TERRIBLE
waited for a taxi it said six minutes never turned up so I waited five more minutes so I tried calling them they did not answer. They declined the call. Waited hour and 30 minutes on the side of the road waiting no taxis buses or trains until someone gave me a lift to my hotel. And I’m not even from this place.

Service in Angola
It’s always a matter of luck which car you end up with, and that luck usually ranges from BAD to VERY BAD, or at best, acceptable. Most of the time, the cars are in terrible condition dirty interiors, worn-out suspension making noise, vibrations throughout the vehicle, just dreadful. Heetch should seriously review the quality standards of the cars it accepts. The condition of most vehicles wouldn’t even be allowed on the roads in Europe, Namibia, or even South Africa. I won’t be using the service in Angola again.
Localização do carro
Demora
Demoram muito para aceitar a corrida
Mr
Tres Bon chauffeur,je recommend
Reliability?
On average I would say that between 50-70% of drivers cancel. There should be a compensation package

Only as good as it’s drivers!
One honest ride in Lille, very early morning, lovely driver. Next day totally different story! Quoted 10 euros, charged 22 euros for a journey we didn’t take… total scam!
Amanou driver
Super behulpzaam.
Good but not great
I’m currently using heetch and the problem with it is that the drivers don’t have the license permit to use the application, so if a cop finds out that you are using this application he takes the driver vehicle to the pound. So the driver have to be careful..
Tic tac tic tac it’s prédiction time
The design/dev team has assumed that predicting the driver movement on the map will make the user experience better, but this misleading feature is complete trash, a lot of drivers just refuse to come but the app show them moving on the map and waste the client time. Please share real driver position not fake one, and when u don’t have just don’t lie. It ruins your reputation.

Very efficient, friendly driver, nice car. Thanks

Heetch
Trop cher en semaine et courte distance
Modification automatique
Very useful but needs some tweaking
This app is a life savior that I’ve been using in Senegal. It helps because I don’t speak French and the prices are very fair in comparison to poaching cab drivers. My only constructive criticism is that it needs to improve its radar system to assure accurate driver location and collection points. Otherwise, I would recommend it.
Mr
You have sent a promotional code but it doesn’t work
Dodgy
Driver cancelled moments after phoning me to say he would be there in 6 minutes
Qualidade do carro
👍 Cisse
Facebook login is the only option
I want to use my own email address, not Facebook, so I’ll use Uber instead.
Riad
This doesn’t work at al in Riad. There’s no drivers and it feels as if they are boycotting the app. Remove the operation in Riad and stop selling this as usable. It’s not.
