Since I order my furniture on 1 of January no news from my order the online track does not give you any update the warst services ever
Auto quits
User friendly app but it just suddenly auto-quits after a minute or so and it’s annoying as when you’re shopping online you have to open it again and start from scratch. Please fix it. Thanks!

I had very bad experience with your shop after I bought my Toaster machine the switch is broken and became loose once I call call centre they said it not included in warranty

bad quality at a higher price
I bought two sets of Karaca knives, which had past stains after a few months. I have other brand products which have been ages and still like a new one while yours became useless after three months. I can't believe you sell this and promote this in UAE. Selling it at a higher price but using it only for a few months.

Link from app to register (in email) goes to website, which works. But when trying to log into app with same credentials they are not recognised
