Not so good with recent call history, with countries code and forcing to create or sync my phone
Pl
Cost
They reduce your balance even when no body answers your call or call fails! That’s not fair neither aligns with calling rules.
Good service
Good job
App
Hi, app not working in iPhone 8 like a missing bottom raw of dial key pad , I called customer service helpless and also intro page to showing every time when you open app .. too long.
Cost effective
It's easy to use and worth the money
Super glitchy app
When it works it’s great but half the time, the sign in does not work or the auto recharge does not kick in. Have to reach out to the customer service every time to fix these issues.
Excellent service. Five star rate. Thank you.

Double the rates with no notice
Quality of calls is ok, but they double the rates w no notice. App still displays original prices. Called customer service and was advised that prices go up al the time (!!). Taking my money somewhere else.

I can not make calls to India! Not acceptable
I enjoy the service but skeptical
The service is great for calling overseas, but since I’ve started using Raza I’ve been getting a lot of fraudulent calls and texts now also emails, my email has now been compromised scammers have logged into my shopping account and made purchases! Located back to Brampton which known for BROWN FOLKS which majority of the ppl working at Raza are of that decent, I pray that customers information alongside credit card information isn’t being stolen or sold to scammers!!!

very clear and easy to use
Serious bug
As soon as call is made, it gets disconnected automatically
Need to sign in again with app update
Overall the call quality is great. But recently whenever app gets updated, you will need to sign in again. This is a real bummer and deal breaker for parents who are not tech friendly. I hope the team addresses this issue with future updates
Thankful
Grateful
“WAS” good
Can no longer connect. Every time I try to connect, nothing happens and if I do connect, I connect to someone that intercepted telling me “I’m single, are you in Canada?” I’ve used this app for many many years and was always reliable. Not anymore. Frustrating.
Thanks but the bugs needs to go away at 5am. ♥️♥️🤛🏽
Thanks
