What people like
- Good for local community news updates.

- Notifications don't link to actual news.
Week 25
Simone Doughton is terrible I don’t watch when she is on. Doing the news isn’t a big joke and she needs to be more serious.
Update
App was good till the update deleting app until you fix the app or go back before the update just horrible
New app
Where are the instructions to download the new update?????
Too many ads
I really want to like this app, it’s set up great, but there are way too many ads. When I get a notification of a breaking news story instead of going right to the story, a ad pops up. Had to uninstall.
Adds?
I love News 25 news app, until I open the app to read the news, and an add. It locked me up, and I couldn't get to the news. I'm very upset about this, it has never happened before.
Newsworthy Info
Always nice to hear about local news when away from tv and radio.
Worthless
Won’t let you open app Without attempting to force notifications on you. Either accept or maybe later to open app. No never ask again. Breaking news has stories that are 10 days old.
Errors, Ads, UI oh my!
Grammatical errors on top of a poor user interface and way too many distracting ads. There is a better option available.
Notifications open to nothing
What's the point of having notifications if I can't open the notification and read it. You open notifications and it just opens the app and there is no information anywhere on what the notification was about.
Comcast channels
Why can’t I get channel 25 on Comcast here in Galesburg
Hey!
It sucks big time.
Update needed for current events
Updates needed
Outstanding
This app is up to date with the latest news, weather and sports. This is my number one source I use to be informed on my local community.
Missing
Where is “what’s on tv”
Typical
There are way too many commercials on this app. By the time the commercials get done playing I've moved onto a different app.
App update
Ok I updated now I get not a thing. Just keeps going back to what I had at first
New update
Latest app update is horrible, no tv listings 🤷♂️
Format
Who was responsible for creating the format for the news section? Better yet, who approved it? So basic. Lacks style. No innovative vision when formatting obviously. I went back to 31, although their page is still crashing.
The notifications work fine for me...
Does what you’d think...keeps me up to date on local stories, which can be good to know.
Never opens
I’ve downloaded this app to my phone and IPad. It has never opened when trying to view a story.
Video
Having ads and videos autoplay every time I open an article is about the most annoying thing a news agency could do
Waste of space & time
I get alerts that take me to commercials. Every time I follow an alert all I get is commercials after 2 to 3 minutes. I just close the app probably deleting the app as soon as I get done writing this review. this app is a joke.
Ok
Usually gets basic new stories from local area, most everything else seems to be copy and pasted from MSNBC, which is being sold off because of their political biases in almost everything just like this group.
Live news
I can only get Louisiana news
Closes immediately!
I’ve used this app for years. Now every time I click to open it on my iPad, it goes back to my Home Screen. iPad OS is up to date. Please fix the app!!!
Won’t open
The app doesn’t open on iso 15.1 .neither on my ipad or iphone
Too many ads
Too much advertising!
Irritating
Auto play. Cannot be turned off? Deleted!
Local News
Many stories that say “This story will be updated” are never updated. There are frequent typos and grammatical errors. “Breaking News” is many times days if not weeks old. Other than that it’s an okay app.
