What people like
- You can book appointments quickly if lucky
- Works fine for some users without issues
- Slots appear soon after joining the waitlist
What they complain about
- Login locks you out after too many tries
- Passport photos often fail to upload correctly
- Payment fails even when you finally get a slot
it works
i don’t know we people can’t log in, i had no problems fr
Rubbish!
If there is an optio of zerp star I’ll give this a -5 stars! Avoid this app and its services! Rubbish company!
Worst app you will ever see.
One of the worst apps . How can I get an error message saying “tried too many times” when I login for the first time itself!!? (even when i give correct password!
Can’t login
I’m not able to login …always high user volume
Всё работает
Видимо мне исключительно повезло, потому что зарегистрировался с первого раза, оставил заявку с первого раза, фото паспорта приняло приложение без проблем. Пока жду появления слота, проблем со входом так же не возникло.
Impossible to book a slot
The app is a joke. Image validation fails every time when you try to submit passport details.
Vfs golabal
التطبيق لايعمل بشكل جيد خاصة عندما تفتح المواعيد ويكون عدد المستخدمين بكثرة
Работает
Записался на визу, 10.06 встал в wait list, 18.06 пришли слоты
Horrible
This is the worse app ever I’ve seen in my entire lifetime, if you want to get frustrated, mad and depressed then go for it, it doesn’t even deserve 1 star
Missed a very important event because of this abysmal app.
Incredible how an app can be broken at literally every stage. Can’t log in, can’t pay when I finally get a slot, just endless errors. Bravo on creating the most frustrating user experience possible.
Terrible service
When slots are available , you have to enter all your details first, but when you attempt to pay , it says “Unauthorised user” and that’s it! If you try again, it just blocks you. Help line does not help neither. Very bad
Glitchy
It’s randomly telling me that I’ve made too many attempts and should try again
Useless!!!
Most useless app ever!!! And you keep sending email about not being able to book an appointment,as you can’t get pass the passport verification stage and they honestly do nothing, they just tell you to make sure it’s not blurry and the camera captures it alright which I’m going it’s just ridiculous now I can’t go for my holiday as I haven’t been able to book an appointment and nobody seems to care or do anything, worst app ever to exist in life!!!
Worst app on the App Store
The app is literally non-functional. I can’t even log in to view appointments without exceeding the limit and being asked to try again. Fix this!!!!!
VFS = Trash
Waited 40 minutes for an OTP that never arrived. By the time it finally did, it was already invalid, and I was then locked out with a message saying I’d exceeded the maximum number of attempts and had to wait an hour. Absolutely unbelievable experience with the VFS app. Basic OTP authentication shouldn’t be this frustrating.
Rubbish
App doesn’t even work
