- Prices are lower than big competitors like Skype

- Support is slow and unhelpful
- Hidden fees make it cost more than listed

Great Prices & Great Call Quality
Works perfectly for me every time.
Do not buy this it’s no work
Do not buy this it’s no work can’t make calls and CANNOT GET REFUNDED
Lovely
Perfect
Credits are not charged fairly
The app runs smoothly for me, I’ll give them that. But how come a call that lasted 0.13seconds would be charge a whole minute? And it happens with all the calls no matter how short the calls is, or if it sends you to voicemail it work still take 1 whole minute :)
Great Honest App
Good quality voice Your balance never disappears and easy top off
Scam
Very bad app. Not working
Better than Skype
Even cheaper than when Skype used to offer flat rate VOIP! And no service /restriction problems, so far.
Phishing app, DON’T FALL FOR THEIR SCAM
At first was working fine, despite the inconsistent connection and signal hey at least it’s good if you’re constantly travelling and want to save on phone services. But since a few days ago this just became unavailable for some reasons, no internet at all and unable to be activated. And the stress it caused, travelling in a foreign country only find out after landing that theres no internet connection! I tried to contact customer service for solution or refund and they never responded. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!
Not recommend
They can work well but interface is terrible. I only purchase 200 minutes call back to my country and it didn’t tell me it is a monthly subscription and I cannot see it on my app.
great service!
Quality is good and this is a time that is impossible to call Iran but this service allows me to call both cell and landline with good wuality
no call option works
just waste of money . can not call from usa to turkey.
Responsible
Answerable
No sound 75% of the time
Yolla only seems to work okay if you get connected to whoever you’re calling immediately. If you are out on hold, like it happens frequently with banks, insurance companies etc, 100 percent of the time the person on the other end can’t hear you. I’ve tried it multiple times, with different countries. It’s infuriating to spend 25 minutes on hold and then have the person hang up on you when they can’t hear you.
Calls more expensive than adver
The balance disappeared faster than the minutes used.

Call Failed - SIP 500
What’s the point of paying for this app if calls fail. It used to be OK.
Qualität nicht sonderlich gut
Verbindung kommt häufig nicht zustande, kein Rufton

Amazing app, good prices. Thank you!
No support
This app has no support so not a good option.
Calling problems
App was great until lately it started say your call can not be completed but I have credit on my account
Very good
I like the application it is very good and have reliable service
Waste of time. Usless
To sign up you need a working phone number that can receive texts. I'm currently traveling and just need to call a usa number. My phone doesn't work cause I'm out of the usa. This is totally useless! Like how about another form of verification? Imessage? Whatsapp? Upload and id? Nope, they don't offer any other option. If I had a working phone number I would just use that instead of a useless voip app.
High price, low quality
Worked fine for a while. Now 0.15$/min to Europe landline and calls often have poor quality and drop. I switched
Bug
Glad I found Yolla!
Very reasonable price for international calls, and sound is very clear. Yolla is the best alternative to Skype, or even better!!
Fake rates
Expect to pay 3 times more than the prices they list in their tariffs. Will be a surprise!

Follow-up
Hello I have been working with Markus on your support line for weeks. I have shared logs multiple times many screenshots, installed and reinstalled the app. Tried different phone numbers to different countries and all I get back is we are working on it.
