Pay first without even trying
Not allowed to even try a case for free. How I suppose to know if I will like the game before I commit to pay for it. What a waste

Gives you the hands on, with out the hands on. Very realistic and helpful.
Good for patient interaction but not for specific medial feilds
I’m an EMT student trying to find a way to practice my skills without needing someone else to simulate it so I tried this app thinking it would help. Don’t get me wrong, there are good emergency situations, but a lot of them want me to do interventions that are beyond what the EMT scope of practice is such as IV therapy and intubation. Wish the free scenarios would be better fit for what field you select.

Great app but…
I’ve been using this app for 2 months now with no issues until a few days ago. I’ve encountered several app crashes in cases where you must stabilize or reanimate the patient before being able to speak with them. It generally happens as I am asking the patient questions in those specific situations. It kinda makes it difficult to progress or get a higher score because of this. Hopefully this is fixed promptly.
A fun game, but needs a few tweaks
This game was originally very fun. I downloaded this because I want to work in the medical field when I am older. After downloading this game I was excited to play but faced a few difficulties. The first difficulty was that the game story itself was very difficult with fancy names that are hard to remember and also limited help from the medical assistant. When playing I had a patient that went into a seizure, but I did not know what to do. I asked my medical assistant for help but they did not offer anything of value. Finally I think one of the main problems I faced was that I had to deal with the same four patients. I was hoping that after completing one story I would unlock the next one. So here is a request to the game developers, in the future, a few things you could fix would be let us unlock other levels without having to purchase a subscription, and maybe offer a beginner mode. Thank you for your time, I hope you take this into consideration!

Prehospital medical provider
I’ve been doing ems for 15 years and I’ve seen a lot of apps dealing with individual systems but never have I seen such an app that brings critical thinking skills to such a degree. This app is not only for prehospital but also hospital personnel as well. Can give you lab values, CT/MRI scans, anything you need to come up it an impression and care but be careful. Your simulated patients can die too. So if you don’t take care of the critical issues first quickly, your scenario will end quick. I’ve recommended this to all my friends in healthcare and am just highly impressed with this. This app has been created by actual doctors and health care systems over the world, so you know that this isn’t made by an app creator with no obvious education or experience. Good luck all. Hope this helps you as much as it’s helped me.

Game play
I’m not sure how this app was a few years ago. The simulation is great, how realistic it is, is great. But having the same patient all the time is not so great. I wish it had more gameplay variety or where you’re able to get a. Different patient on a. Daily basis. Vs having to wait on a Sunday ? Or having to pay for a subscription.. I feel like their should be different game mode options to choose from to really learn from different type of scenarios.. especially for those who don’t work because their focusing on school and can’t pay the subscription.. 😩 so I feel like giving different gameplay options or unlocking different scenarios would be dope..
Incredible app
Overall an incredibly fun and useful app for learning, my only problem with it is that I selected the EMT skillset and it has me performing paramedic interventions, so I never get an actual score based off of my scope of knowledge. It’s helpful to learn medic things so I’m more useful on calls but I’d still like to be able to practice my own skillset

Needs more paediatrics
As a paediatric nurse, the cases here are a great learning resource and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed going through them. However, I’ll have to cancel my subscription as I paid and have got through all the paeds cases in 2 days! More paediatric cases are very much needed.

I was interested in this app because i want to be an emt student only to find out its a subscription based app and hides that you have to subscribe to literally do anything even the one button that says you dont have to subscribe after pressing says its a pro user feature only, waste of money dont buy and go find a real source for free by ppl who care about your education

unresponsive customer service, subscription does not work
I bought an annual subscription and when I check my subscription status it says I am not so I logged out, uninstall, install and log in and it works. But they say it works across devices but I tried logging in on my ipad and macbook, I was able to login but the subscription does not reflect even if I try to restore purchases. Their customer service is unresponsive even for someone with a paid subscription. This is a disappointment.

The game seems really fun but only if you know what you’re doing, you can get some help on your cases but there’s no chance of doing it on your own unless you have medical experience really. But in addition to this you can only play 1 case for free, if you want to play beyond that you must pay £11.99 per month.

Absolutely not
If you are a regular human, still in school, DONT GET THIS. At the beginning it asked me if I know anything med students learned, I said no bc I’m still in high school studying normal stuff right. IT GIVES ME SITUATIONS THAT I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT. I downloaded this because I’m interested in learned more about the human body, not about curing fake elderly people anaphylaxis 😭 give us a mode for those not studying in med school. OKAY!?! Anyway no hate I just think it’s unfair ❤️

I am a full time paramedic I love this game I just wish if you selected EMT/Paramedic it would treat it as such. They need more trauma scenarios but the the medical ones really make you think
Won’t load any cases
It stopped working after a week or so, deleted and re-installed. When loading any case the screen just goes white and won’t come back.
lower price
super accurate and fun, however, i don’t like that there are only 4 free cases. 70+ dollars is a lot just for a mobile app to get more cases, and i think either they should allow more free cases or lower the subscription price by a lot. otherwise, this app is very helpful.
