Mise à jour de l’application Yassir
Bonjour. Je suis profondément déçue par la nouvelle mise à jour de l’application Yassir : je suis une fidèle cliente de Yassir. Je suis une personne âgée et je fais appel à vos services à chaque voyage… je n’ai pas un téléphone très actuel, il me sert juste assez et je ne peux hélas pas télécharger les mises à jours qui demandent des appareils plus adaptés. Il faudrait peut-être trouver une solution. Je vous remercie.

Prolonger le délai d’évaluation des chauffeurs
C’est une excellente application, MAIS le délai pour évaluer les chauffeurs est beaucoup trop court. Parfois, j’oublie de noter un chauffeur et, lorsque je reviens sur l’application pour le faire, ce n’est plus possible. Ce serait bien de nous laisser un peu plus de temps pour donner notre avis.

App good but drivers playing around
Selon mon expérience les chauffeurs te demande si tu as un code promo, si tu l as ils ne t acceptent pas et annule en toi, le problème qu une fois le chauffeur annule il ne te donne pas la main pour donner le feed back. Meme les raison quand tu annule sont limiter. Je crois que Yassir doit être plus stricte avec les code promo avec les chauffeurs et leurs expliquer que leurs comment que ça marche. Ce matin j avais une course à 850 le chauffeur m a appeler me disant si j ai un code promo j ai dit non il m a dit mais chez moi s’affiche 950 da. Un autre hier j avais une course a 450 il m a d qu elle s affiche chez eux a 650. Je crois que Yassir doivent créer une ligne ou lien pour signaler ces chauffeurs

Je commande en livraison depuis cette application presque tous les jours depuis presque 4 ans et y'a aucun cadeau ou des promotions pour les gens fidèles comme nous
Très déçu du support
L'application pourrait être correcte, mais l'absence totale de service client gâche tout. L'assistance ne répond jamais aux requêtes des utilisateurs. Un effort urgent doit être fait sur la réactivité de l'équipe support.

J’ai commandé au restaurant Damasquino et j’ai été très satisfaite le service était vraiment rapide tout était bien organisé et très bien préparé je recommande fortement

En re téléchargeant l’application, je suis tombée sur plusieurs avis négatifs qui ne reflètent pas la qualité de l’application. Lors de mon dernier séjour à Alger, j’avais adoré l’application. Pratique, facile d’utilisation, prix abordables, chauffeurs sympathiques, elle a grandement facilité mes déplacements. Bon travail et continuez ainsi !

After the new update the app don’t work on my phone , why would it not run on old ios Try to make the app flexible we use it daily and im not willing to change my phone just for that.
TBH THERE IS A LOT TO SAY
To be honest, I don’t know what to begin. I feel like this app needs to be updated. Like imagine. I’m trying to order something from the food section but the thing is that the UI is buggy and there is a lack of user experience. I feel like UX is bad somehow, and it needs to be reviewed from the design team in the company by the way, I’m Algerian from Algeria I use that app too many times for rides and in the ride section of the apps flawless, but the food section it’s lacking UX improvement and also about the UI like I said buggy, I tried to cancel a choice to choose another thing to order but the arrow to go back is impossible to access the coupon section is unresponsive so I can’t add a coupon to the order so please the YASSIR’s design and UX team do your job and improve your app I’m saying that without being rude, but I think that everyone will agree with me about this … Thank you.

First of all, the delivery literally took 4 hours, I payed with my card but half of the order was missing and when I asked about the refund they said I should just send a pic of the receipt, I did that, and after that they never picked up the phone, the chat is not responding and it’s been almost a month now, no word from them. I’m not the first that this happen to apparently so be careful, they’re clearly scammers

Contrôle des véhicules et des chauffeurs!
Les chauffeurs n’acceptent pratiquement jamais les courses car le prix est bas et quand on est presser on ce retrouve a attendre énormément et sans chauffeur à la finale! C’est dommage car c’est une bonne appli avec des prix défiant toute concurrence mais les chauffeurs n’acceptent que les grandes courses 😔

After ordering i have waited for literally 2 hours while I’m hungry af and finally the restorant closed and the delicate guy never came i could see that he have been delivering all around the city and did not went to get me my food, literally worst food delivery service to ever exist serously i do nooootttt recommend

Tarifs chère
Je suis en visite en Algérie et on m’a proposé cette application et InDrive.. la différence des tarifs proposés est énorme donc j’ai fini pas ne pas utiliser Yassir du tout sachant que à chacun de mes trajet je compare les tarifs .. de plus que InDrive offre l’opportunité de négocier les prix.. et c’est vraiment plus rapide pour trouver un chauffeur.. donc Yassir devrait revoir certains options.. et de plus je n’arrive pas à supprimer mon compte Yassir .. l’option existe dans l’application mais elle n’aboutit à rien .. bref je recommande pas trop sauf s’ils annonces des changement interessant.. bonne continuation

If I could give 0 starts I would have. Terrible customer service on dozens of occasions, very long deliveries ( I had to wait an hour and a half for one burger from a restaurant that is 500m away. i am never using it again !

I tries using the app today cuz i was in a place with no taxis passing by and it logged me out of my account first of all, maybe cuz i haven’t used it for so long and when i tried logging in with my phone number and choosing whatsup method for the sms it didnt even work, doesn’t matter i was able to do something about it, but when i actually logged in it says it is not available in my location while it is clearly available in my location cuz it was made for it in the first place (Algeria) anyways, when i tried to fix it the map didn’t even show up it might’ve been my poor internet connection but I’m positive the error is coming for you, hope you fix this asap, good app overall it does the job

Cette application m’a jamais déçu. Ça m’a aidé à se déplacer en tant que femme solo en Algérie. Je me sens très en sécurité et capable de visiter mon pays sans embêtement grâce à Yassir
I’d give zero star I could
While the app itself has no issue, the services are bad. You’re given the option of a better car a premium price yet, I haven’t a gotten a single car that didn’t give me the ick. Drivers asking to sit in the front of the car and as a woman, it’s a no-go. Customers service is inexistent. Not sure what the money the raised to scale and improve is being sure for.

J'adore cette application, elle m'a aidé beaucoup mieux que les taxis normaux. Il n'y a qu'un seul point négatif, c'est que lorsque vous passez par la police, ils ne reconnaissent pas ce type de nouveaux taxis. Vous devez dire que c'est ma famille ou mon voisin qui rend les clients si mal à l'aise. Par conséquent, je souhaite que vous trouviez une solution pour cela très bientôt

Absolutely horrible app and unbelievably bad customer service. I ALREADY PAID FOR MY ORDER BY CARD, yet Yassir couldn’t even assign a delivery driver to deliver it. So you take my money, don’t provide the service I paid for, and then leave me dealing with completely useless customer support. This is beyond disappointing and honestly unacceptable. The whole experience was frustrating from beginning to end. I expected a basic delivery service, and somehow Yassir couldn’t even manage that. I absolutely do NOT recommend Yassir. Save yourself the frustration and use another app.
App stopped working
I got a message saying “Error, operation could not be completed” and since it happened, every time I open the app I get the same message. I deleted the app, and reinstalled it, still same problem. What can I do?
