Ongoing Issues
I have brought up many issues regarding the app and website only to have them ignored. I called about a password issue and the representative cancelled my card.

Still no in-app transfers
It’s crazy that when I try and use the app to make a transfer, it takes me to a browser, then when I try to complete the transfer after signing in there, it bumps me to the old version of the browser app… this should have been in the app from the beginning!

The best!
This app makes it so easy for me to pay bills from the checking account and eat interest in the saving account.
NOT a banking app. No functionality
Does NOY display interest rate or APY. Does NOT display pending transactions. Does NOT have external transfer capability for over 8 years. It takes 4-5 days for an ACH transfer that should be completed next day. Keep being told to go to “full site” which is NOT optimized for mobile devices so you scroll scroll scroll looking for action buttons Worthless NON banking app
Working Now
I had problems for several days trying to log in. After several unsuccessful attempts I deleted and reinstalled the app. It is now working okay. Appe seems to be simple and straightforward to use. I really like the mobile deposit feature!
App doesn’t work
I have used this app for a couple years and it only works about 20% of the time.
Deposits and transfers.
I gave it a three rating because you do not offer external transfers from the app, which is very inconvenient. Also, the photo capture for deposits is very touchy and takes too long to capture the picture. Also, the details for how much interest is being made is not easily identified. It would be nice to have a quick and easy location to identify what the interest rate is on the app.
Transfers at last!
At last, we can initiate transfers from the app instead of always needing to visit the website! Better yet, if you are an FNBO account holder, the transfers between your FNBO and FNBO Direct accounts are instant - no more waiting 5 long days for an ACH transfer! Great job, development team. I no longer miss Milli (that much). 👍

Competitive APY on savings accounts
Very easy to use banking app. I am able to set up bill pay transfers to move money between my other external accounts, so it seems that other reviewers haven’t caught on. FNBO Direct offers a competitive rate on its HYSA, so huge plus there. FNBO is a solid regional bank and it’s great to see them offer online-only deposit accounts for those that don’t need brick and mortar access.

I hate that I can’t transfer funds from my Rhode Island bank’s checking account into my FNBO savings account thru the app.

Can't even transfer funds
This is the worst mobile banking app I have ever used. You don't even have the ability to transfer money to/from from within the app. You have to log in via the web to accomplish this most basic necessity. Worse transfers between different first national accounts aren't instant and take 6 days. I miss Milli.

Lost access to my funds
The transfer money option no longer works in the FNBO Direct app after the introduction of Zelle for all transfers on the FNBO side (and yes my apps are up to date). You need a second Zelle account (with a new email and phone number) to send money between FNBO & FNBO-D accounts, despite the fact that they share a routing number, because they aren’t on the same app. Without a transfer option and because FNBO-D is completely online (no debit card) my money is quite literally stuck in my account. I can handle glitches, not shady business practices or incredibly poor planning & oversight. Even if this gets resolved, it’s unacceptable to suddenly lose access to an account. Save your time & money and bank elsewhere.

And I still can’t make an external transfer between my main checking account and my FNBO high yield savings account. Guys, it’s 2023. It’s been 3 years since someone else left a review complaining about this exact same issue. Please update the app.
Terrible online technology
50% of the time when I go online to check my balance, I get a sorry we are having technical difficulties. When I try to access my account with my laptop and enter my user name and password it flips me over to my First National checking account, even though I have a different user name and password. This is an online bank! Terrible customer service.
Why do you even have an app?
I’m not trying to be hurtful, but I just don’t understand why you even have an app if you can’t make external transfers? Asinine
