Works well and easy to use!
This app works well and makes sending files, photos, etc, easy. I use it to send files to my Android phone from my iPad. I tried other apps but they did not work for me. So thankful for AirDroid!
Doesn’t work at all
Ironically it works fine on the web app and Chromebook, but I have no transfer icon on my iPhone app and ergo no way to do a simple file transfer that I need to do.
This app is OK.
Every time I try to transfer a file it does not work, I’ve never had any other problems though.
Can only see 48 photos
No paging or any option to see more. Gave up seems like pretty basic thing to have to try and fogure out. Same on Brave and Edge for Ubuntu

Tedious, privacy risk, sluggish
I needed, like others, to transfer files from an android to an iPad. It did do the transfer and seemed pretty speedy (fairly small files, though, all jpg files) but the process of going from the “chat” to saving those files on the iPad was so tedious. I couldn’t find a way to select more than one at a time, and going through multiple menu presses (hold down, hit share, hit add to files, select a folder location) is a bit much, seriously… there is no way to just have a folder created for AirDroid files and dump everything there? Why can’t it have boxes beside the files to select multiple ones and have the usual ability to select all? It needs so much work. Doing that for over 100 files had me very ready to uninstall this app with its rather awful interface. On top of that, it kept requesting to track my other app information and activity which is a huge NO. It also requires a password to DISconnect which sure feels like a security risk if a device was connected that you don’t trust. I DO NOT recommend transferring anything you aren’t okay making public, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they scan and grab files without explicit permission given how nonexistent their privacy terms & conditions are… I think honestly you’re better off using a decent email provider unless you really have NOTHING on your device (phone numbers of people who don’t want them shared, email addresses and passwords, etc) you aren’t okay with a third party potentially accessing. They don’t seem trustworthy from the amount of data they require access to. If my gadgets weren’t both new with nothing on them, I honestly wouldn’t have touched this.

In new version you cant send and share file’s or photos from your phone to the computer,there is some problem between here that cant send the file to airdroid app

Child is able to stop the casting
Casting symbol is displayed on the top of the screen When ever the icon is displaying the child is stoping the monitor Can you hide the casting icon while parent is remotely viewing the child screen

The finger sensitivity is so fast and that's annoying
This app deserves 5 stars and if y'all fix this issue I will rate it 5 stars Ok this is the issue: When I try to scroll through the selection, it selects photos and videos by mistake. I mean the finger sensitivity is so so fast and that's annoying you can't select what you've wanted! You must get back and remove the selected ones then select what you want and then again it selects a whole group of content by mistake and it's keep going on and on.... Hope to fix 🔧

This app is truly awesome👏 I am always struggling sending texts and files among different devices on different platforms. After trying this app (literally on iOS, android, Mac and windows), it works like a charm using my WiFi LAN. Magical app!👾

Yet at the same time it’s not worth paying a subscription for just wanting a few simple features and not the entire suite. Every single app we use doesn’t deserve a sub fee, most deserve one time payments.
Date and time
whenever I share pictures to my pc through airdroid the date and time of the original picture is changed to the date and time of the transfer and that is really annoying, I want original date and time of the pictures

Waste of time
I’m surprised at the people who rated high. Maybe it’s their own people. This is a waste of time. Downloaded and linked my laptop, can see only the images, not videos. Downloaded an image from my phone to laptop but can’t open it. It asks to install an extension which you have to buy from the Microsoft store. Only thing I could do it upload a pic from laptop to phone, which you can send by WhatsApp or email and may be faster. I don’t believe I wasted so much time on this. I wish I could rate 0, but the minimum is 1.

I have a bunch of video files to transfer to my android tablet, it the app limits LOCAL transfer at 30MB. Really?! 30MB?? My RAW images are larger than that!

Can’t scroll when selecting photos to send
I’m giving this a one-star review because I can’t scroll through my photos when I try to send them. This seems like a basic feature that should be included in the file transfer. I basically couldn’t use the app to transfer files between my phone and PC because of this.

Needs work…specially for the premium price it charges
I purchased the yearly 3 node license and it is nothing but unstable. Kicks you off the display with notice to permit your connection in the apps permissions settings which has been done over and over. Phones are a standard Samsung A716u and Sony Xperia I II (sony works longer but eventually gives the same problem). “Please tap start now on the phone” is the exact message.

Was going to install this as an alternative to push bullet, but immediately saw ads when I opened the app, so I uninstalled. Guess I’ll look somewhere else for an alternative.

Issue with the transfer
File transfering online from my iphone se first generation to my windows laptop with data cable connected to each other is failing. It says that ‘offline transfer failed and cannot exceed 30 mb’ even though i am online. Please fix this.
