Needs work w/ messages and donations.
Navigating being an artist with Bandcamp is rough. The only way you can contact them is email. Imagine being signed to a record company or working on releasing your album to the masses through a distributor and only having access to your them through email. You can’t get them on the phone for help at all. That’s what band camp basically is. It can be frustrating at times, especially an artist.
Can’t listen to your tracks
I was looking for a way to listen to my own music on my phone without having to “open my heart or my wallet”. Would be nice to see that as a feature here.

Uploading Music
The Web page tells me to press the ‘+’ button on the top of the app to upload my music, but I don’t see a ‘+’ button anywhere, so there’s no way I can do this. Is it because I’m doing this on an iPad?
Leaves a lot to be desired.

Subpar
This app crashes regularly when attempting to view a customer’s profile and their past purchases. The app does do a lot of things well like nice visualizations and simple UX but regularly crashing is not acceptable

Great, but can we share?
Generally a pretty good app all round. No real complaints. A simple feature I’d like though, would be ability to share artist and/or release directly from the app. Feels like such an obvious one I may be missing it, but would be super useful.
Won’t let me sign in
My biggest gripe with this app is I can’t sign in. I enter my email and password, but after a few seconds it says, “Oops, failed to connect.” Fix this, BandCamp!

I used to love this app until the Merchandise Orders tab stopped working. Several reports for support have produced no solutions.

Besides looking at your data, what is the point of this app?
It’s ok
It’s alright for checking stats and stuff, but I wish you could actually edit your tracks, since that doesn’t seem to be possible on mobile devices.
Amazing app but would like...
I love this app, very useful for keeping track of plays and sales. However, it doesn’t show you the amount of downloads - this would be very useful for tracks on the “Name your Price” option.

The apps just lets you track your sales and send messages but that’s it,it won’t let you generate a download code,it won’t let you edit bundle sales amounts,basically it’s useless, to do anything you have to go on the browser desktop version
Sharing options are limited
The App gives a nice overview, but looking forward to see some additional sharing options like Spotify and the rest (to IG stories i.e. ) .

Can’t playback or upload your own music
This app seems to be primarily for tracking monetization as opposed to actually being able to manage your music. It’s neat seeing stats but like…if I need to fix an issue with an upload or something along those lines it’s utterly useless. As actually managing my music is the reason I downloaded the app, it’s quite frustrating that all I can do is look at sales and view figures…not exactly why I started making music frankly, that’s what my day job is for…

I feel like on an app like this you should be able to POST your music and not just manage it. Also, there is a weird bug that it shows less followers than you actually have.
Seems Limited
I’m not seeing any way to view a list of supporters. When I select them in the app, it just opens a new message to them. Can’t you just view the supporters, or better yet, that AND send an individual message? It’s all or nothing. Would also be great if there was some way to manage or edit album pages. Having an iPad formatted version would also be helpful. Almost better to just the web on an iPad.
Not bad... but could be better
This app is good at letting you view your playback data, but you can’t listen to your own tracks through it... The other Bandcamp app is for fans, and it cuts you off of listening to your own tracks after a few plays. Like... I’m not going to purchase my own song bro lol... The two apps should just be combined into one, and when you create an account, it should just ask whether you’re a fan or an artist. As an artist, you should have the exact same app experience, with a music hub that lets you discover and play back music, create playlists, view your purchases, etc., except also have a “home” tab lets you access the playback and purchase stats for your own tracks, as well as all your uploads. Just my opinion. 🤷♂️.

Simply Doesn’t Work
I have never once been able to log in to this app. I’ve tried changing my password have a dozen times. I’ve tried logging in using the username vs the email. Nothing works, I get the same message every time, “Oops Please first re-verify your account using the link we just emailed to you.” Click the link and it brings me to the browser which works fine. Try and go back to the app and get the same error. Absolutely useless app.

A bandcamp dj app to play all my tracks live with effects and recording and au ability for other daws. Or just allow bandcamp to be used in a daw please so I can mix and record

App is kinda useless, it only allows you to view stats and absolutely nothing else. Delete!
Needs an Actual iPad App
This is an iPhone app. Feels a little cheap when used on an iPad since it has to be scaled up. Wouldn’t cost them much to re-lay the screens out & recompile. It is, after all, an app used by artists to assist in generating income for Bandcamp (as well as artists). Not really what one would consider “pro level”.

I don’t get what the point of this app is
You can’t do anything useful or important at all. Can’t upload music, can’t edit any useful settings. Like literally what is it even for?

Be great to be able to create discounts you could share direct with yr crew via the app. Great app. Very useful tho :)
What’s the point of this app?
This app is barely functional and almost useless. Either update this app with the actual artist functionality on the site or stop offering it. Artists would be better off having to go to the site instead of opening this app hoping they can actually do something with it, and then finding out the truth.
Landscape View is Needed
Older users and users with iPads need a landscape view for every app. iPad stands rarely position the device in portrait mode, and we work with a keyboard, just like with a PC. So when we load your app, it is sideways. PLEASE provide a landscape mode. Thank you!

Would be nice to add music from artists app. Would also be nice for artists to be able to add tracks & albums and link them to other Bandcamp sites and accounts. It’s hard to find all music from a single artist on Bandcamp, due to certain releases being linked to different labels.
Basic AF
Without the ability to upload new releases, this app is nothing more than some stats and a messaging service. Because it is such a small file size I will likely keep it on my device but honestly which it could do more.
