What people like
- Rates are very cheap and economical
- Easy to set up and simple to use
- Great for calling family back home
What they complain about
- Keypad doesn't work for menu options
- Charges more minutes than you actually use
- Call quality is often terrible or unclear
- Support emails don't work or offer no help
Mr Choudhury
Very good I’m very impressed
Not the best
The rate is very expensive and not only that, the daily top-up cap is ridiculous as it stops me from topping up beyond £5 which is a joke and inconvenient especially when £5 only gives 18 minutes to my desired destination. I should be able to top up however I like and I don’t see what the big deal is.
Effective
Very prompt, convenient and low cost.
Probleme
Depuis quelques jours plus aucun message ne fonctionne et cela n’a l’air aujourd’hui toujours pas régler Merci de faire le nécessaire pour régler cela
Decent app
It’s a decent app try to top up it took the money and the balance is still showing zero when after a couple of times of closing and reopening the app, I will then finally able to make a call
Easy and good rates
Great website - so easy to set up and use. Very reasonable rates - I am so pleased I decided to download on my mobile - highly recommend
Rates
I topped up £1 which said 30 mins call time . After exactly one min of call to Pakistan mobile number (which the rates state it’s 5.5p) it cut off and it was showing 0.00 balance . Dont want to recharge again as disappointed already

Excellent and very economical
Everywhere connects and very economical to call Asia
Fraudulent minutes.
Charges you more than you use. Minutes go twice as quick when you’re on the phone sometimes.
Günstige Preise
Ich wünsche mir noch günstigen Preise für Anrufe
Language barrier
The app now turned to german language...
Not happy
Sometimes I buy data for my family back home in Zimbabwe and you take money but they don’t receive the data or airtime I send
review

Sound quality
Both parties can’t hear properly and it’s take bit long to connect a call
Mrs
Very useful
First time and last time
Downloaded app, paid for credits however when calling there is no sound, not even ringtone. Rebooted iPhone, reinstalled app still the same issue. Moved to Rebtel worked first time
Overall good
Overall good app, sometimes call doesn’t go through but it’s really rare.
Call dropping
I used to enjoy this app but recently call dropping has been a big issue for me. Also people receiving call from other side but I am not able to hear them.

Good services
Good services
Totally useless app
I have tried to do the call to my brother but the call is not connecting. I tried several times but same response. Instead of wasting my time I bought an international sim now. Please don’t waste your time and n this useless app.
Disappointing
I found the following issues with this app: 1. It charges you for more minutes than you actually used it. So you would end up paying more than what’s advertised. 2. It connects me to the wrong number ( this happens more times than tolerable) 3. It plays the other person’s voice in a loop creating confusion and causing you to stay longer. 4. The voice quality is terrible. Bottom line: it’s a crappy app. Avoid it as much as possible.
Payment system is really inconvenient
Many UN recognized countries are not listed (for example, Cyprus), therefore making topping up in these countries impossible. Furthermore, listing of the expiration date for credit cards is arbitrary, making payment impossible. For example, if your card expires in 2023, you will not be able to make payments. But if it expires in 2022, you can make payments. I have never seen an app that makes payment so hard. Its as if the developers do not want to make money?
More mint to India calling
More minutes to include India international calling like 5000 minutes thanks talk home
Khan
So far good service
Rubbish App.
Downloaded this app to call my Canadian bank after moving to the UK. The keypad within the app doesn’t work while on the call so I can’t chose any menu options and therefore the app is useless.
RECHARGE VOUCHER problem
I canot recharge card with this update please check your app I don't have credit card i want recharge with card please check this update thanks
Enfin
Après 10 ans l'application a été améliorée
M. Zee
I really satisfied thank you.
Poor app, poor experience
Received my new sim (eventually) this morning, used the app to register it, but it didn’t know I was on a monthly plan, so balance was zero. Trying to access the website said I already had an account, but no password, and the password reset feature doesn’t work. The number porting page only the website also gives an error 404. Support were no help either, and raised concerns. I decided to cancel the process, I will find an alternative provider.
Bad
Call connection quality is very bad. Need to call 5/6 times to connect a call. Some problems with Login account.
Connection
Sometimes the call receiver is some one else in Eritrean calls
Accessible and convenient
Clear and simple to use when situation requires its use.
Horrible service
Bought a top up card that doesn’t work and when I try and contact customer service the email they provide doesn’t exist and I can’t get thought via mobile. If you’re trying to make international calls use another service
About sound quality
Sounds not clear.. You guys who work on improving sounds quality
