Easy and fast
Using TRI-AD and its app makes it so easy and convenient! Other apps I have used are not user friendly.
Worst app
Company changed to Triad for HSA mgmt. Knew of issues before because we had had them run the HSA before. Issue is with the app itself. App will not allow login, but I’m able to login online. Talked to my benefits coordinator and submitted an app IT request. Initial call by their helpdesk gave me the wrong case #. Called them back and was assisted by a young lady who failed to find my case # and told me to “just use the online portal”. Thoroughly unhelpful. Review will be updated when supervisor calls back.
You can’t paste into fields easily
I use a password manager for secure passwords and financial information. If I paste a password or bank info, the app doesn’t pick it up. I have to delete and enter the final character.
App is so finicky. Help!
I’ve been using this app for our HSA for a couple years now and for some weird reason this evening, I cannot log in! I had to try registering again and finally got into our “account” and there isn’t any account history or balance or anything!? I’m so confused! Of course it’s the weekend and I have nobody to talk to, so I’ve gotta wait. Despite needing access to our HSA funds for a medical expense. I hope we can get this straightened out quickly. Thanks?
User friendly
Got my problem solved.
Straight 🚮
Don’t ever get HSA or FSA benefits through this company. They’re horrible at what they do. Thier employers as well as managers and supervisors are incorrectly educated on the laws surrounding these benefits. You’ll never get to use them
Me
This app doesn’t even have rudimentary reports, for tax items like funds forfeited. Add some useful reports!
OK app but it can improve
The app has minor issues. 1. If I am using the app and my phone locks up for a second, the app logs me out! 2. Submitting a claim is not a straightforward process. There is no clear way to submit the claim.
Great!
It took a bit of time to get used to it but once I did it was easy. I can submit claims online without a problem. Some reviews have said they can’t take a photo—you have to choose one from your files, but I do every time. It has never crashed on me and I get my claims submitted quickly. I also like that there are different views which can be used—pie charts, bar charts etc.
Sketchy, Broken and Sexism
The design of the app and customer service do no justice and only thing they did pretty well is creating roadblock for feminine health. Tried to submit a FSA claim for the tampons bought in groceries. It’s required to choose a category for the tampons while there are NO single option could fit in (Tell me how tampons could fit in: general vision, dental, eye contact, vision), and the claim got declined of course. Maybe to this company female healthcare doesn’t deserve be an option. Oh, good luck with your 3-hr waiting time for the customer service call
Pretty Bad….
Not only does the App take forever to load, the website is an abomination. It’s a rarity I can successfully access my FSA or HSA on first attempt and it usually just times out. Never had a positive or consistency user experience with the App or website. Hire new developers please.
Glitches galore
This app is full of glitches. The majority of the time I have to send everything 2 or 3 times because after you attach the pictures, receipts and fill in all the info and attempt to send it, you will receive a message basically saying there is a system error or they are unable to process at this time. Super frustrating and wastes lots of time.
OK but I’ve used better
This app refuses to allow you to take a pic to add to your claim. You 1st have to have the pic on file on your device, even thought when you set up a claim it gives you the option to “take photo”- IGNORE THAT or you’ll have to start all over again. Take your photo 1st. So irritating. Also does not support FaceID for signing in. Not sure if this is still an issue but when I had to 1st sign up for my account about 1.5 years ago it required a different ID/ password for signing up and using via the web vs. the app (yes, what I mean by that is the app has different sign in info).Beyond this it works well. Fast and accurate reimbursements.
Terrible Workflows
this is about the worst app I have used from the healthcare industry. It feels antiquated. It is buggy, and I had to attempt to get it finished at least five times
Login required to much
Every time I switch to a different app then back to Tri-Ad, I have to log back in again. iPhone 8 iOS 12.0.1
Love it
Love it
Too many errors
I have submitted claims for my healthcare savings, but then it is denied because it shows ineligibility since the system is trying to take funds from my dependent care account. I’ve had to call several times about this issue to get it fixed but it still has not. I’ve also been denied claims because it shows ineligible funds - the system was trying to take it out from the previous plan year which obviously has no funds. This is the first year that I’ve had issues with this app. It’s very frustrating having to call membership services to get all of these issues resolved especially when the wait on the phone is so long!
Super User Friendly
Super easy and friendly. Use it all the time for insurance related things.
Horrible experience
Geez this is awful. So unfriendly, my husband is the cardholder / insured and it worked for him. As his spouse this does not work for me and it is awful.
Can’t upload receipts
What a terrible app! I set up my account just to upload receipts. When I hit “Add Receipt”, the app takes me to my files, I choose a receipt and nothing happens. No message, nada. And the account I set up is not recognized on the website so that route is out. Guess I gotta fax the stupid receipts. If I could give 0 stars I would. Oh yeah, when the focus is not on the app you are forced to login.
Can’t loggin
I can’t even loggin but if I do it through the website it does let me in
A piece of trash
This app is just a piece of useless trash. Unable to login even we input the correct user name and password
Problems
I can’t access my health fund account / add an entry / so o can get reimbursed for this years health fund. Even my nickname isn’t recognized
