointed
Game is ptw
Game updates get worse and worse. They want you to spend diamonds to upgrade skills and they want you to buy gold to buy orbs. They increased the prices of orbs by 4 times original cost. Double the amount of time to get a training dummy. You now got to wait up to 3 hours to upgrade one skill now. You got to spend hours farming orbs. To get a small upgrade. They raised the prices of artifacts and upgrading them as well hope I g you buy even more diamonds to buy them. It’s a pure money grab. The devs are out of touch with reality.
Good Enough
This is a pretty fun game. It’s fairly simply and the user interface doesn’t seem to be all that complicated which is nice. The one thing I would say is I wish it was easier to see what each status effect means, which passive skills each hero has, etc.

I will make this simple and to the point. I enjoy playing the game. I downloaded it on my phone a couple of days ago. I was looking for a game that was “Zelda” like and this game fits for me. I have made one purchase so far because I want to support this game. I hope the devs can continue to create new content. I have a lot of various games on my phone, this game is less of a “cash grab” than several others I play. Keep up the good work devs!

Wondering if there’s a selling function for all the extra gear that gets accumulated. Game is great either way.
Would be an easy 5* but stuck
I just got to the hero sacrifice thingy and there’s some sort of glitch where I can’t move past the select the ghost in a bottle to upgrade intro part. I can’t select anything and can’t just move past it

Enjoy very much playing this game. You can advance without the need to spend real money. Ever evolving storylines keep the game interesting. Not fan of PvP as the matching seems not optimized. Hint: Gold is the key to advancement. The more you can farm it the faster you can level up character and weapons..

I’ve played this game for the last several months and was having fun i really liked the story and the game play was different and fun. The deeper you get into the game the harder it got which is to expected so you have to grind a little harder but that made it fun. Unfortunately the newest update ruined it for me. I liked the old training system and how my characters were, now it just seems to complicated to level up characters. It feels like they are trying to be like every other mobile game not try to do something different. I did try to give it a chance but I think I’m going to delete this game because they keep changing to much.

I’ve been playing this game since… it was five heroes. I remember starting as the Palladian wish I was able to have her now -_- . But this game has gone huge. The devs really put in so much work for this game to be as big as it is. Great job guys you really keep me busy in the game, from events to guilds, to the campaign. Only thing I’m not a fan of is the novice… maybe it’s me but I have so many of them.. just to sacrifice lol.
Deleted after new update
New update added many new “currencies” that require more grinding/paying money. Reverted all the heroes stats and made the UI extremely confusing.

I have tried turning notifications off several times for everything yet I still get notifications constantly fix this I shouldn’t have to go to my phone settings to disable it

Update ruin the game
Recent update (as of 8Feb) ruined the game. GUI changed drastically, hero progression changed drastically, all of the work I had put into a team was wiped out, including the artifacts that I had on them because they no longer met the level requirements. And I -almost- started the pass because I was enjoying the game. Deleting today. Hopefully newer players will enjoy the updated and downgraded interface and leveling system since they won’t have experienced the great game that was.

Pay to play/win
This game has a lot of potential, but you have to pay to get scouts map to play the campain. For the story, it’s very short. The episodes should have more quests. For the difficulty gap, it gets harder way too fast in the episode there’s no progressive difficulty.
Repetitive is the game
Mindless repetitive fair but f2p friendly so there’s that. Overall a good time waster if you need to pass the time.

They ruined the game
Used to be fun, quick, and easy to use/navigate but the new interface and upgrade tech ruined the game for me. They nerfed a bunch of my best characters down in rating to force you to regrind and pay to re-grow them. Honestly went from my main phone app game to me hating the game now. This game feels like it was rushed

My game has been updated multiple times since I started playing a few weeks ago. I have some characters in the mid level 30 with 3-4 silver stars, level 2-24 is kicking my butt. I’ve leveled characters and weapons as much as I can an it’s impossible to beat the boss. He spawns to many helpers to quickly and all of their hits take like 1/4 of my teams Health with each hit. I was having fun and enjoying at first, now not so much.
