Clean, Modern Redesigned App
Since the UI has been revamped, it has been working well and easy to use. It is also convenient to make payments! Superb app!
Doesn’t work
The app is always frozen when i opens it, cannot use at all
Value for money
Using apps to pay you can get more time!u can verify via email(find in the spam if you not receive the email)
Susah
First time nak guna kerusi ni, cari tempat nak masuk duit tak ada, cari tempat nak scan dia surh download apps pulak, kena register dulu pulak lagi banyaknya benda kena buat untuk try 15 minit kerusi tu. Pastu nak kena topup minimum rm20 pulak nak try kejap je. Leceh la boss. Patut bagi scan qr code pakai bank apps terus boleh pakai kan senang.

Great and Convenient Service
I often use Rest N Go massage chairs. The app is easy to use, payments are convenient, and it helps me relax during long waits. The chair locator feature is especially useful. Highly recommended! ✨
Worse app
Downloaded trying to log in but unable to, not sure whether personal date info will be collected by this company . Not reliable
User experience
Despite seeing bad reviews of this app, I thought of trying myself to experience this. Since I already sit on this chair while waiting my flight at Senai Airport, why not give a try. During setting up an account, hopefully developer can fix the issue when in the registration page, user try to type the information in the column, it auto skip into the next column. User had to keep tapping the column, in order to be able to key in details in the column. Surprisingly new user get $3 credit. $2 is for 10 minutes massage. Good for those who like to give a try. Journey of downloading app, registering account, scan QR code, and to get it works, all it’s in about less than 5 minutes. I give 4 stars for overall. Hope this review helps.
Idk
I mean , when I tried to use this app,it didn’t work . But when I called the boss , he used the app and it DID WORK!idk how he did it but he did.(btw I paid the boss cash
Great chair!
amazing chair, really cheap, app connects very well, enjoyable experience!
Can’t open app
No matter how many times I’ve tried. Got done points inside. Now can’t use. No other way to use the massage chairs except through this app !
ใช้ดีอยู่
เพิ่งได้ลองโหลดมาใช้เพราะไปที่ห้างบ่อย
Keep having error
Keep showing something went wrong and scan another chair. I have scan 3 of the massage chair all the same error
Pro
Top up ok
The app has problem
The app has internal problem and cant login in . I have topped up but i cannot use for now.
Senai
That from senai aport comment, login is very not user friendly. The top up and serve experience is ok.
Scam
After top up which is lagging it’s not possible to pay and use the service. I think this is what the scam is. You should remove the app or fix it. This should be supervised by App Store - its in particular an app with the signs of unfair enrichment. No matter if it’s because of the poor development team or on purpose.
Works just fine!
All good, no problems using the app.
Lousy and cheat money.
Top up money to the account and the after that the app got issue and everything not working. Please refund my SGD money back as I did not use it at all.
Bad
Stupid app! Never receive the otp. Cant use the massage chair.
LOUSY APP
Just allow us to pay direct with cash or card lah. The app is so user-unfriendly PLUS it does not serve any other function or add any other benefits so why need to get an app just to use the massage chair
Useless app - let me pay for a massage with my card
I resolved the problems with the app after 30 minutes and the help of two people. The app is still confusing and useless. Let me pay for a massage using my card like every other business - why hide it behind an app and collecting my data. Do better.
App always down
Pls do something about it.
